Description

Uplink data retransmission processing method and device and user equipment
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for processing uplink data retransmission, and a user equipment.
Background
RLC (Radio Link Control, Radio Link Control sublayer) and MAC (Media Access Control, MAC) are important Radio interface protocols in the LTE Radio Access system. When the uplink data is scheduled and transmitted, the RLC is configured in an acknowledgement mode, the RLC and the MAC are respectively in two processes, data generated by the RLC are placed in a buffer, the data are submitted to the MAC to be transmitted after a transmission opportunity arrives, namely the RLC generates the data firstly, and the data are transmitted after the MAC.
When the RLC receives NACK (No Acknowledgement) fed back by the network, the RLC generates a ReTx PDU (retransmission Protocol Data Unit) according to the NACK indication. When the uplink resource grant value of the network is small or the channel fading is large, the data buffered in the buffer cannot be scheduled by the MAC for a long time, and the RLC repeatedly generates ReTx PDUs, so that the ReTx PDUs are always accumulated in the buffer, not only is the resource efficiency of the system reduced, but also the ReTx PDUs trigger retransmission to reach a certain number of times and cause RLC reset, thereby causing interruption and fluctuation of uplink and downlink data transmission.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides an uplink data retransmission processing method, which sets a state identification record PDU sending state for RLC PDU, as shown in figure 1, the method includes:
s11, after the RLC PDU is generated, setting the status identifier of the RLC PDU to prohibit the generation of retransmission PDU;
s12, after the RLC PDU is scheduled and transmitted, setting the status identifier of the RLC PDU to allow the generation of retransmission PDU;
the status Flag of the RLC PDU records the sending status of the PDU, and for example, the status Flag is represented by a inhibit ReTx Flag, which may be set to 1, and indicates that the generated RLC PDU is not scheduled and sent by an HARQ (Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest) process of an MAC in a buffer; setting the inhibit ReTx Flag to 0, which indicates that the MAC has scheduled the PDU or the PDU is in the transmission process; the initial value of the Prohibit ReTx Flag is set to 0.
After generating the RLC PDU, setting a inhibit ReTx Flag to 1, for indicating that the RLC is not allowed to generate the ReTx PDU before the MAC schedules to transmit the PDU; when the MAC schedules transmission of the PDU, the Prohibit ReTx Flag is set to 0 to indicate that if the PDU subsequently needs to be retransmitted, the RLC can generate a ReTx PDU and put it into a buffer.
S13, after retransmission is needed or a message requiring retransmission sent by the network side equipment is received, generating retransmission PDU or not according to the state identification of the PDU needing retransmission.
Optionally, the generating a retransmission PDU or not according to the status identifier of the PDU that needs to be retransmitted includes: when the state identifier of the PDU needing retransmission is that the generation of the retransmission PDU is forbidden, the retransmission PDU is not generated;
and when the state identifier of the PDU needing retransmission is that the retransmission PDU is allowed to be generated, generating and storing the retransmission PDU.
After retransmission is needed (for example, new data is not sent in uplink, the last PDU needs to be retransmitted according to poll triggering conditions) or a message (for example, NACK message) which is sent by network side equipment and requires retransmission is received, a status identifier of the PDU which needs to be retransmitted is inquired, and whether to generate a retransmission PDU is determined according to the sending status of the PDU which needs to be retransmitted. If the inquired inhibit ReTx Flag is 1, indicating that the PDU which needs to be retransmitted exists in the buffer, then not generating the retransmission PDU; when the Prohibit ReTx Flag is 0, the PDU needing to be retransmitted is indicated to be scheduled for transmission, and the retransmitted PDU is generated according to the indication of the NACK message and is put into a buffer.
Optionally, after the generating and storing the retransmission PDU, the method further includes: and setting the status identifier of the retransmission PDU as the state identifier of the retransmission PDU for forbidding generating the retransmission PDU.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an uplink data retransmission processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The initial value of the Prohibit ReTx Flag is set to 0, and indicates that the retransmission PDU is allowed to be generated; when receiving a NACK message or transmitting poll sent by network side equipment, inquiring the value of a Prohibit ReTx Flag, and judging whether the value is 0 (allowing to generate retransmission PDU); when the inhibit ReTx Flag is not 0, the PDU generated before is not scheduled and transmitted by the MAC, and the network has not received the PDU, so that the RLC does not need to generate the ReTx PDU and does not generate the retransmission PDU; when the inhibit ReTx Flag is 0, generating a retransmission PDU and storing the retransmission PDU in a buffer, and setting the inhibit ReTx Flag to be 1; after the MAC schedules transmission of the PDU, the inhibit ReTx Flag is set to 0.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating DPU scheduling in an uplink data retransmission processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
RLC generates PDU0, PDU1 and PDU2 and puts them in buffer, Harq0 of MAC schedules PDU 0; there are also PDU1 and PDU2 in the buffer, when the RLC receives NACK1 fed back by the network, but since PDU1 is still in the buffer, PDU1 is not generated, and then Harq1 schedules PDU1 for transmission; only PDU2 in the buffer, RLC in turn receives network feedback NACK1, since PDU1 does not exist in the buffer, PDU1 is generated this time and put in the buffer, and then Harq2 and Harq3 schedule PDU2 and ReTx PDU1 transmissions, respectively.
The uplink data retransmission processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention sets the status identifier of the RLC PDU to prohibit the generation of retransmission PDU after the RLC PDU is generated, sets the status identifier of the RLC PDU to allow the generation of retransmission PDU after the RLC PDU is scheduled and transmitted, and determines whether to generate retransmission PDU according to the status identifier of the PDU required to be retransmitted after the retransmission is required or a message required to be retransmitted sent by network side equipment is received.
