Abstract
The invention relates to a double-station fault detection device for an electronic water pump control board of an automobile, which comprises a mounting frame, wherein a water tank is arranged at the rear side of the mounting frame, and two detection stations are arranged at the front side of the mounting frame; the detection stations comprise a movable plate, a forward pushing cylinder connected with the movable plate, a profiling base fixed on the movable plate, a wire guide post plate positioned above the profiling base, a downward pushing cylinder connected with the wire guide post plate, a displacement sensor, an ion fan fixed on a mounting frame and obliquely pointing to the profiling base, a laser ink-jet marking machine, an alarm lamp and a transfer pump connected with the wire guide post plate; and the mounting frame is also provided with an industrial personal computer and an electrical property detector. The invention can realize the automatic detection of the control panel, and simultaneously realize the detection of two stations, thereby greatly reducing the labor intensity, improving the working efficiency, having simple operation in the whole process, effectively reducing the manual errors and having the advantages of high degree of automation, high functional strength and convenient use.

the transfer pump comprises an idle water pump, a normal water pump and an overload water pump;
the laser inkjet marking machine and the alarm lamp are both fixed on the mounting frame;
the mounting frame is provided with an industrial personal computer for controlling the work of the detection station and an electrical performance detector connected with the lead post plate and the industrial personal computer.

the transfer pump comprises an idle water pump 12, a normal water pump 13 and an overload water pump 14;

the mounting frame 1 is provided with an industrial personal computer 15 for controlling the work of the detection station and an electrical performance detector 9 connected with the lead post plate 6 and the industrial personal computer 15. The lead post plate 6 comprises a plate body and a lead post, and is used for realizing the electric connection of a control board and a transfer pump, and the industrial personal computer 15 is connected with the forward pushing cylinder 4, the downward pushing cylinder 7, the displacement sensor 8, the ion fan 11, the laser ink-jet marking machine 16 and the alarm lamp 17 through leads, wherein the ion fan 11 is used for eliminating static electricity in the detection process.
The profiling base 5 comprises a hollow base 51, a square hole 53 formed on the base 51, a circle of profiling grooves 51a formed along the edge of the square hole 53, and two support columns 52 positioned below the profiling grooves 51 a; the control panel is matched with the profiling groove 51a on the square hole 53, so that the control panel is fixed, and the control panel is prevented from shifting in the detection process.
The bottom of the mounting frame 1 is slidably provided with a collecting box 18 for storing unqualified products, and the collecting box 18 is connected with a driving cylinder 10. The driving cylinder 10 is connected with the industrial personal computer 15 and is used for collecting unqualified control boards through the pushing-out collecting box 18.
When the electronic water pump is used, the forward pushing cylinder 4 starts to push the movable plate 3 to move forward, the control plate of the electronic water pump is manually installed in the profiling groove 51a, the bottom of the electronic water pump is abutted against the support column 52, the forward pushing cylinder 4 is reset, after the displacement sensor 8 detects that the control plate is in place, signals are transmitted to the industrial personal computer 15, the downward pushing cylinder 7 fixed on the mounting frame 1 is started, the lead guide column plate 6 is pushed to move downward to be matched with an interface on the control plate, and the electric performance detector 9 starts to detect.
In the detection process, the water tank 2 is connected with the transfer pump through a conduit to simulate the state of a real engine, the control board is communicated with the normal water pump 13, and the motor running condition controlled by the control board under the normal condition is detected; the control panel is connected with the no-load water pump 12 and the overload water pump 14, and the motor running condition controlled by the control panel under abnormal conditions is detected, so that whether the program and the product on the control panel are qualified or not is detected, and the working conditions of low voltage, overcurrent, overvoltage and locked rotor of the motor are simulated under the working condition of the control panel during the detection.
After the detection is qualified, the control panel is marked by a laser ink-jet marking machine 16, and the product is manually taken away; when the detection is failed, the alarm lamp 17 sounds, the cylinder 10 is driven to push the collecting box 18 to slide out, and the failed product is collected manually.

the detection stations comprise a movable plate (3) which is slidably arranged on a mounting frame (1), a forward pushing cylinder (4) which is connected with the movable plate (3), a profiling base (5) which is fixed on the movable plate (3), a wire guide post plate (6) which is positioned above the profiling base (5), a downward pushing cylinder (7) which is connected with the wire guide post plate (6), a displacement sensor (8) which is arranged close to the profiling base (5), an ion fan (11) which is fixed on the mounting frame (1) and is obliquely directed to the profiling base (5), a laser ink-jet marking machine (16) which marks after detection is qualified, an alarm lamp (17) which alarms after detection is unqualified, and a transfer pump which is connected with the wire guide post plate (6) and is communicated with a water tank (2) through a guide pipe so as to realize detection of different failure modes;
the transfer pump comprises an idle water pump (12), a normal water pump (13) and an overload water pump (14);
the laser inkjet marking machine (16) and the alarm lamp (17) are fixed on the mounting frame (1);
