Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of data statistical analysis, in particular to a method for automatically generating a data analysis report, a device for automatically generating the data analysis report, computer equipment and a computer readable storage medium.
Background
At present, in the field of data statistical analysis, a mode of manual calculation and manual editing is mostly adopted for generating a data analysis report, as shown in fig. 1, a sample graph of the data analysis report needs to list various types of index data of various places, and also needs to represent comparative analysis results of some indexes in different years, for example, whether a certain area of an index is increased or decreased relative to the previous year, and if the certain area of an index is increased, how much the certain area of an index is increased, in the related art, various types of related data of different indexes in different places are generally collected by a person and are listed in the report, and a person needs to perform manual analysis calculation aiming at a data change comparative relationship, and edit the calculation results into the data analysis report, so that the following technical defects exist:
(1) the workload of manual calculation and manual editing is large, and human resources are wasted.
(2) The data analysis report is easy to make mistakes due to the influence of subjective factors of people, and the generation efficiency of the data analysis report is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art or the related art.
To this end, it is an object of the present invention to provide an automatic data analysis report generation method.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an automatic data analysis report generation device.
It is a further object of this invention to provide such a computer apparatus.
It is yet another object of the present invention to provide a computer-readable storage medium.
In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention provides an automatic data analysis report generation method, including: determining a first index data entry position in a pre-stored first data analysis report template; inserting a data analysis component of a corresponding type to the first index data entry position, and storing the data analysis component as a second data analysis report template; calling a corresponding second data analysis report template and corresponding second index data stored in an index database in advance according to an operation instruction of a user; and the control data analysis component calculates corresponding first index data according to the second index data, and records the first index data into a corresponding position of a second data analysis report template to generate a data analysis report.
In the technical scheme, a first index data entry position is determined in a prestored first data analysis report template, so that the insertion of a data analysis component is facilitated, the inserted corresponding type of data analysis component can be fused with the first data analysis report template, the generated data analysis report is more reasonable and more attractive, the data analysis report with different dimensions of different regions, years and the like can be generated based on a second data analysis report template by inserting the corresponding type of data analysis component into the first index data entry position and storing the data analysis report template as the second data analysis report template, the same second data analysis report template is used for multiple times, and the corresponding second data analysis report template and corresponding second index data prestored in an index database are called according to an operation instruction of a user, and then the data analysis component is controlled to calculate corresponding first index data according to the second index data, and the corresponding first index data is input to the corresponding position of the second data analysis report template to generate a data analysis report, so that the automatic generation of the data analysis report is realized, the intelligent degree of the generation of the data analysis report is improved, the tedious work of manual editing operation is reduced, and the accuracy and the generation efficiency of the data analysis report are improved.
It should be noted that, inserting data analysis components of corresponding types into the first index data entry position means that some data analysis components have a function of extracting data, some data analysis components can generate a rate of years of growth and decline, some data analysis components can generate a chart, inserting the data analysis components corresponding to the first index data entry position can enter first index data at the first index data entry position when calling second index data, and generate a complete data analysis report by combining other text parts of the data analysis report template.
It should be further noted that, the index database is created in advance, and index data of different regions and years are imported into the index database and stored in advance, and the index data may have multiple dimensions, such as school category, fund source, and the like.
The first data analysis report template may be edited online and inserted into a data analysis component and saved as a second data analysis report template.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the method further includes: the existing data analysis report is analyzed in advance, and a first data analysis report template is generated and stored.
In the technical scheme, the first data analysis report template is generated and stored by analyzing the existing data analysis report in advance, so that the generation process of the data analysis report is further simplified, wherein the first data analysis report template generated by analyzing can be edited and adjusted to meet the requirement of the data analysis report.
In any one of the above technical solutions, preferably, the method further includes: and editing in advance to generate a first data analysis report template and storing the first data analysis report template.

A second aspect of the present invention provides an apparatus for automatically generating a data analysis report, including: the determining unit is used for determining a first index data entry position in a first data analysis report template stored in advance; the inserting unit is used for inserting the data analysis components of the corresponding types to the first index data entry position and storing the data analysis components as a second data analysis report template; the calling unit is used for calling a corresponding second data analysis report template and corresponding second index data which are stored in an index database in advance according to an operation instruction of a user; and the control unit is used for controlling the data analysis component to calculate corresponding first index data according to the second index data, and inputting the first index data into the corresponding position of the second data analysis report template to generate a data analysis report.

In this technical solution, a computer-readable storage medium stores thereon a computer program, and when executed by a processor, the computer program implements the steps of the method for automatically generating a data analysis report according to any one of the technical solutions of the first aspect of the present invention, so that all the beneficial effects of the method for automatically generating a data analysis report according to any one of the technical solutions of the first aspect of the present invention are achieved, and details are not repeated herein.
Through the technical scheme, the data analysis report template and the data analysis component are combined, the data analysis report can be automatically generated according to the index data, the tedious work of manual editing operation is reduced, and meanwhile, the accuracy and the generation efficiency of the data analysis report are improved.

As shown in fig. 3, an apparatus 300 for automatically generating a data analysis report according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a determining unit 302, configured to determine a first index data entry location in a first data analysis report template stored in advance; an inserting unit 304, configured to insert a data analysis component of a corresponding type into the first index data entry location, and store the data analysis component as a second data analysis report template; the calling unit 306 is configured to call, according to an operation instruction of a user, a corresponding second data analysis report template and corresponding second index data stored in an index database in advance; and the control unit 308 is configured to control the data analysis component to calculate corresponding first index data according to the second index data, and record the first index data into a corresponding position of the second data analysis report template to generate a data analysis report.
