Detailed Description
In the related art, for the photocuring molding 3D printing technology, the implementation process is as follows: by using the imaging principle of the liquid crystal display panel, under the drive of a microcomputer and a drive circuit of the display panel, an image signal is provided by a computer program, and a selective transparent area appears on the liquid crystal display panel. Then, under the irradiation of the ultraviolet light source, the ultraviolet light in the image transparent area of the liquid crystal display panel is blocked, the ultraviolet light in the non-transparent area is blocked, and the ultraviolet light penetrating through the liquid crystal display panel forms an ultraviolet light image area. A printing groove for containing solidified liquid resin is arranged on the surface of the liquid crystal display panel, the bottom of the printing groove is a transparent film, and the non-transparent area of the liquid crystal display panel is not irradiated by ultraviolet rays, so that the liquid light-solidified resin of the part is not irradiated by the ultraviolet rays and still keeps liquid; and at the position corresponding to the selective transparent area, ultraviolet rays irradiate the liquid light-cured resin through the transparent film, so that the liquid resin irradiated by the ultraviolet rays is subjected to curing reaction, the irradiated liquid resin becomes a solid state, a thin layer of a model to be printed is formed, and the printing process is repeated for multiple times, so that the simplified production of any complex structural component can be realized.
In the related technology, the liquid crystal display panel is adopted to cure the liquid resin in the printing tank, and still a gamma curve for display is used, the set value of the gamma curve is generally 2.2 +/-0.3, the set value of the gamma curve in the interval can enable human eyes to perceive that the brightness of the panel linearly changes along with gray scale, the capacity of distinguishing the gray scale is increased, and the readability of the gray scale of the panel is enhanced, namely the set value of the gamma curve in the interval is the set value sensitive to the human eyes. However, the perception of the resin to ultraviolet light is not matched with the perception of human eyes to light, and researches show that the matching between the transmittance of the ultraviolet light and the curing rate of the resin is linearly related, and if the liquid resin is cured by adopting a gamma curve for display, the liquid resin has the problems of insensitivity in low gray scale and over-sensitivity in high gray scale. However, in the related art, the gamma curve for 3D printing is not fixed in the driver chip, and the gamma curve for 3D printing cannot be obtained by debugging the gamma curve for display fixed in the driver chip (external resistor string debugging and internal code debugging).
In view of the above problems in the related art, embodiments of the present invention provide a method and system for adjusting brightness of a liquid crystal display panel, and a 3D printing apparatus. In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, specific embodiments of a method for adjusting brightness of a liquid crystal display panel, a brightness adjusting system and a 3D printing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the preferred embodiments described below are only for illustrating and explaining the present invention and are not to be used for limiting the present invention. And the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
The shapes and sizes of the various elements in the drawings are not to scale and are merely intended to illustrate the invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for adjusting the brightness of a liquid crystal display panel, which comprises the following steps of:
s101, acquiring an image to be lightened, and determining a first gray-scale value of a target gamma curve corresponding to each pixel in the image to be lightened;
the target gamma curve is a gamma curve matched with liquid resin to be cured, the target gamma region is obtained through theoretical calculation, and cannot be obtained through adjustment of a gamma circuit in a driving circuit in the liquid crystal display panel, namely, the corresponding relation of the target gamma curve cannot be obtained through debugging of the gamma circuit.
S102, determining a second gray scale value corresponding to each pixel of the liquid crystal display panel according to the first gray scale value and a pre-established corresponding relation between the first gray scale value and the second gray scale value, wherein the difference value between the brightness value corresponding to the first gray scale value in the target gamma curve and the brightness value corresponding to the second gray scale value in the preset gamma curve is smaller than a preset threshold value;
because the difference between the brightness value corresponding to the first gray scale value in the target gamma curve and the brightness value corresponding to the second gray scale value in the preset gamma curve is smaller than the preset threshold, when the difference between the brightness value corresponding to the first gray scale value and the brightness value corresponding to the second gray scale value is not considered, the brightness values corresponding to the first gray scale value and the second gray scale value can be considered to be the same, so that the corresponding relationship between the first gray scale value and the second gray scale value can be established through the brightness values.
And S103, driving each pixel in the liquid crystal display panel to light according to the second gray-scale value.
Specifically, in the method for adjusting the brightness of the liquid crystal display panel provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the first gray-scale value of the target gamma curve corresponding to each pixel in the image to be lit is obtained, the second gray-scale value corresponding to each pixel in the liquid crystal display panel is determined according to the first gray-scale value and the pre-established correspondence between the first gray-scale value and the second gray-scale value, and then each pixel in the liquid crystal display panel is driven to be lit according to the second gray-scale value, so that the display effect of the target gamma curve is achieved by using the cured preset gamma curve in the liquid crystal display panel, and the utilization rate of the gray scale is improved when performing 3D printing.
In the method for adjusting the brightness of the liquid crystal display panel provided by the embodiment of the invention, the display effect of the gamma curve for 3D printing is achieved by adopting the gamma curve for display, so that the utilization rate of gray scales in the 3D printing process can be improved, and the liquid crystal display panel can be conveniently detected when a printing defect occurs in the 3D printing process, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: in the 3D printing process, a printing defect occurs, in order to judge whether the printing defect is caused by the problem of the liquid crystal panel, the liquid crystal panel is taken down, a visible light source is used as an external backlight to detect whether the display of the liquid crystal panel has the problem, and because human eyes are adopted for identification in the detection process, a gamma curve for display sensitive to the human eyes is required to be adopted to drive the liquid crystal panel.
Optionally, in the method for adjusting brightness of a liquid crystal display panel provided in the embodiment of the present invention, step S102 specifically includes:
determining a brightness value corresponding to the first gray scale value according to a preset target gamma curve;
determining a second gray scale value corresponding to the brightness value according to the brightness value and a preset gamma curve;
the preset gamma curve is a corresponding relation between a brightness value solidified in the liquid crystal display panel and the second gray scale value, and the target gamma curve is a corresponding relation between a brightness value obtained through theoretical calculation and the first gray scale value.
The process of converting the first gray scale value into the second gray scale value is described below by taking the target gamma curve as gamma (1) and the preset gamma curve and gamma (2.2) as examples. Wherein, the first table is a corresponding relation table of brightness values and gray scale values in the target gamma curve and the preset gamma curve, wherein, Grey Level represents the gray scale value, T% (2.2) represents the brightness value corresponding to each gray scale in gamma (2.2), and T% (1) represents the brightness value corresponding to each gray scale in gamma (1).
As shown in fig. 2 and table one, if the obtained first gray scale value is 112, the brightness value corresponding to the first gray scale value 112 is determined to be 0.44 according to the first gray scale value 112 and the target gamma curve gamma (1), and then the second gray scale value is determined to be 176 according to the brightness value 0.44 and the preset gamma curve gamma (2.2).

Optionally, in the method for adjusting brightness of a liquid crystal display panel according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the target gamma curve is a linear function determined according to two end points of the preset gamma curve.
Specifically, in the method for adjusting the brightness of the liquid crystal display panel provided by the embodiment of the invention, since the transmittance of ultraviolet light is linearly related to the curing rate of the resin, that is, the target gamma curve gamma (1) can meet the requirement of curing the resin, the problem that the preset gamma curve gamma (2.2) is not sensitive at a low gray scale and is too sensitive at a high gray scale when the resin is cured can be avoided. The present invention utilizes the preset gamma curve solidified in the existing liquid crystal display panel to achieve the display effect of the target gamma curve, so the end point of the target gamma curve needs to be set by taking the preset gamma curve as the reference.
Optionally, in the method for adjusting brightness of a liquid crystal display panel provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the preset threshold is less than 10%.
Specifically, in the method for adjusting brightness of a liquid crystal display panel according to an embodiment of the present invention, since the preset gamma curve is already cured in the existing liquid crystal display panel to achieve the display effect of the target gamma curve, the brightness value corresponding to the acquired first gray scale value in the target gamma curve may not necessarily be adjusted by the gamma circuit already cured in the liquid crystal display panel, so that the closest gray scale corresponding to the brightness value may be selected as the second gray scale value, where it is required that a difference between the brightness value corresponding to the second gray scale value and the brightness value corresponding to the first gray scale value is smaller than 10%, so as to ensure that accurate brightness can be emitted.
Optionally, in the method for adjusting luminance of a liquid crystal display panel provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
judging whether the liquid crystal display panel is used for 3D printing or not;

Specifically, in the method for adjusting the brightness of the liquid crystal display panel provided by the embodiment of the invention, the same driving chip can be used for controlling the liquid crystal display panel to be used for 3D printing or controlling the liquid crystal display panel to perform normal display. When the driving chip is used for controlling the liquid crystal display panel to perform 3D printing, the driving chip takes the obtained gray scale value of the image to be lightened as a first gray scale value, and converts the first gray scale value from the step S101 to the step S103 in the above embodiment into a second gray scale value to be provided to the liquid crystal display panel, so that the liquid crystal display panel displays the image for 3D printing; when the driving chip is used for controlling the liquid crystal display panel to normally display, the acquired gray scale value of the image to be lightened is used as a second gray scale value, the second gray scale value is directly provided for the liquid crystal display panel, and the liquid crystal display panel displays a normal image sensitive to human eyes according to the second gray scale value.
In addition to the above, before performing 3D printing, the liquid crystal panel may be driven by using a gamma curve for display, that is, the obtained gray value of the image to be lit is used as a second gray value, and the second gray value is directly provided to the liquid crystal display panel, and the liquid crystal display panel displays a normal image sensitive to human eyes according to the second gray value, so that whether the liquid crystal panel is normally displayed can be visually judged by human eyes, if the liquid crystal panel is normal, the steps S101 to S103 in the above embodiment may be performed to perform 3D printing, and if the liquid crystal panel is abnormally displayed, the liquid crystal panel needs to be debugged or maintained and then used for 3D printing, so as to avoid a printing defect when the liquid crystal panel is directly used for 3D printing.
