Description

Imaging lens
Divisional application statement
The application is a divisional application of a Chinese invention patent application with the invention name of "imaging lens" and the application number of 201910225775.1, which is filed on 3, 25 and 2019.
Technical Field
The present application relates to an imaging lens, and more particularly, to an imaging lens including six lenses.
Background
On the one hand, as the performance of image sensors such as Charge-Coupled devices (CCDs) and Complementary Metal-Oxide semiconductors (CMOSs) is improved and the size thereof is reduced, the requirements for high imaging quality and miniaturization of the camera lens used in cooperation with the image sensors are increased. On the other hand, with the trend of light and thin portable electronic products such as mobile phones and tablet computers, the camera lens used in combination with the mobile phones and the tablet computers also needs to be thinner and smaller.
In order to meet the miniaturization requirement, it is necessary to reduce the number of lenses of the imaging lens as much as possible, but reducing the number of lenses causes a lack of freedom in designing the lens, making it difficult for the lens to meet the demand for high imaging performance. In addition, most of the existing camera lenses adopt wide-angle optical systems in order to obtain images with wide viewing angles, but the lenses are not beneficial to shooting distant objects, and clear images cannot be obtained.
The double-camera technology that has emerged at present combines long-focus lens and wide-angle lens to can obtain high spatial angle resolution through long-focus lens, rethread image fusion technique realizes the high frequency information reinforcing. However, in the telephoto lens, the design of the telephoto lens is particularly critical, and particularly, it is required that the telephoto lens can satisfy both the telephoto and the ultra-thin characteristics.

It should be understood that the detailed description is merely illustrative of exemplary embodiments of the present application and does not limit the scope of the present application in any way. Like reference numerals refer to like elements throughout the specification. The expression "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
It should be noted that in this specification, the expressions first, second, third, etc. are used only to distinguish one feature from another, and do not represent any limitation on the features. The figures are purely diagrammatic and not drawn to scale.
Herein, the paraxial region refers to a region near the optical axis. If the lens surface is convex and the convex position is not defined, it means that the lens surface is convex at least in the paraxial region; if the lens surface is concave and the concave position is not defined, it means that the lens surface is concave at least in the paraxial region. The surface of each lens close to the object side is called the object side surface of the lens, and the surface of each lens close to the image side is called the image side surface of the lens.
It will be further understood that the terms "comprises," "comprising," "has," "having," "includes" and/or "including," when used in this specification, specify the presence of stated features, elements, and/or components, but do not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, elements, components, and/or groups thereof. Moreover, when a statement such as "at least one of" appears after a list of listed features, the entirety of the listed features is modified rather than modifying individual elements in the list. Furthermore, when describing embodiments of the present application, the use of "may" mean "one or more embodiments of the present application. Also, the term "exemplary" is intended to refer to an example or illustration.
Unless otherwise defined, all terms (including technical and scientific terms) used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
The features, principles, and other aspects of the present application are described in detail below.
The optical imaging lens according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application may include, for example, six lenses having optical powers, i.e., a first lens, a second lens, a third lens, a fourth lens, a fifth lens, and a sixth lens. The six lenses are arranged in order from the object side to the image side along the optical axis.
In an exemplary embodiment, the first lens may have a positive optical power; the second lens can have negative focal power, and the object side surface of the second lens can be a concave surface, and the image side surface of the second lens can be a concave surface; the third lens can have positive focal power, and the image side surface of the third lens can be a convex surface; the fourth lens can have negative focal power, and the object side surface of the fourth lens can be a concave surface; the fifth lens has positive focal power or negative focal power; the sixth lens has positive power or negative power. By reasonably controlling the focal power and the surface type of the first lens, the second lens and the third lens, the low-order aberration of the system can be effectively balanced, and the system has good imaging quality.
In an exemplary embodiment, both the object-side surface and the image-side surface of the first lens may be convex.
In an exemplary embodiment, the object side surface of the third lens may be concave.
In an exemplary embodiment, the image side surface of the fourth lens may be concave.
In an exemplary embodiment, the object side surface of the sixth lens may be a concave surface.
In an exemplary embodiment, the imaging lens of the present application may satisfy the conditional expression 2.0 ≦ f/ImgH ≦ 3.0, where f is the total effective focal length of the imaging lens and ImgH is half the diagonal length of the effective pixel area on the imaging plane of the imaging lens. More specifically, f and ImgH may further satisfy 2.0. ltoreq. f/ImgH. ltoreq.2.5, for example, 2.27. ltoreq. f/ImgH. ltoreq.2.40. Satisfying the conditional expression f/ImgH is more than or equal to 2.0 and less than or equal to 3.0, which is beneficial to ensuring that the lens has better imaging quality.
In an exemplary embodiment, the imaging lens of the present application may satisfy the conditional expression 8 < f/T23 < 12, where f is a total effective focal length of the imaging lens, and T23 is a separation distance of the second lens and the third lens on an optical axis. More specifically, f and T23 further satisfy 9.5 < f/T23 < 10.5, e.g., 9.87. ltoreq. f/T23. ltoreq.10.15. The telephoto ratio of the imaging lens can be effectively improved by controlling the distance between the lenses, the magnification of a shot object is increased, and the imaging quality is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, the imaging lens of the present application may satisfy the conditional expression 3 < f12/CT1 < 4.5, where f12 is a combined focal length of the first lens and the second lens, and CT1 is a center thickness of the first lens on an optical axis. More specifically, f12 and CT1 further satisfy 3.5 < f12/CT1 < 4.5, for example, 3.72. ltoreq. f12/CT 1. ltoreq.4.15. The combined focal length of the first lens and the second lens is reasonably controlled, so that light deflection can be effectively controlled, and the size of the front end of the system is reduced.
In an exemplary embodiment, the imaging lens of the present application may satisfy the conditional expression 0.5 ≦ (T45+ T56)/∑ AT < 0.9, where T45 is a separation distance of the fourth lens and the fifth lens on the optical axis, T56 is a separation distance of the fifth lens and the sixth lens on the optical axis, and Σ AT is a sum of separation distances of any adjacent two lenses of the first lens to the sixth lens on the optical axis. More specifically, T45, T56, and Σ AT can further satisfy 0.5 ≦ (T45+ T56)/∑ AT < 0.7, e.g., 0.57 ≦ (T45+ T56)/∑ AT ≦ 0.63. The proportion of the air space between the fourth lens and the sixth lens to the whole air space of the system is larger, so that the whole focal length of the lens can be effectively increased, and the optical system has better capability of balancing dispersion.
In an exemplary embodiment, the imaging lens of the present application may satisfy the conditional expression 0.6 < f/f3 ≦ 1.0, where f is the total effective focal length of the imaging lens, and f3 is the effective focal length of the third lens. More specifically, f and f3 further satisfy 0.73. ltoreq. f/f 3. ltoreq.0.99. The effective focal length of the third lens is reasonably selected, so that the third lens has larger positive focal power, and the optical system is favorable for having better capacity of balancing field curvature.
In an exemplary embodiment, the imaging lens of the present application may satisfy the conditional expression-1.5 < f/f4 < -1.0, where f is an overall effective focal length of the imaging lens, and f4 is an effective focal length of the fourth lens. More specifically, f and f4 further satisfy-1.37. ltoreq. f/f 4. ltoreq. 1.15. The negative focal power of the fourth lens is controlled in a reasonable range, so that the integral focal length of the lens can be increased, and the function of balancing field curvature can be achieved.
In an exemplary embodiment, the imaging lens of the present application may satisfy the conditional expression 0.5 ≦ | f/f5| + | f/f6| < 1.0, where f is a total effective focal length of the imaging lens, f5 is an effective focal length of the fifth lens, and f6 is an effective focal length of the sixth lens. More specifically, f5, and f6 can further satisfy 0.53 ≦ f/f5| + | f/f6| ≦ 0.84. The focal lengths of the fifth lens and the sixth lens are reasonably distributed, the focal power at the rear end of the system is controlled in a small range, and the deflection angle of light can be reduced, so that the sensitivity of the system is reduced.
In an exemplary embodiment, the imaging lens of the present application may satisfy the conditional expression-1.5 < R5/R8 < -0.5, where R5 is a radius of curvature of an object-side surface of the third lens and R8 is a radius of curvature of an image-side surface of the fourth lens. More specifically, R5 and R8 may further satisfy-1.42. ltoreq. R5/R8. ltoreq. 0.76. The curvature radii of the object side surface of the third lens and the image side surface of the fourth lens are reasonably set, so that the field curvature and distortion of the optical system are easily balanced.
In an exemplary embodiment, the imaging lens of the present application may satisfy the conditional expression 0 < R6/R7 < 1.0, where R6 is a radius of curvature of an image-side surface of the third lens and R7 is a radius of curvature of an object-side surface of the fourth lens. More specifically, R6 and R7 may further satisfy 0.3 < R6/R7 < 0.7, for example, 0.38. ltoreq. R6/R7. ltoreq.0.61. The curvature radius of the image side surface of the third lens and the curvature radius of the object side surface of the fourth lens are reasonably set, so that the optical system has a larger aperture, and the integral brightness of imaging is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, the imaging lens of the present application may satisfy the conditional expression-1.0 < f/R2 < 0, for example, f is an overall effective focal length of the imaging lens, and R2 is a radius of curvature of an image-side surface of the first lens. More specifically, f and R2 can further satisfy-0.6 < f/R2 < -0.1, e.g., -0.56. ltoreq. f/R2. ltoreq.0.21. The curvature radius of the first lens is reasonably set, so that aberration can be balanced easily, and the Modulation Transfer Function (MTF) performance of the system is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, the imaging lens of the present application may satisfy the conditional expression | f/R9| + | f/R10| < 1.2, where f is a total effective focal length of the imaging lens, R9 is a radius of curvature of an object-side surface of the fifth lens, and R10 is a radius of curvature of an image-side surface of the fifth lens. More specifically, f, R9, and R10 can further satisfy 0 < | f/R9| + | f/R10| < 1.2, e.g., 0.30 ≦ f/R9| + | f/R10 ≦ 1.13. The curvature radius of the fifth lens is reasonably set, so that the curved surface of the fifth lens is smoother, and the integral focal length of the lens can be effectively increased. Meanwhile, the focal power of the fifth lens is reasonably distributed, so that the sensitivity of actual part processing is favorably reduced.
In an exemplary embodiment, the imaging lens of the present application may satisfy the conditional expression 0.5 ≦ | f/R11| + | f/R12| < 1.5, where f is a total effective focal length of the imaging lens, R11 is a radius of curvature of an object-side surface of the sixth lens, and R12 is a radius of curvature of an image-side surface of the sixth lens. More specifically, f, R11, and R12 can further satisfy 0.50 ≦ f/R11| + | f/R12| ≦ 1.36. The curvature radius of the sixth lens is reasonably set, so that the angles of incident rays and emergent rays of the sixth lens can be adjusted, the Chief Ray Angle (CRA) of the optical system can be effectively controlled, and the matching of chips is facilitated.
In an exemplary embodiment, the imaging lens of the present application may satisfy the conditional expression f/EPD < 2.5, where f is the total effective focal length of the imaging lens and EPD is the entrance pupil diameter of the imaging lens. More specifically, f and EPD further satisfy 2.18 ≦ f/EPD ≦ 2.48. The conditional expression f/EPD is less than 2.5, the system has the advantage of large aperture, the imaging effect of the system in the environment with weak light can be enhanced, and meanwhile, the aberration of the marginal field of view is reduced.
In an exemplary embodiment, the imaging lens may further include at least one diaphragm to improve the imaging quality of the lens. The stop may be disposed at any position as required, and for example, the stop may be disposed between the object side and the first lens.
Optionally, the optical imaging lens may further include a filter for correcting color deviation and/or a protective glass for protecting a photosensitive element on the imaging surface.
The application provides a six-lens telephoto lens, which can be matched with other known wide-angle lenses to form a double-lens so as to obtain an image with ideal magnification and good quality under the condition of automatic focusing. Meanwhile, the telephoto lens of the present application effectively reduces the volume of the telephoto lens, reduces the sensitivity of the telephoto lens, and improves the workability of the telephoto lens by reasonably distributing the focal power, the surface type, the center thickness of each lens, the on-axis distance between each lens, and the like of each lens, so that the telephoto lens is more advantageous to production and processing and is applicable to portable electronic products. Meanwhile, the telephoto lens configured as above can have smaller aberration and can match with a high-resolution imaging chip.
In the embodiments of the present application, an aspherical mirror surface is often used for each lens. The aspheric lens is characterized in that: the curvature varies continuously from the center of the lens to the periphery of the lens. Unlike a spherical lens having a constant curvature from the center of the lens to the periphery of the lens, an aspherical lens has better curvature radius characteristics, and has advantages of improving distortion aberration and improving astigmatic aberration. After the aspheric lens is adopted, the aberration generated during imaging can be eliminated as much as possible, thereby improving the imaging quality.
However, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the number of lenses constituting the imaging lens can be varied to achieve the various results and advantages described in the present specification without departing from the claimed subject matter. For example, although six lenses are exemplified in the embodiment, the imaging lens is not limited to including six lenses. The imaging lens may also include other numbers of lenses, if desired.
Specific examples of an imaging lens applicable to the above-described embodiments are further described below with reference to the drawings.
