Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
A first embodiment of the present invention provides an integrated heating device for use in a fluid pump connected to a pump housing, as shown in fig. 1, comprising: a heating element 103, an inlet pipe connected to the top end of the pump housing of the fluid pump, a flange 104 for connecting the inlet pipe to the pump housing, and a temperature control element disposed on the upper surface of the flange 104.
The heating element 103 is of a cylindrical structure, is attached to the outer wall of one end of the water inlet pipe connected with the flange, and forms a thick film heating body with the pipe wall of the water inlet pipe attached to the heating element.
The integrated heating device provided by the invention is mainly used in a fluid pump and is used for heating a medium to be heated. In the invention, based on that each fluid pump is provided with a water inlet pipe and a pipeline used for water inlet is always of a certain length, a heating element is arranged on the pipeline of the water inlet pipe, a section of the selected water inlet pipe is designed into a heating pipeline to heat fluid media entering the pipeline, so that the heating performance is ensured, meanwhile, the space occupied by a heating device is reduced, and the size of the fluid pump is further reduced.
In order to further improve the compactness of the integrated heating device, in conjunction with fig. 1 and 3, the center of the flange 104 is provided as an annular groove that is embedded inside the pump cavity; one end of the thick film heating body is inserted into the annular groove, and the other end of the thick film heating body is connected with the fixed rubber ring 101.
The annular groove on the flange surface extends into the pump cavity. One end of the heating element attached to the outer side wall of the water inlet pipe is inserted into the annular groove along with one end of the water inlet pipe and is also inserted into the pump cavity at the same time, and therefore the heating pipe embedded into the pump cavity is formed.
In a specific embodiment, the heating element may be a heating film coating. The heating film coating is coated on the outer wall of the water inlet pipe to heat the flowing water in the water inlet pipe.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, a metal sleeve 102 is disposed on the outer side of the heating element, and one end of the metal sleeve 102 is provided with a fixed rubber ring 101, and the other end is fixed on the surface of the flange 104. The fixing rubber ring 101 not only serves to fix the metal sleeve 102 to the water inlet pipe and further to fix the metal sleeve and the heating element, improving the stability of the whole heating device, but also ensures the electrical safety distance, thereby improving the safety performance of the heating device.
It is conceivable that, in order to increase the stability between the metal sleeve 102 and the heating element, in particular, the metal sleeve 102 is fixedly connected to the heating element 103. The metal sleeve 102 increases the strength of the heating film, and performs safety protection and the like on the heating film, so as to obtain a better heating effect.
Specifically, the temperature control element is a mechanical bimetallic strip temperature control element, and specifically, the temperature control element includes: a fixed seat 107, a temperature control element body 108 and a strip-shaped bulge arranged at the front end of the temperature control element body 108.
The fixing base 107 is sleeved on the temperature control element body 108. The strip-shaped bulge has the function of defining the direction of the temperature control element. It is conceivable that, since the temperature control element body is provided with the elongated protrusion, the fixing base is provided with the notch for avoiding the elongated protrusion.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the temperature control element is fixed on the upper surface of the flange, the lower surface of the temperature control element is tightly attached to the upper surface of the flange, the temperature of the current fluid medium is identified by detecting the temperature of the flange surface directly contacting with the fluid medium, and corresponding temperature control is performed according to the identified temperature.
It is conceivable that, in order to avoid failure of the temperature control element, an anti-dry heating unit is further added to the apparatus, the anti-dry heating unit being disposed directly in the heating element, that is, in the heating film coating, and the energization of the heating element is cut off when a temperature abnormality is detected.
Specifically, the anti-dry heating unit is a fuse component 105, and the fuse component 105 is electrically connected to the heating film coating. The fuse assembly includes: the fuse-fuse heating device comprises a wire and a fuse, wherein the wire is connected with a power line of a heating element in series, when the current flowing through the fuse exceeds a specified value, the fuse-fuse melts a melt by using the heat generated by the fuse-fuse heating device, and a heating circuit of the heating element is disconnected, so that the heating element stops power-off, and accidents are avoided.
Furthermore, a step-shaped elastic sheet 106 is arranged above the temperature control element; one end of the elastic sheet 106 is connected to the upper surface of the flange 104, and a step-shaped elastic sheet is further arranged above the temperature control element; the metal sleeve 102 is provided with a notch matched with the connector of the elastic sheet 106 so as to realize the fixation and the looseness prevention of the temperature control device.
In order to provide the compactness of the integrated heating device, a notch is formed in the metal sleeve 102 corresponding to the temperature control element, and a notch is formed above the notch, and the notch is positioned to be connected with the elastic sheet.
The invention discloses an integrated heating device, which solves the problem of equipment miniaturization by directly arranging a heating element on the outer wall of a water inlet pipe, designing a heating section by utilizing the length of a section of the water inlet pipe, designing the center of a flange surface into an annular groove, and directly embedding the heating section into the groove so that the heating section is closely adjacent to an impeller. The heating element is designed to be a heating thick technology, and an electronic temperature control device is not used for temperature control, so that the cost is reduced.
A second embodiment provided by the present invention is a home appliance including: the integrated heating device.
The household appliance may be: a dishwasher or a washing machine. It is conceivable that the integrated heating device provided by the present invention has advantages of small size, low cost, etc., and when the integrated heating device provided by the present invention is installed in household appliances such as dish washer, washing machine, etc., a better heating effect can be obtained.
The invention discloses an integrated heating device and a household appliance.A water inlet pipe is designed into a heating pipe, and a thickness heating technology is adopted, so that the whole integrated heating device has a simple structure, and does not have a complex temperature transfer structure and a heat conduction material with good heat conductivity.
