Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Aiming at the problem that the efficiency of searching or checking bills and bills is low in the prior art, the embodiment of the application provides a solution, and the basic principle is as follows: aiming at an information bearing object comprising at least one information item, mapping the information item to be identified in the at least one information item into mark information with the identification degree higher than that of the information item to be identified, associating the information bearing object with the mark information, and identifying the information item to be identified through the mark information, so that the identification degree of the information bearing object is improved, the difficulty in processing the information bearing object is reduced, and the processing efficiency is improved.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of method embodiments of the present application according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. In the application scenario shown in fig. 1, a user manages an information bearing object through one electronic device 10, where the information bearing object in this embodiment includes at least one information item. In an implementation, the information bearing object may be any object having information bearing capabilities, such as a document, a ticket, an item borrowing slip, an electronic card ticket, and so forth. The number and type of information items contained may vary from information bearing object to information bearing object.
The electronic device 10 may be a server, desktop computer, personal computer, smart phone, tablet computer, or the like. The server may be a conventional server, a cloud host, a virtual center, or the like. As shown in fig. 1, the electronic device 10 generally includes at least one processing unit 11, at least one memory 12, and a display 13. The number of processing units 11 and memories 12 depends on the configuration and type of the electronic device 10. The Memory 12 may include volatile Memory, such as RAM, non-volatile Memory, such as Read-Only Memory (ROM), flash Memory, etc., or both types of Memory. The memory 12 usually stores an Operating System (OS) and one or more apps, and may store program data and the like.
In addition to the processing unit 11, the memory 12 and the display 13, the electronic device 10 also comprises some basic configurations 14, such as a network card chip, an IO bus, audio-video components, etc. Optionally, the electronic device 10 may also include some peripheral devices 15, such as a keyboard, mouse, stylus, printer, etc. Such peripheral devices are generally known in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
For example, in an exemplary application scenario, the information bearing object is an article borrowing form of a company, and a company administrator may manage the article borrowing form of the company through the electronic device 10. For example, when an employee borrows an item, the administrator generates an item borrowing form for the employee via the electronic device 10; when the employee returns the article, the article of the employee is checked out by the bill. As shown in fig. 1, the item borrowing list displayed on the display screen 13 includes information items such as item numbers, titles, bar codes and content details.
In the process of managing the article borrowing list by the administrator, some information item or information items in the article borrowing list are required to be verified frequently. For example, when the employee returns the item, the administrator needs to check the serial number of the item returned by the employee with the serial number of the item on the item borrowing bill to determine that the item returned by the employee is error-free. For another example, when the article return condition is screened at regular time, the numbers of all unreturned articles need to be checked with the article numbers on the article borrowing form in the unreturned state, so as to ensure that the unreturned articles are consistent with the article borrowing form in the unreturned state. The article number is generally a character string composed of numbers and characters, for example, 6901234567892x, and the like, and is low in identification and easily affects the checking efficiency.
For another example, in an exemplary application scenario, the information bearing object is a reimbursement form, and a corporate financial staff may manage the reimbursement form of the corporation through the electronic device 10. For example, when an employee needs to reimburse, the financial staff needs to record the reimbursement form of the employee into the electronic device 10 for archiving in addition to reimbursement from the reimbursement form. As shown in fig. 1, the reimbursement slip displayed on the display 13 includes information items such as reimbursement department, reimburser, reimbursement affairs and reimbursement amount.
In the process of managing a company's reimbursement order by a financial staff, it may be necessary to identify certain information item or items in the reimbursement order. For example, in counting the total number of reimbursement bills for each department, the financial staff needs to identify reimbursement departments in the reimbursement bills in order to count the total number of reimbursement bills for the same department. For example, when the reimbursement condition of a certain employee needs to be screened, the reimbursement bill of the department to which the employee belongs is screened out from all reimbursement bills according to the reimbursement department, and the reimbursement bill of the employee is further screened out from the reimbursement bills of the department to which the employee belongs according to the name of the employee. The names of the departments of the company may be relatively long, and the identification is low, so that the screening efficiency is easily influenced.
As can be seen from the above exemplary application scenarios, in the process of managing the information bearing object by the electronic device 10, the information bearing object may need to be processed according to a certain or some information items to meet the application requirement, and there is a problem of low efficiency.
In this embodiment, the electronic device 10 performs a marking process on the information bearing object (for example, the article borrowing slip) before processing the information bearing object, and improves the identification degree of the information bearing object by the marking information, thereby improving the efficiency when processing the information bearing object.
The process of the electronic device 10 marking the information bearing object includes: obtaining an information bearing object, which may be any information bearing object managed by the electronic device 10; extracting an information item to be identified from at least one information item contained in the information bearing object, and mapping the information item to be identified into mark information with higher identification degree than the information item to be identified; and then, associating the information bearing object with the marking information, wherein the marking information is used for identifying the information item to be identified. Since the identification degree of the mark information is higher than that of the information item to be identified, the identification degree of the information bearing object can be improved by using the mark information for identifying the information item to be identified, and the efficiency can be improved when the information bearing object is processed.
In some embodiments, the information items in the information bearing object have two attributes, name and content, by which different information items can be distinguished. When the electronic device 10 manages the information bearing object, different values may be assigned to the names of the information items, so as to distinguish the different information items by name values. In conjunction with the item borrowing form shown in fig. 1, the item number, title, barcode, and content details as names of different information items represent different information items, and the electronic device 10 may assign "01" to the item number, "02" to the title, "03" to the barcode, and "04" to the content details, for example.
Based on the above, the name value of the information item to be identified may be set in the application requirement, or the name value of the information item to be excluded may be set in the application requirement, so that the electronic device 10 may extract the information item to be identified from at least one information item included in the information bearing object. The information item to be excluded refers to an information item that does not need to be identified.
Under the condition that the application requirement includes the name dereferencing of the information item to be identified, the electronic device 10 may obtain the name dereferencing of the information item to be identified from the application requirement, and then extract the information item to be identified from at least one information item according to the name dereferencing of the information item to be identified. In combination with the name value of each information item in the article borrowing form, the application requirement may include the name value "01", and then the electronic device 10 may extract the article number information item from the information items included in the article borrowing form shown in fig. 1, as the information item to be identified.
In a case that the application requirement includes a name dereferencing of the information item to be excluded, the electronic device 10 may obtain the name dereferencing of the information item to be excluded from the application requirement, identify the information item to be excluded from the at least one information item according to the name dereferencing of the information item to be excluded, and extract the information item other than the information item to be excluded as the information item to be identified. In combination with the name values of the information items in the article borrowing slip, the application requirements may include name values "02", "03", and "04", and the electronic device 10 may extract the item number information items, except for the title, the barcode, and the content details, from the information items included in the article borrowing slip shown in fig. 1, as the information items to be identified.
It should be noted that, according to the number of the information items to be identified and the information items to be excluded, it may be determined whether the application requirement includes the name value of the information items to be identified or the name value of the information items to be excluded. For example, if the number of the information items to be identified is relatively small, the name value of the information items to be identified can be set in the application requirement; if the number of the information items to be identified is less, the name dereferencing of the information items to be identified can be set in the application requirements. Therefore, the data size required by the application can be reduced, and the extraction efficiency of the information item to be identified is improved.
After extracting an information item to be identified from at least one information item contained in the information bearing object, the electronic device 10 may map the information item to be identified as tag information having a higher degree of identification than the information item to be identified; and associating the information bearing object with the tag information.
In some embodiments, at least one set of markup elements is set. The set of markup elements stores at least one markup element, which is a minimum unit forming markup information, and one or more markup elements may form one markup information. Each information item corresponds to one mark element set, and the corresponding relation between the information item and the corresponding mark element set is established through the name dereferencing of the information item.
Based on this, when mapping the tag information, the electronic device 10 may determine, according to the name of the information item to be identified, a tag element set corresponding to the information item to be identified; then, selecting candidate marking elements from the marking element set according to the content of the information item to be identified; and generating marking information corresponding to the information item to be identified according to the candidate marking elements.
In an exemplary embodiment, the set of markup elements corresponding to each information item stores all possible contents of the information item and markup elements corresponding to the contents. For the information item to be identified, all possible contents of the information item to be identified and the mark elements corresponding to the contents are stored in the corresponding mark element set. Based on this, after determining the tag element set corresponding to the information item to be identified, the electronic device 10 may match the content of the information item to be identified in the tag element set corresponding to the information item to be identified, and acquire the tag element corresponding to the content in the matching as the tag information of the information item to be identified.
In another exemplary embodiment, after determining the set of marking elements corresponding to the information item to be identified, the electronic device 10 may convert the content of the information item to be identified into a number sequence, and then select a candidate marking element from the set of marking elements by using the number in the number sequence as the position of the marking element in the set of marking elements.
Further optionally, a content number mapping table is preset, and all possible contents of the information item to be identified and the number sequence corresponding to each content are stored in the content number mapping table. Based on this, one way in which the electronic device 10 converts the content of an information item to be identified into a digital sequence comprises: and matching the content of the information item to be identified in the content digital mapping table to obtain a digital sequence corresponding to the matched content. Or alternatively
Further optionally, a content number mapping table is preset, and a mapping relationship between unit content and numbers is stored in the content number mapping table. Based on this, another way for the electronic device 10 to convert the content of the information item to be identified into a digital sequence includes: segmenting the content of the information item to be identified into at least one unit content; and converting at least one unit content into a digital sequence according to the mapping relation between the unit content and the number stored in the content number mapping table. Wherein the unit content may be a minimum unit of each content constituting the information item. Or
Further optionally, yet another way for the electronic device 10 to convert the content of the information item to be identified into a digital sequence comprises: and performing numerical calculation on the content of the information item to be identified according to a preset numerical calculation mode, and taking the numerical calculation result as a digital sequence converted from the content of the information item to be identified. This is relatively suitable in the case where the content of the information item to be identified contains numbers.
For example, a set of labeled elements includes Zhao, qian, sun, li, wen, wu, zheng, wang, von, chen, and other surnames. Each surname is a tag element, and one or more tag elements combined together can form a tag message. For example, "Wangsen" is a piece of tagged information, "Zhao Zhou" is a piece of tagged information, and so on. Assuming that the information item to be identified is the number "20170102" in the article borrowing sheet shown in fig. 1, the electronic device 10 may add the numbers in the number "20170102", that is, 2+0+1+7+0+1+0+ 2+ 13, "1" in "13" represents the surname "Zhao" as the first position in the above-mentioned mark element set, and "3" in "13" represents the surname "grandson" at the third position in the above-mentioned mark element set, so that it can be seen that "Zhao" and "grandson" are candidate mark elements.
It should be noted that the mapping process from "20170102" to "13" is only an example, and is not limited thereto, and other mapping manners, such as a hash-based mapping process, may also be adopted. The hash method includes, but is not limited to, MD5, CRC, SHA-, a hash algorithm of a string carried by itself in various programming languages, and directly outputting an original value.
Based on the position order of the candidate mark elements in the mark element set, the electronic device 10 may splice the candidate mark elements into mark information according to the position order of the candidate mark elements in the mark element set. For example, electronic device 10 may combine "Zhao" and "Sun" together to form label information: "Zhao Sun" as shown in fig. 1. The recognition of "Zhao Sun" is higher than that of number "20170102".
In the above embodiments, the kanji combination is used as the marking information, but not limited thereto. Any information with a higher identification degree than the information item to be identified can be used as the marking information in the embodiment of the application. For example, one or any combination of a single word, a phrase, a figure, a color, and an animation may be used as the mark information in the present embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the mark information corresponding to the reimbursement department "xxxxx" in the reimbursement bill is a five-pointed star pattern. It should be noted that the implementation forms of the words and phrases may be different for different language categories. For example, "baiye" is a phrase in chinese, and "good-bye" is a phrase in english, and so on.
Based on the above embodiments, the electronic device 10 may associate the information bearing object with the tag information after obtaining the tag information of the information to be identified. In some implementations, the electronic device 10 can add marker information to the surrounding area of the information item to be identified on the information bearing object, such as "Zhao Sun" and "five-pointed star graphic" as shown in fig. 1. In other embodiments, the electronic device 10 may correspondingly record each information item (including the information item to be identified) in the information bearing object and the tag information through the information table, so as to associate the tag information with the information bearing object, as shown in fig. 2. In fig. 2, the item number is an item of information to be identified.
Based on the above embodiments, after associating the information bearing object with the tag information, the information bearing object may also be displayed on the display 13, or printed for use, or the like. Furthermore, the information bearing object can be processed according to the correlation result of the information bearing object and the mark information, so that the processing efficiency is improved. For example, taking an information bearing object as a document or a bill as an example, when the document or the bill needs to be searched or checked, the identification can be performed through the mark information associated with the document or the bill.
Fig. 3a is a schematic flowchart of an object labeling method according to another exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3a, the method comprises:
301. an information bearing object is obtained, the information bearing object comprising at least one information item.
302. An information item to be identified is extracted from the at least one information item.
303. And mapping the information item to be identified into mark information with higher identification degree than the information item to be identified.
304. And associating the information bearing object with mark information, wherein the mark information is used for identifying the information item to be identified.
In this embodiment, the information bearing object comprises at least one information item. In an implementation, the information bearing object may be any object having information bearing capabilities, such as documents, tickets, item borrower tickets, electronic cards, and the like.
In this embodiment, for an information bearing object including at least one information item, an information item to be identified in the at least one information item may be mapped to tag information having a higher identification degree than the information item to be identified, the information bearing object is associated with the tag information, and the information item to be identified is identified by the tag information, so that the identification degree of the information bearing object is improved, thereby reducing the difficulty in processing the information bearing object and improving the processing efficiency.
In some embodiments, the information items in the information bearing object have two attributes, name and content, by which different information items can be distinguished. Different values can be given to the names of the information items so as to distinguish different information items through the name values. Based on this, the name dereferencing of the information item to be identified may be set in the application requirement, or the name dereferencing of the information item to be excluded may be set in the application requirement, so as to extract the information item to be identified from at least one information item included in the information bearing object. Then, in the step 302, the name value of the information item to be identified or the information item to be excluded may be obtained from the application requirement; and extracting the information item to be identified from at least one information item according to the name value of the information item to be identified or the information item to be excluded.
Based on this, as shown in fig. 3b, the implementation of step 303, namely mapping the information item to be identified to the mark information with higher identification degree than the information item to be identified includes:
3031. and determining a mark element set corresponding to the information item to be identified according to the name value of the information item to be identified.
3032. Candidate marking elements are selected from the marking element set according to the content of the information item to be identified.
3033. Generating marking information according to the candidate marking elements.
In an exemplary embodiment, the step 3032 of selecting a candidate tag element from the tag element set according to the content of the information item to be identified includes: converting the content of the information item to be identified into a digital sequence; and selecting candidate marking elements in the marking element set by taking the numbers in the number sequence as the positions of the marking elements in the marking element set.
Further optionally, a content number mapping table is preset, and all possible contents of the information item to be identified and the number sequence corresponding to each content are stored in the content number mapping table. Based on this, one way of converting the content of the information item to be identified into a digital sequence as described above comprises: and matching the content of the information item to be identified in the content digital mapping table to obtain a digital sequence corresponding to the matched content. Or alternatively
Further optionally, a content number mapping table is preset, and a mapping relationship between unit content and numbers is stored in the content number mapping table. Based on this, another way of converting the content of the information item to be identified into a digital sequence as described above includes: segmenting the content of the information item to be identified into at least one unit content; and converting at least one unit content into a digital sequence according to the mapping relation between the unit content and the number stored in the content number mapping table. Wherein the unit content may be a minimum unit of each content constituting the information item. Or
Further optionally, the another way of converting the content of the information item to be identified into a digital sequence includes: and performing numerical calculation on the content of the information item to be identified according to a preset numerical calculation mode, and taking a numerical calculation result as a digital sequence converted from the content of the information item to be identified. This approach is more suitable for the case where the content of the information item to be identified contains numbers.
In an exemplary embodiment, the generating of the tag information according to the candidate tag element includes: and splicing the candidate mark elements into mark information according to the position sequence of the candidate mark elements in the mark element set.
In an exemplary embodiment, the mapping the information item to be identified to the tag information with higher identification degree than the information item to be identified includes: and mapping the information item to be identified into one or the combination of single characters, phrases, graphs, colors and animations with the identification degree higher than that of the information item to be identified.
In an exemplary embodiment, the step 304 of associating the information bearing object with the tag information includes: the label information is added to the information carrying object in the area around the information item to be identified, as shown in fig. 1.
It should be noted that the execution subjects of the steps of the methods provided in the above embodiments may be the same device, or different devices may be used as the execution subjects of the methods. For example, the execution subjects of steps 301 to 304 may be device a; for another example, the execution subject of steps 301 and 302 may be device a, and the execution subject of steps 303 and 304 may be device B; and so on.
In addition, in some of the flows described in the above embodiments and the drawings, a plurality of operations are included in a specific order, but it should be clearly understood that the operations may be executed out of the order presented herein or in parallel, and the sequence numbers of the operations, such as 301, 302, etc., are merely used for distinguishing different operations, and the sequence numbers do not represent any execution order per se.
