In practical applications, the second smart mobile device 200 may be a mobile device with a wireless network card, such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer with a wireless network card, and the like.
The second smart mobile device 200 is further configured to connect to a corresponding wireless hotspot signal according to a selection operation of the second user, so as to purchase and use paid traffic to surf the internet.
In this embodiment, the wireless hotspot-based paid traffic sharing system can effectively solve the demand that traffic users earn revenue by sharing own excess traffic, thereby realizing the full utilization of the excess traffic and simultaneously meeting the demand that low-traffic users obtain the data traffic internet function at low price.
It should be noted that the number of the second smart mobile devices 200 is not limited as long as the second smart mobile devices enter the coverage of the shared wireless hotspot signal generated by the first smart mobile device 100. In the wireless hotspot-based paid traffic sharing system, the second smart mobile device 200 is in wireless communication connection with the first smart mobile device 100, and is connected to the internet by using paid traffic by using the wireless hotspot provided by the first smart mobile device 100.
Optionally, a traffic sharing APP is preset in the first smart mobile device 100.
The first smart mobile device 100 is further configured to edit the generated compensated traffic sharing information according to the traffic sharing APP of the first user, and configure a corresponding wireless network name for the corresponding wireless hotspot signal, where the wireless network name carries different compensated traffic sharing information.
In this embodiment, the first user may control the wireless network card by operating the traffic sharing APP to generate a required shared wireless hotspot signal, and may edit information such as paid traffic sharing information (including bandwidth, traffic price, sales condition, and the like of paid traffic), payment flow, price, amount of money, and the like, through the traffic sharing APP.
Preferably, in order to push the shared wireless hotspot more accurately and effectively, the second smart mobile device 200 is further configured to send a probe request to the first smart mobile device 100 when the second smart mobile device enters a coverage area of a shared wireless hotspot signal generated by the first smart mobile device 100, where the probe request carries MAC address information of the second smart mobile device 200.
In this embodiment, the sending of the probe request to the first smart mobile device by the second smart mobile device may be performed under manual operation of the second user, or may be performed automatically according to a program, which is not limited herein. Namely, the second intelligent mobile device is manually connected with the wireless hotspot under the manual operation of the second user, or automatically connected with the wireless hotspot according to a preset strategy.
The first smart mobile device 100 is further configured to send a corresponding shared wireless hotspot signal to the second smart mobile device 200 according to the received MAC address information.
In this embodiment, when the traffic sharing APP receives the probe request, the MAC address of the smart mobile device (i.e., the second smart mobile device 200) that sends the probe request may be analyzed through the probe request, and then the identity of the second user is analyzed according to the MAC address, and according to the requirement of the first user, a corresponding shared wireless hotspot signal is pushed to the second user, so that the paid traffic sharing process is more intelligent and humanized, and the user experience is good.
Optionally, if the second mobile terminal is equipped with a traffic sharing APP, the second smart mobile device 200 is further configured to, after the second user selects the sharing wireless hotspot signal, connect the hotspot through the traffic sharing APP, view service-related information, select a usage mode of compensated traffic (e.g., a usage duration, a bandwidth, a traffic amount, etc.), a payment amount, and a payment mode (e.g., a WeChat, a Paypao, a PayPal, etc.), thereby completing a payment process and a usage process.
In this embodiment, the traffic sharing APP can invoke a corresponding payment program, so as to implement a complete payment process. Specifically, a payment interface for purchasing traffic is opened in the traffic sharing APP, and in the payment interface, a traffic demand user (i.e., a second user) can select a traffic use mode (e.g., use duration, bandwidth, traffic amount, etc.) according to own needs and select a payment amount and a payment mode (e.g., WeChat, PayPal, etc.) according to information such as personal information of a traffic sharer (i.e., a first user), historical sharing transaction records, a service quality user rating, etc.
Optionally, if the second mobile terminal does not have the traffic sharing APP installed, the second smart mobile device 200 is further configured to access a preset user interface (for example, a portal page with payment information), view service-related information, select a usage mode of paid traffic, a payment amount, and a payment mode through a self-contained general client, and complete a payment process and a usage flow after the second user selects the sharing wireless hotspot signal to connect to the hotspot.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate the use of the paid shared traffic by a user who does not have a traffic sharing APP, after the user clicks the shared wireless hotspot signal, the first mobile terminal causes the system of the second mobile terminal to pop up a preset payment page by replying to a specific message, and the second user can perform a corresponding payment process on the payment page. In the payment page, the traffic demand user (i.e., the second user) can select a traffic usage mode (e.g., usage duration, bandwidth, traffic amount, etc.) and a payment amount and a payment mode (e.g., WeChat, Paibao, PayPal, etc.) according to the personal information of the traffic sharer (i.e., the first user), the history sharing transaction record, the rating of the service quality user, and other information and according to the need of the user.
It should be noted that if the platform for selling excessive traffic is implemented, it is also possible for the platform management operator to intensively purchase traffic in bulk from the telecommunication operator and then sell the traffic for retail. Therefore, the method not only can solve the problem that the surplus flow of the individual user is not uniformly distributed in time and space, but also can increase the profit mode of the platform operator.
According to the embodiment of the invention, at least one sharing wireless hotspot signal is generated by first intelligent mobile equipment according to the requirements of a first user; then, the second user searches for at least one shared wireless hotspot signal through the second intelligent mobile device, clicks the wireless network name of the shared wireless hotspot signal, and checks corresponding paid traffic sharing information; and finally, the second user purchases and uses the corresponding paid sharing flow by selecting the wireless hotspot signal according to the self requirement. Therefore, the wireless hotspot-based paid traffic sharing system can effectively meet the demand that traffic users earn benefits by sharing own excess traffic, realize the full utilization of the excess traffic, and simultaneously meet the demand that low-traffic users or no traffic obtain the data traffic internet function at low price.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the above-mentioned storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.

Claims (8)

1. A paid traffic sharing method based on wireless hotspots is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a first user installs a traffic sharing APP in first intelligent mobile equipment, edits and generates wireless network names of corresponding sharing wireless hotspot signals for different compensated traffic sharing information by using the traffic sharing APP, and controls the first intelligent mobile equipment to generate sharing wireless hotspots;
a second user searches for at least one shared wireless hotspot signal through a second intelligent mobile device, and checks corresponding paid traffic sharing information by clicking a wireless network name of the shared wireless hotspot signal, wherein the second intelligent mobile device is located in a coverage range of the shared wireless hotspot signal generated by the first intelligent mobile device;
the second user checks corresponding paid traffic sharing information by selecting the wireless hotspot signal according to the self requirement, and purchases and uses the corresponding paid sharing traffic;
wherein the traffic sharing APP in the first smart mobile device comprises a control module, a Portal service module, and a Web service module,
the control module is used for acquiring hotspot configuration and Portal configuration of the first intelligent mobile device from a cloud; configuring the name and the switch of a shared wireless hotspot of the first intelligent mobile device through a system API;
the Portal service module is used for taking over the flow of a hotspot network interface after the shared wireless hotspot signal is started, so that the http and https accesses of the second intelligent mobile equipment connected with the shared wireless hotspot signal are redirected to a specified address, and other accesses are shielded; the second intelligent mobile equipment which passes the authentication and is connected with the hot spot is released through interactive verification with the cloud, the second intelligent mobile equipment with the released time expired or the flow reaching the specified value is used for being offline, and the second intelligent mobile equipment returns to the initial state again;
the Web service module is used for providing a Web access service for a Portal page and providing a page acceleration service for automatically updating the Portal page from a cloud end and caching the Portal page to the local of the first intelligent mobile device; and providing the multimedia video and audio or file resources locally stored in the first intelligent mobile equipment to be accessed by the second intelligent mobile equipment connected with the hot spot in a web page form.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the second user searches for at least one of the shared wireless hotspot signals through a second smart mobile device, comprising:
and when a second user enters the coverage range of the shared wireless hotspot signal generated by the first intelligent mobile equipment, manually connecting the shared wireless hotspot signal through manual operation of the second user, or automatically connecting the shared wireless hotspot signal through a preset strategy in the second intelligent mobile equipment.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the second user purchases and uses the corresponding paid sharing traffic by selecting the wireless hotspot signal according to own needs, comprising:
if the second intelligent mobile device is provided with the flow sharing APP, after the second user selects the sharing wireless hotspot signal, the payment process and the use process are completed through the flow sharing APP for connecting with the hotspot, checking service related information, selecting a compensated flow use mode, payment amount and a payment mode.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the second user purchases and uses the corresponding paid sharing traffic by selecting the wireless hotspot signal according to own needs, comprising:
and if the second intelligent mobile equipment is not provided with the flow sharing APP, accessing a preset user page, viewing service related information, selecting a compensated flow using mode, a payment amount and a payment mode through a self-contained universal client in the second intelligent mobile equipment when the second user selects the sharing wireless hotspot signal to access the hotspot, and completing a payment process and a using process.
5. A wireless hotspot-based paid traffic sharing system, the system comprising:
a first smart mobile device configured to generate at least one shared wireless hotspot signal, each of the shared wireless hotspot signals comprising: wireless network names carrying different paid traffic sharing information;
the second intelligent mobile device is positioned in the coverage range of the shared wireless hotspot signal generated by the first intelligent mobile device and used for searching and accessing the shared wireless hotspot signal, and the wireless network name of the shared wireless hotspot signal is used for being provided for a second user to access and view corresponding paid traffic sharing information;
the second intelligent mobile device is further used for connecting a corresponding wireless hotspot signal according to the selection operation of the second user, checking corresponding paid traffic sharing information, and purchasing and using paid traffic to surf the internet;
a traffic sharing APP is preset in the first intelligent mobile device;
the first intelligent mobile device is further configured to edit generated compensated traffic sharing information according to the traffic sharing APP of the first user, and configure a corresponding wireless network name for a corresponding wireless hotspot signal, where the wireless network name carries different compensated traffic sharing information;
wherein the traffic sharing APP in the first smart mobile device comprises a control module, a Portal service module, and a Web service module,
the control module is used for acquiring hotspot configuration and Portal configuration of the first intelligent mobile device from a cloud; configuring the name and the switch of a shared wireless hotspot of the first intelligent mobile device through a system API;
the Portal service module is used for taking over the flow of a hotspot network interface after the shared wireless hotspot signal is started, so that the http and https accesses of the second intelligent mobile equipment connected with the shared wireless hotspot signal are redirected to a specified address, and other accesses are shielded; the second intelligent mobile equipment which passes the authentication and is connected with the hot spot is released through interactive verification with the cloud, the second intelligent mobile equipment with the released time expired or the flow reaching the specified value is used for being offline, and the second intelligent mobile equipment returns to the initial state again;
the Web service module is used for providing a Web access service for a Portal page and providing a page acceleration service for automatically updating the Portal page from a cloud end and caching the Portal page to the local of the first intelligent mobile device; multimedia video and audio or other file resources locally stored by the first intelligent mobile device are provided to be accessed by the second intelligent mobile device connected with the hot spot in a web page mode.

The system according to claim 5, wherein the second smart mobile device is further configured to connect the shared wireless hotspot signal according to a second user manual operation instruction when the second smart mobile device enters a coverage area of the shared wireless hotspot signal generated by the first smart mobile device, or automatically connect the shared wireless hotspot signal according to a preset policy.

The system of claim 5, wherein if the second smart mobile device is equipped with the traffic sharing APP, the second smart mobile device is further configured to connect to the hotspot through the traffic sharing APP, view service-related information, select a compensated traffic usage mode, a payment amount, and a payment mode after the second user selects the shared wireless hotspot signal, thereby completing a payment process and a usage flow.

The system of claim 5, wherein if the second smart mobile device does not have the traffic sharing APP installed, the second smart mobile device is further configured to access the hotspot after the second user selects the shared wireless hotspot signal, and access a preset user page, view service related information, select a usage mode of paid traffic, a payment amount, and a payment mode through a self-contained general client, thereby completing a payment process and a usage flow.
