According to the above, it is not difficult to find that when the packaging bag is sealed, the packaging bag raw material is pressurized and heated through the hot cutter, meanwhile, the packaging bag is conveyed through the first cutting assembly and the first conveying assembly, and the packaging bag is easily torn off in a local melting state, so that when the packaging bag raw material is melted and cut off through the hot cutter, the packaging bag can be separated from the packaging bag raw material through the first cutting assembly and the first conveying assembly, no ears exist at the sealing position of the packaging bag, and the packaging bag with two sealed ends is formed. When the first conveying component conveys the packaging bags with sealed ends to the position of the second cutting component, the main control system controls the second cutting component to cut off the sealing area at the front end of the packaging bag to form packaging bags with sealed ends, and products are filled into the packaging bags through the opening. After the product is filled into the packaging belt, the front end opening of the packaging bag is pressed and heated through the second pressing piece, and meanwhile, the parts except the sealing of the packaging bag are torn off by the tearing edge assembly. Therefore, ears do not exist on two sides of the packaging bag, the packaging bag is greatly convenient for packaging packaged products, and meanwhile, the packaged finished products are more attractive.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the foregoing embodiments are specific examples of carrying out the application and that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the application.

Claims (6)

1. A package closure apparatus comprising:
the first pressing piece is used for pressing the packaging bag raw materials at a preset position;
the hot cutter is arranged on any side of the first pressing piece and is used for sealing the packaging bag raw materials to form a packaging bag with a preset length;
the first cutting assembly is arranged on one side of the hot cutter, which is far away from the first pressing piece, and is used for separating the packaging bag from the packaging bag raw material when the hot cutter seals the packaging bag raw material;
the second cutting assembly is arranged on one side of the first cutting assembly away from the hot cutter and is used for cutting any side of the packaging bag to form an inlet for containing products;
a first transport assembly disposed between the first severing assembly and the second severing assembly;
the second pressing piece is arranged on one side, far away from the first cutting assembly, of the second cutting assembly and is used for pressing the inlet of the packaging bag, and the second pressing piece is also used for heating the inlet after the inlet is pressed;
the second conveying assembly is arranged between the second cutting assembly and the second pressing piece;
the tearing edge assembly is arranged on one side, far away from the second cutting assembly, of the second pressing piece and is used for tearing off redundant parts of the packaging bag when the second pressing piece heats the inlet;
the main control system is respectively and electrically connected with the first pressing piece, the hot cutter, the first cutting assembly, the second cutting assembly, the first conveying assembly, the second pressing piece, the second conveying assembly and the tearing assembly;
the second pressing member includes:
the cylinder is electrically connected with the main control system;
the upper sealing plate is connected with the air cylinder;
the lower sealing plate is arranged opposite to the upper sealing plate and is used for positioning the packaging bag together with the upper sealing plate;
the heating wire is arranged on the upper sealing plate or the lower sealing plate and is used for heating the sealing of the packaging bag after the upper sealing plate and the lower sealing plate are used for positioning the packaging bag;
the second pressing member further includes:
the upper sealing plate and the air cylinder are respectively arranged at two sides of the upper mounting plate;
the lower mounting plate is arranged opposite to the upper mounting plate;
the linear bearing is connected with the upper mounting plate and the lower mounting plate and is used for driving the upper mounting plate to move along the axis direction of the linear bearing;
the tear edge assembly includes:
the upper edge tearing roller is arranged at one side of the upper sealing plate, which is far away from the first cutting assembly;
the lower edge tearing roller is arranged opposite to the upper edge tearing roller;
and the rotary cylinder is electrically connected with the main control system and used for driving the lower edge tearing roller to rotate.
2. The package sealing device according to claim 1, wherein the package material is provided with color codes; the first pressing piece is provided with a first photoelectric switch which is electrically connected with the main control system, and the main control system is used for opening the first cutting assembly and the hot cutter when the first photoelectric switch detects the color code.
3. The package closure of claim 1, further comprising: the first waste sucking device is arranged below the second cutting assembly and between the first conveying assembly and the second conveying assembly, and is used for recycling waste cut by the second cutting assembly.
4. The package closure of claim 3, further comprising: the second waste absorber is arranged below the second pressing piece and is used for recycling waste torn off by the tearing edge component.
5. The package sealing device of claim 1, wherein the first and second conveying assemblies are belt conveyors;
the belt of the belt conveyor is provided with a plurality of round holes, a cavity is arranged at the abdomen of the belt conveyor, a through hole is further arranged at one side of the cavity, which is contacted with the belt, of the cavity, and the cavity is connected with an exhaust fan; the exhaust fan is used for forming a negative pressure environment in the cavity; and the belt conveyor is used for adsorbing the packaging bag on the belt through the negative pressure environment and driving the packaging bag to synchronously move with the belt.
6. A method for sealing a package bag, comprising the steps of:
the main control system controls the raw materials of the packaging bag to be conveyed to the first pressing piece and controls the first pressing piece to press the raw materials of the packaging bag;
the main control system controls the hot cutter to move, heats the raw materials of the packaging bag until the raw materials are melted and cut off, and simultaneously, the first conveying assembly which is pressed and operated by the first cutting assembly breaks the packaging bag along the melted sealing area to form the packaging bag with two sealed sides;
the main control system controls the first conveying assembly to convey the packaging bags with the sealed two sides to the position of the second cutting assembly;
the main control system controls the second cutting assembly to cut off the sealing area at the front end of the packaging bag with the two sealed sides to form a packaging bag with one opened side;
the main control system controls the second conveying assembly to convey the packaging bag with the opening at one side to the position of the second pressing piece, and at the moment, products are filled into the packaging bag with the opening at one side;
the main control system controls the second pressing piece to fix the packaging bag with one side being opened, the opening of the packaging bag is heated, and meanwhile, the main control system controls the tearing edge assembly to tear off the outer side part of the sealing of the packaging bag.
