The invention directly compares the quantity of the electronic certificates issued before the time of opening the account checking service and the quantity of the corresponding certificate declaration requests, thereby realizing the direct account checking of the stock certificates issued before the time of opening the account checking service; after the preset issuing reconciliation service opening time, comparing the service quantity corresponding to each service type of the certificate handling in the service system with the calling times of the service interface corresponding to the service type of the certificate handling recorded in the electronic certificate system, thereby reconciling the incremental certificate after the issuing reconciliation service opening time according to the service type, and further being matched with the actual service of the electronic certificate, improving the reconciliation precision, reducing the reconciliation difficulty and improving the reconciliation efficiency.
Referring to fig. 5, in order to further reduce the reconciliation difficulty and quickly and accurately locate the error time period and/or the error area in the electronic certificate issued before the preset issuing reconciliation service opening time, that is, the stock certificate, in a preferred embodiment, the first reconciliation module 11 specifically includes:
the first dividing module 111 is configured to divide the number of the electronic certificates into the number of the electronic certificates issued by a plurality of administrative areas according to a preset administrative area, and divide the number of the certificate declaration requests into the number of the certificate declaration requests of the plurality of administrative areas.
The second dividing module 112 is configured to divide the number of the electronic certificates issued by the administrative area into the number of the electronic certificates issued by the administrative area in multiple time intervals according to a preset checking time interval; and dividing the license declaration request quantity of the administrative region into the license declaration request quantity of the administrative region in a plurality of time intervals.

In one embodiment, a first identification module (not shown) is also included; the first identification module is used for judging whether the quantity of the electronic certificates is consistent with the quantity of the certificate reporting requests or not, and if not, marking the quantity of the electronic certificates and the quantity of the certificate reporting requests; otherwise, feeding back information consistent with the information.
Referring to fig. 6, in order to further reduce the reconciliation difficulty and quickly and accurately locate the error time period and/or the error area in the electronic certificate issued after the preset issuing reconciliation service opening time, i.e. the stock certificate, in a preferred embodiment, the second reconciliation module 12 specifically includes:
the first data obtaining module 121 is configured to obtain, according to a preset administrative area, the number of services corresponding to each service type of the license handling in the service system of each administrative area after the preset issuance reconciliation service opening time, and the number of calls of each service interface of the license handling recorded in the electronic license system of each administrative area.
The second data obtaining module 122 is configured to obtain, according to a preset time interval for obtaining data, a service quantity corresponding to each service type of the service system of each administrative area in each time interval, and a call frequency of each service interface for handling the license, which is recorded by the electronic license system of each administrative area in each time interval.
And the second comparing module 123 is configured to compare the service number of the service system in the same service type in the same administrative area in the same time interval with the number of calls of the service interface recorded in the electronic license system.
In one embodiment, a second identification module (not shown) is also included; the second identification module is used for judging whether the service quantity is consistent with the calling times of the service interface or not, and if not, marking the service quantity and the service interface; otherwise, feeding back information consistent with the information.
In one embodiment, further comprising:
an issuing and revocation quantity obtaining module (not shown in the figure) for obtaining the issuing quantity and the revocation quantity of the electronic certificate after the preset issuing reconciliation service opening time in the electronic certificate system;
a mapping module (not shown in the figure) for calculating and obtaining the declaration request issuance quantity and the declaration request revocation quantity of the certificate in the service system according to the calling times of the service interface, the preset service type of the electronic certificate and the mapping relation between the declaration request issuance quantity and the declaration request revocation quantity;
and the issuing and revocation quantity comparison module (not shown) is used for respectively comparing the issuing quantity and the revocation quantity of the electronic certificate with the declaration request issuing quantity and the declaration request revocation quantity of the certificate.
In one embodiment, the mapping relationship between the service type of the preset electronic certificate and the issuance quantity and revocation quantity of the declaration request is as follows:
when the service type of the electronic certificate is new service, the issuing number is increased by 1 and the disuse number is unchanged every time new service is applied;
when the service type of the electronic certificate is a revocation service, the signing and issuing quantity is unchanged and the revocation quantity is increased by 1 every time the revocation service is applied;
when the service type of the electronic certificate is a change service, the issuing number is increased by 1 and the disuse number is increased by 1 every time the change service is applied;
when the service type of the electronic certificate is the filling service, the issuing quantity is increased by 1 and the disuse quantity is increased by 1 every time the filling service is applied;
when the service type of the electronic certificate is annual inspection service, the issuing number is increased by 1 and the disuse number is increased by 1 every time annual inspection service is applied;
when the service type of the electronic certificate is a certificate exchange service, the issuing number is increased by 1 and the disuse number is increased by 1 every time the certificate exchange service is applied;
when the service type of the electronic certificate is a loss report service, the issuing quantity is unchanged and the disuse quantity is increased by 1 every time the loss report service is applied;
when the service type of the electronic certificate is reissue service, the issuing quantity is increased by 1 and the disuse quantity is unchanged every time the reissue service is applied;
when the service type of the electronic certificate is the suspension and cancellation service, the issuing quantity is unchanged and the disuse quantity is increased by 1 every time the suspension and cancellation service is applied.
When the service type of the electronic certificate is a logout service, the signing and issuing quantity is unchanged and the disuse quantity is increased by 1 every time the logout service is applied.
The invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, which stores a computer program, and the computer program is used for realizing the steps of the electronic certificate issuing and reconciliation method when being executed by a processor.
The present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more storage media including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like, having program code embodied therein. Computer readable storage media, which include both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement any method or technology for storage of information. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of the storage medium of the computer include, but are not limited to: phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium, may be used to store information that may be accessed by a computing device.
The invention also provides computer equipment which comprises a storage, a processor and a computer program which is stored in the storage and can be executed by the processor, wherein the processor executes the computer program to realize the steps of the electronic certificate issuing and reconciliation method.

Claims (9)

1. An electronic certificate issuing and account checking method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring the number of electronic certificates issued in the electronic certificate system before the preset issuing reconciliation service opening time and the number of corresponding certificate reporting requests in the service system according to the preset issuing reconciliation service opening time, and comparing the number of the electronic certificates with the number of the certificate reporting requests;
acquiring the service quantity corresponding to each service type for handling the certificate after the preset issuing reconciliation service opening time in the service system and the calling times of the service interface corresponding to the service type for handling the certificate recorded in the electronic certificate system, and comparing the service quantity with the calling times of the service interface;
the method comprises the steps of obtaining the service quantity corresponding to each service type for handling the certificate after the preset issuing reconciliation service opening time in the service system and the calling times of the service interface corresponding to the service type for handling the certificate recorded in the electronic certificate system, and comparing the service quantity with the calling times of the service interface, wherein the steps comprise:
acquiring the number of services corresponding to each service type for handling the certificate after the preset issuing reconciliation service opening time in the service system of each administrative region and the calling times of each service interface for handling the certificate recorded in the electronic certificate system of each administrative region according to the preset administrative region;
acquiring the service quantity corresponding to each service type of the service system of each administrative region in each time interval and the calling times of each service interface for handling the certificate, which are recorded by the electronic certificate system of each administrative region in each time interval, according to the preset time interval for acquiring data;
and comparing the service quantity of the service system in the same service type in the same administrative region in the same time interval with the calling times of the service interface recorded in the electronic certificate system.
2. The issuing and reconciliation method of the electronic certificate according to claim 1, wherein after the step of comparing the number of the services with the number of times of calling the service interface, the issuing and reconciliation method further comprises the following steps of: judging whether the service quantity is consistent with the calling times of the service interface, if not, marking the service quantity and the service interface; otherwise, feeding back information consistent with the information.
3. The method for issuing and reconciling an electronic certificate according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
acquiring the issuing quantity and the disuse quantity of the electronic certificates in the electronic certificate system after the preset issuing reconciliation service opening time;
calculating and obtaining the declaration request issuing quantity and the declaration request disusing quantity of the certificate in the service system according to the calling times of the service interface, the preset service type of the electronic certificate and the mapping relation between the declaration request issuing quantity and the declaration request disusing quantity;
and respectively comparing the issuing quantity and the disuse quantity of the electronic certificate with the issuing quantity and the disuse quantity of the declaration request of the certificate.
4. The issuing and reconciliation method of the electronic certificate according to claim 3, wherein the mapping relationship between the preset business type of the electronic certificate and the issuing quantity and the disusing quantity of the declaration request is as follows:
when the service type of the electronic certificate is new service, the issuing number is increased by 1 and the disuse number is unchanged every time new service is applied;
when the service type of the electronic certificate is a revocation service, the signing and issuing quantity is unchanged and the revocation quantity is increased by 1 every time the revocation service is applied;
when the service type of the electronic certificate is a change service, the issuing number is increased by 1 and the disuse number is increased by 1 every time the change service is applied;
when the service type of the electronic certificate is the filling service, the issuing quantity is increased by 1 and the disuse quantity is increased by 1 every time the filling service is applied;
when the service type of the electronic certificate is annual inspection service, the issuing number is increased by 1 and the disuse number is increased by 1 every time annual inspection service is applied;
when the service type of the electronic certificate is a certificate exchange service, the issuing number is increased by 1 and the disuse number is increased by 1 every time the certificate exchange service is applied;
when the service type of the electronic certificate is a loss report service, the issuing quantity is unchanged and the disuse quantity is increased by 1 every time the loss report service is applied;
when the service type of the electronic certificate is reissue service, the issuing quantity is increased by 1 and the disuse quantity is unchanged every time the reissue service is applied;
when the service type of the electronic certificate is the suspension and cancellation service, the issuing quantity is unchanged and the disuse quantity is increased by 1 every time the suspension and cancellation service is applied;
when the service type of the electronic certificate is a logout service, the signing and issuing quantity is unchanged and the disuse quantity is increased by 1 every time the logout service is applied.
5. The issuing and reconciliation method of the electronic certificate according to claim 1, wherein the step of comparing the number of the electronic certificates with the number of the certificate declaration requests comprises:
dividing the number of the electronic certificates into the number of the electronic certificates issued by a plurality of administrative areas according to a preset administrative area, and dividing the number of the certificate declaration requests into the number of the certificate declaration requests of the plurality of administrative areas;
dividing the number of the electronic certificates issued by the administrative region into the number of the electronic certificates issued by the administrative region in a plurality of time intervals according to a preset checking time interval; dividing the number of license declaration requests of an administrative region into the number of license declaration requests of the administrative region in a plurality of time intervals;
and comparing the number of the electronic certificates issued by the same administrative region in the same time interval with the corresponding number of the certificate declaration requests.

The issuing and reconciliation method for the electronic certificate according to claim 5, wherein after the step of comparing the number of the electronic certificates with the number of the certificate declaration requests, the issuing and reconciliation method further comprises the following steps: judging whether the quantity of the electronic certificates is consistent with the quantity of the certificate declaration request, and if not, marking the quantity of the electronic certificates and the quantity of the certificate declaration request; otherwise, feeding back information consistent with the information.
