Background
The intelligent water meter is used as an advanced electronic and mechanical combined device, and can record and electronically display the water consumption and also can carry out data transmission with a remote host. The electronic module in the intelligent water meter plays a vital role, and lawbreakers often disassemble and replace the module maliciously so as to achieve the purpose of reducing payment, so that the water meter is damaged, water resources are wasted and losses are caused to water supply companies. Therefore, the anti-disassembly design of the intelligent water meter is particularly important.
The conventional anti-dismantling structure only alarms after dismantling, but can not prevent the water meter from being damaged continuously, and still can generate loss. Meanwhile, the general anti-disassembly principle is that a sensor (Hall or dry spring) is arranged on a module assembly, a magnet is arranged on a meter cover, and when the sensor is far away from the magnet by a certain distance, the sensor changes the on-off state, so that the micro-processing unit sends a signal to report the disassembly condition or close the valve. However, the induction distance between the sensor and the magnet in the anti-disassembly structure is difficult to control, namely, the sensor cannot be triggered by the magnet too far, the sensitivity is insufficient if the magnet is too close, and if a magnetic sheet is plugged at the bottom of the module assembly, the magnetic sheet can be disabled, so that the magnetic sheet is very easy to crack.
