Referring to fig. 2 and 6, in order to realize the replacement seal, the self-tightening sealing device (4) has a lip shape, the cross section of which is of an inverted U-shaped structure, and is formed by overlapping and combining a sealing outer ring (41) and a sealing inner ring (42), wherein the sealing outer ring (41) is made of a nonmetallic material and is made of any one of rubber or PTFE, and the sealing inner ring (42) is a U-shaped metal sheet spring, so that the inner lip and the outer lip of the self-tightening sealing device are always adhered to the valve rod and the outer hole wall; in the technical scheme of the lip-shaped self-tightening sealing ring for sealing the valve rod, the cross section of the lip-shaped self-tightening sealing ring is in an inverted U shape, the external material of the lip-shaped sealing outer ring (41) can be rubber or PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) and the like, the U-shaped metal sheet spring is arranged on the inner side of the lip-shaped sealing inner ring (42), the inner lip and the outer lip of the lip-shaped self-tightening sealing ring are always tightly attached to the valve rod (11) and the outer hole wall under the action of the spring to ensure the initial sealing force of double-side sealing, and the higher the medium pressure is, the stronger the self-sealing force is, so that the technical scheme is reliable in sealing, the torque of the valve rod is small, and the filler-type sealing is replaced.
Referring to fig. 1 and 8, in order to achieve a zero leakage sealing effect, the valve seat assembly (10) includes a valve seat ring (101), a first valve seat O-ring (102), a second valve seat O-ring (103), a sealing ring (104) and an elastomer (105), wherein the first valve seat O-ring (102) and the second valve seat O-ring (103) are disposed on an outer side surface of the valve seat ring (101), the valve seat ring (101) is provided with the sealing ring (104) near a gate plate (9), inflow channel ends and outflow channel ends near the valve body (1) are provided with a plurality of elastomers (105), one end of each elastomer (105) is disposed in a valve seat groove (1001) on the valve seat ring (101), and the other end of each elastomer is in contact with an inner cavity wall of the valve body (1) so that the end surface of the sealing ring (104) is always attached to the gate plate (9); in this embodiment, the flashboard (9) is placed between two valve seat components (10), the two valve seat components (10) clamp the flashboard (9) under the action of the spring force of a group of elastic bodies (105) at each tail part, so that the valve seat sealing end face is always attached to the flashboard (9), the valve seat components (10) can move along the channel direction in the deformation range of the spring, and the piston effect is that is: as the pressure of the pipeline medium increases, the sealing specific pressure between the valve seat assembly (10) and the flashboard (9) increases.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 10, two sides of the up-and-down movement position of the gate plate (9) are respectively provided with a guide plate (8), two guide plates (8) are respectively arranged on an inflow channel and an inflow channel flange positioning spigot at the upper and lower sides of the inner cavity of the lower valve body (111), and the fit clearance between two sides of the gate plate (9) and the guide plates (8) can be controlled within 0.5 mm. In the embodiment, a machined part guide rail is used for replacing a casting guide rail which cannot be machined in the past, a modern sheet metal technology is utilized, namely, a steel plate is cut, bent and formed through a laser cutting machine and a numerical control bending machine, a bending guide plate (8) is arranged on a pipe flange positioning spigot on the upper and lower sides of an inner cavity of a machined valve body (1), the matching dimensional precision of two sides of a flashboard (9) and the bent guide plate (8) can be controlled within 0.5mm, the flashboard (9) can precisely move up and down, in addition, the horizontal upper edge of the guide plate (8) is a stop position when the flashboard (9) is closed in a descending mode, namely, when a right-handed driving device (13) closes a valve, the flashboard (9) descends, and meanwhile, a bottom plane of a valve rod (11) nut in a valve cavity, which is longer than a flashboard thickness part, touches the horizontal upper edge of the guide plate (8), namely, the flashboard (9) is closed in place.
Referring to fig. 2 and 7, the screw indicating device (12) comprises an indicating needle (121) and an indicating needle sleeve (122), an indicating thread (1101) is further arranged on the upper section of the valve rod (11), the indicating needle sleeve (122) is sleeved on the upper section of the valve rod (11), an indicating groove (1221) is formed in the side face of the indicating needle sleeve (122), the indicating groove (1221) is parallel to the valve rod (11), one end of the indicating needle (121) is located in the indicating groove (1221), an internal thread sleeve is arranged at the other end of the indicating needle (121) and screwed on the indicating thread (1101), and the indicating needle sleeve (122) is fixed on the positioning disc (3) through a fastener; the lower section of the valve rod 11 is provided with a working thread 1102, the working thread (1102) is a trapezoid thread, the indicating thread (1101) is a fine thread, and the pitch of the indicating thread (1101) is smaller than that of the working thread (1102); the lower bearing (6) is arranged in the hole of the indicator sleeve positioning boss (302) on the positioning disc (3), and is fixed by a bearing gland, and the valve rod (11) is driven by the rotary driving device (13) to realize the movement of the flashboard (9) to cut off the channel; the principle of the embodiment is that the valve travel distance and the screw pitch of the valve rod (11) are converted to obtain the rotation circle number of the valve rod (11) multiplied by the scaled fine thread pitch when the valve is closed or opened, the fine thread is processed on the upper part of the valve rod by the length which is larger than the obtained shortened distance, a nut with an indicating needle (121) is screwed in, the switch proportion position which is in the same position as the flashboard (9) is adjusted, an indicating groove (1221) with the indicating needle (121) for displaying and preventing the rotation of the groove is sleeved on the proportional thread section of the valve rod (11), the mark of the switch position is made, the sleeve is fixed, the actual travel distance of the valve and the switch position where the valve is positioned are accurately displayed in proportion by a short distance, and the increase of the outer dimension height of the valve is limited.
As shown in fig. 2, in order to meet the strength requirement, from the viewpoints of a casting process, smooth and attractive appearance and light weight, a plurality of reinforcing ribs (105) which are horizontally distributed are arranged in the lower valve body (111), so that the external dimension is compact in use and space is saved.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof. The present embodiments are, therefore, to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein. the valve cover (2) is arranged in the lip-shaped opening (1003), the outer edge size of the valve cover (2) is larger than the inner opening size of the lip-shaped opening (1003), the upper end surface of the outer edge of the valve cover (2) is in contact with the plane of the inner bottom of the lip-shaped opening (1003), a sealing ring (7) is arranged at the contact position of the upper end surface and the inner bottom of the lip-shaped opening (1003), and a concentric counter bore formed by a positioning disc positioning groove (201) and a valve rod hole (202) is arranged in the center of the valve cover (2);
the positioning disc (3) is installed on the gland contact table (1004) through a set screw (14), an end face positioning boss (301) is arranged at the bottom of the positioning disc (3), an indicator sleeve positioning boss (302) is arranged on the upper portion of the positioning disc, a positioning disc valve rod hole (303) and a bearing groove (304) are arranged at the center of the positioning disc (3) to form a concentric counter bore structure, the end face positioning boss (301) is matched with a boss positioning spigot (1002) on the upper portion of a lip-shaped lower valve body (111) to be positioned in a matched mode, the end face positioning boss (301) is installed in a positioning groove (201) in the center of a valve cover (2), an outer sealing ring (5) is arranged on the matched side face of the end face positioning boss (301) and the positioning groove (201), a self-tightening sealing device (4) is arranged at the end face position, and the end face positioning boss (301) and the valve cover (2) are simultaneously fastened and fixed through the set screw (14), so that the end face positioning boss (301) at the bottom of the positioning disc (3) is inserted into the positioning groove (201) in the center of the valve cover (2) to be matched with the valve cover in a concentric mode, the end face positioning boss (14), the end face positioning boss (1003) is enabled to be completely screwed with the inner bottom of the valve body, and the lip-shaped upper end face is completely contacted with the valve body, and the valve cover is completely screwed with the inner bottom.

The blind rod flat valve with the flange-free and bolt-connected valve cover structure according to claim 1, wherein the self-tightening sealing device (4) is of a lip shape, the cross section of the blind rod flat valve is of an inverted U-shaped structure, the blind rod flat valve is formed by overlapping and combining a sealing outer ring (41) and a sealing inner ring (42), the sealing outer ring (41) is made of a nonmetallic material and is any one of rubber or PTFE, and the sealing inner ring (42) is a U-shaped metal sheet spring, so that the inner lip and the outer lip of the self-tightening sealing device are always abutted against a valve rod and an outer hole wall.

The blind rod flat valve with the flange-free and bolt-connected valve cover structure according to claim 1, wherein the valve seat assembly (10) comprises a valve seat ring (101), a first valve seat O-shaped ring (102), a second valve seat O-shaped ring (103), a sealing ring (104) and an elastic body (105), wherein the first valve seat O-shaped ring (102) and the second valve seat O-shaped ring (103) are arranged on the outer side surface of the valve seat ring (101), the valve seat ring (101) is provided with the sealing ring (104) close to the end of the flashboard (9), a plurality of elastic bodies (105) are arranged close to the inflow channel end and the outflow channel end of the valve body (1), one end of each elastic body (105) is arranged in a valve seat groove (1001) on the valve seat ring (101), and the other end of each elastic body is in contact with the inner cavity wall of the valve body (1), so that the end face of the sealing ring (104) is always attached to the flashboard (9).
