Referring to fig. 1-6, the present invention provides an atomizer 500 comprising: atomizer housing 510, glass 530, heater 550, atomizer cover 570.
The upper end of the atomizer housing 510 is opened, and the side wall surface of the atomizer housing 510 is provided with at least one mist outlet 512, in this embodiment, the side wall surface of the atomizer housing 510 is provided with a circle of mist outlets 512 which are uniformly distributed.
The glass 530 is mounted inside the atomizer housing 510, and an upper end opening of the glass 530 is used for containing oil, and the upper end opening of the glass 530 coincides with the upper end opening of the atomizer housing 510.
The heating wires 550 are arranged below the glass 530 in the atomizer housing 510, and the heating wires 550 are disk-shaped heating wires and are uniformly distributed at the bottom of the glass 530.
The atomizer cover 570 is mounted to the open end of the atomizer housing 510, and the atomizer cover 570 has a vent hole 572 communicating the inside of the glass 530 with the outside air. In actual use, the atomizer 500 is mounted to the atomizer body 100, the atomizer body 100 powering its atomization. The heating wire 530 heats to atomize the oil in the glass, and the oil enters the atomizer housing (the space between the glass 530 and the atomizer housing 510) from the passage between the glass 530 and the atomizer upper cover 514, and then enters the external atomizer body 100 through the mist outlet 512 of the atomizer housing 510.

An atomizer upper cover is arranged between the atomizer shell opening end and the atomizer cover body, the atomizer upper cover covers the atomizer shell opening end, and a channel is formed in the atomizer upper cover and is communicated with the glass cup and a space between the glass cup and the atomizer shell;
An insulating layer is arranged between the bottom of the atomizer shell and the heating wire, the tail ends of pins of the heating wire penetrate through the insulating layer, one pole is connected to the bottom of the atomizer shell, the other pole is connected to a top needle, the top needle is mounted at the bottom of the atomizer shell, and an insulating pad is arranged between the top needle and the bottom of the atomizer shell;
the surface of the side wall of the atomizer shell is provided with a circle of mist outlets which are uniformly distributed; the atomizer is arranged on the atomizer main body in use, the heating wire heats to atomize oil liquid in the glass, the oil liquid enters the atomizer shell from a channel between the glass and the atomizer upper cover, and then enters the external atomizer main body through the mist outlet of the atomizer shell;
the atomizer cover body is provided with a vent hole which is communicated with the air inside and outside the glass.
2. The atomizer of claim 1 wherein said insulating layer comprises a ceramic support mounted between said atomizer housing bottom and said heater for supporting said heater and said glass.
3. The atomizer of claim 2 wherein said insulating layer further comprises a mica sheet mounted between said ceramic support and said atomizer housing bottom, and a silicone collar mounted between said mica sheet and said atomizer housing bottom.
4. A nebulizer as claimed in claim 3, wherein the nebulizer further comprises a silicone tape connected at one end to the nebulizer cover and at the other end to the nebulizer housing.
5. The atomizer of claim 4 wherein a ring of silicone rubber is provided on the outer periphery of said atomizer cover.
6. The atomizer of claim 5, wherein a threaded connection portion for adapting to an external atomizer body is provided at the bottom of said atomizer housing, said heating wire is connected to the upper end of said ejector pin, and the lower end is exposed from the middle of said threaded connection portion to the outside.
7. The atomizer of claim 1 wherein said heater is a disk shaped heater uniformly distributed on the bottom of said glass.
