The outer surface of the locking portion 131 can form an abutment surface capable of providing sufficient frictional force with the inner surface of the rotation shaft hole 121, so that the caster can be prevented from rotating with respect to the installation member 11 by the locking portion 131 in the stopper 13. The outer surface of the free portion 132 can form a clearance fit with the inner surface of the rotation shaft hole 121, thereby enabling the caster member to rotate on the free portion.
In addition, in order to make the operation easier for the user, the present invention further provides a driving member 14, and as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the driving member 14 includes a main body portion 141 movably provided on the setting member 11, an operating portion provided on the main body portion 141 and operable by the user, and a pushing portion 142 which is driven by the operating portion and can push the movement of the braking member 13 between the free position and the locking position. With the pulley leg device configured as above, when the pulley member 12 needs to be locked, the driving member 14 is pushed in the direction indicated by F1 in fig. 1 and 5, the braking member 13 is driven by the driving member 14, so that the conical surface of the conical shaft locks the rotating shaft hole 121, and the rolling of the pulley member 12 is prevented, thereby preventing the sliding of the casing 1. When the caster 12 needs to be rolled, that is, the braking member 13 needs to be moved from the stopping position to the free position, the driving member 14 is pushed in the direction F2 shown in fig. 2 and 6, the braking member 13 is driven by the driving member 14, the circumferential shaft is located in the rotation shaft hole 121, and even if the conical surface falls off the rotation shaft hole 121, the two can generate relative movement, so that the caster 12 can be rolled, and the user can easily push the box 1.
Alternatively, the braking member 13 and the caster 12 may be realized by forming the rotation shaft hole 121 as a conical hole, forming the free portion 132 as a cylindrical shaft, forming the locking portion 131 as a conical shaft, forming the cylindrical shaft to have an outer diameter smaller than a small diameter of the conical hole, and forming the conical shaft to have a larger diameter than a large diameter of the conical shaft.
In order to ensure that both the free portion and the locking portion can be reliably and sufficiently engaged with the rotation shaft hole 121 when the stopper 13 moves in the rotation shaft hole 121, the length of each of the locking portion 131 and the free portion 132 is preferably larger than the axial length of the rotation shaft hole 121.
As shown in fig. 3, the caster 12 is preferably provided with a flange 122 so as to be held by the flange on the setting member 11. When the free portion 132 is engaged with the rotation shaft hole 121 and the flange 122, the caster member 12 can freely rotate. When the locking portion 131 is engaged with the rotation shaft hole 121 and the flange 122, since the tapered surface is larger than the diameter of the rotation shaft hole 121 and the flange 122 of the caster 12, the caster 12 is locked to the stopper 13, and since the stopper 13 is fixed to the driving member 14 by various means such as welding, caulking, interference fit, etc., that is, the stopper 13 itself cannot rotate, the caster 12 can be reliably prevented from rotating by the locking portion 131 of the stopper 13.
In addition, in order to enable the stopper 13 to be reliably held in the rotation shaft hole 121, it is preferable that the stopper 13 further includes a first end portion 133 and a second end portion 134, the first end portion 133 being provided on the side of the locking portion 131 contacting the driver 14; the second end 134 is disposed on the side of the free portion 132 contacting the driver 14, and the first end 133 and the second end 134 are both fixed to the driver 14, and specifically, the braking member 13 can be fixed to the driver 14 by riveting, welding, or the like.
For example, a push-in hole is opened in the locking push-in part 144 and the free push-out part 145, and the first end part 133 and the second end part 134 can be inserted from the push-in lock hole (i.e., the intersection of a circular hole and a rectangular hole smaller than the diameter of the circular hole), and then caulking is performed, so that the first end part 133 and the second end part 134 are coupled to the locking push-out part 144 and the free push-out part 145. As shown in fig. 3, the first end 133 and the second end 134 are directly welded to the locking pushing portion 144 and the free pushing portion 145.
Specifically, in the driver 14, the pushing portion 142 includes a latching pushing portion 144 in contact with the latching portion 131, a free pushing portion 145 in contact with the free portion 132; the operating portion includes a first operating portion 146 protruding from one side edge of the case 1, and a second operating portion 147 protruding from the other side edge of the case 1. The driving member 14 can be provided in a one-to-one correspondence with the stopper member 13, for example, when the respective caster member and the stopper member are provided at the corners of the bottom surface of the refrigerator, the first operating portion 146 and the second operating portion 147 may be protruded from the adjacent both side edges, respectively, in order to be operated, respectively.
In addition, the driving member 14 can be provided with a plurality of braking members 13 corresponding to the same driving member, which is convenient for the user to operate. When the braking member 13 moves from the locking position to the free position, the caster 12 is locked to the locking portion 131 of the braking member 13, the caster 12 moves until contacting the supporting portion in accordance with the movement of the braking member 13, and when the braking member 13 continues to move, the caster 12 cannot continue to move by being restricted by the supporting portion, and thus can fall off the locking portion 131 to the free portion.
