Abstract

The invention provides a trademark registration recommendation method and a trademark registration recommendation system, wherein the trademark registration recommendation method comprises the following steps: the user terminal receives trademark information input by a user; determining at least one brand category; and recommending at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in the at least one trademark category according to the trademark information. The invention compares the trademark information input by the user with the trademarks in the database, recommends registrable commodity/service items for the user, provides registration suggestions for the user, and improves the success rate of trademark registration and the user experience.

Trademark registration recommendation method and system

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of trademark registration, in particular to a trademark registration recommendation method and system.

Background

In recent years, people have stronger trademark protection awareness and more attention is paid to trademark registration. However, the user always faces the risk of trademark registration when registering trademarks, and if the registered trademarks are the same as or similar to trademarks registered by others or registered at the same time, the registration fails, so that the success rate of trademark registration is low, and the time and money are lost.

Therefore, it is highly desirable to provide a convenient and fast trademark registration method that can provide a user with a registration suggestion and improve the success rate of trademark registration.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, the embodiments of the present invention provide a trademark registration recommendation method and system, which solve the problem of low success rate of trademark registration.

According to a first aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a trademark registration recommendation method including: the user terminal receives trademark information input by a user; the user terminal determines at least one trademark category; and the user terminal recommends at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in the at least one trademark category according to the trademark information.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the recommending, by the user terminal, at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each of at least one trademark category according to the trademark information includes: the user terminal determines a first similarity between the trademark and the trademark information of each trademark category in at least one trademark category in the database according to the trademark information; and recommending at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in the at least one trademark category by the user terminal according to the first similarity.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the recommending, by the user terminal, at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each of at least one trademark category according to the trademark information includes: the user terminal sends trademark information to the server, so that the server determines first similarity between a trademark of each trademark category in at least one trademark category in the database and the trademark information, and recommends at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in the at least one trademark category according to the first similarity; and the user terminal receives at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in the at least one trademark category recommended by the server.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the trademark registration recommendation method further includes: determining at least one group in each brand category, wherein determining a first similarity between the brand and brand information for each brand category in the at least one brand category in the database comprises: determining a first similarity between a trademark and trademark information of each group in at least one group in a database, wherein the recommending at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in at least one trademark category comprises: and recommending at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each group in the at least one group.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the trademark registration recommendation method further includes: determining a second similarity between the trademark and the trademark information of the approximate group of each of the at least one group, wherein recommending at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each of the at least one trademark category according to the first similarity comprises: and recommending at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in the at least one trademark category according to the first similarity and the second similarity.

According to a second aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a trademark registration recommendation method including: the server receives trademark information input by a user from the user terminal; the server determines at least one trademark category; the server recommends at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in at least one trademark category according to the trademark information; and the server sends at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in the at least one trademark category to the user terminal.

According to a third aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a trademark registration recommendation system including: the receiving module is used for receiving trademark information input by a user; a determination module for determining at least one brand category; and the recommending module is used for recommending at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in the at least one trademark category according to the trademark information.

According to a fourth aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer-executable instructions that, when executed by a processor, implement the brand registration recommendation method as described above.

According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the trademark information input by a user is received; determining at least one brand category; according to the trademark information, at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in at least one trademark category is recommended, the trademark information input by the user is compared with the trademarks in the database, registrable commodity/service items are recommended for the user, registration suggestions are provided for the user, and the trademark registration success rate and the user experience are improved.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a trademark registration recommendation method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method may be performed by a computer device (e.g., a server). As shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the trademark information is information related to a trademark that a user wants to register, and may be text information, or picture information, which is not limited in this respect.

It should be understood that the brand categories are divided into 45 categories, each brand category corresponding to a respective group, each group corresponding to a respective goods/services item. The number of groups corresponding to each trademark category is not limited, and the number of goods/service items corresponding to each group is not limited. In addition, the number of at least one trademark category may be one, or may be multiple, and may be selected according to the actual needs of the user, which is not limited in the present invention.

In the embodiment of the invention, the user terminal can compare the trademark information input by the user with the trademark of the determined trademark type, and recommend the commodity/service item corresponding to the trademark type with relatively high registration success rate for the user according to the comparison result. It should be understood that the number of at least one goods/service item may be one, or may be multiple, and the recommendation may be made according to the user's needs or user's selection, which is not limited by the present invention.

Specifically, the recommendation may be performed according to the commodity/service item recommended by the authority, or may be performed according to the commodity/service item with a large number of registered items, and the specific recommendation mode may be set according to an actual requirement, which is not limited in the present invention.

According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the trademark information input by a user is received through the user terminal; the method comprises the steps of determining at least one trademark category, recommending at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in the at least one trademark category according to trademark information, comparing trademark information input by a user with trademarks in a database, recommending registrable commodity/service items for the user, providing registration suggestions for the user, and improving trademark registration success rate and user experience.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the recommending, by the user terminal, at least one goods/services item corresponding to each brand category of the at least one brand category based on the brand information includes: the user terminal determines a first similarity between the trademark and the trademark information of each trademark category in at least one trademark category in the database according to the trademark information; and recommending at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in the at least one trademark category by the user terminal according to the first similarity.

It should be understood that the first similarity refers to the similarity between the determined trademark and the trademark information of each trademark category in the at least one trademark category, that is, the user terminal compares the trademark information input by the user with the trademarks of each trademark category in the database and determines the similarity. The database may be a local database, or a database in a self-built server or a database in a third-party server, which is not limited in the present invention. The similarity may be determined according to the number of the same trademark and the similar trademarks of the trademark category, which is not limited in the present invention. By determining the similarity and recommending the commodity/service items for the user according to the similarity, the registration suggestion can be provided for the user, and the success rate of trademark registration is improved.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the user terminal recommending at least one goods/services item corresponding to each of at least one brand category according to the brand information, includes: the user terminal sends trademark information to the server, so that the server determines first similarity between a trademark of each trademark category in at least one trademark category in the database and the trademark information, and recommends at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in the at least one trademark category according to the first similarity; and the user terminal receives at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in the at least one trademark category recommended by the server.

The user terminal sends the received trademark information to the server, so that the server finishes the comparison between the trademark information and the trademark of each trademark category in the database and determines the similarity; the server screens out the commodity/service items registered by the recommended user according to the similarity and sends the commodity/service items to the user terminal; and the user terminal receives and displays the goods/service items recommended by the server. By sending the trademark information to the server, the server completes comparison, similarity determination and recommendation processes, pressure of the user terminal can be relieved when data processing capacity is large, and processing efficiency is improved.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the trademark registration recommendation method further includes: determining at least one group in each brand category, wherein determining a first similarity between the brand and brand information for each brand category in the at least one brand category in the database comprises: determining a first similarity of the trademark and the trademark information of each group in at least one group in the database, wherein recommending at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in at least one trademark category comprises: and recommending at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each group in the at least one group. The method may be performed at a user terminal or at a server.

Specifically, after determining at least one brand category, determining at least one group in each brand category; comparing the trademark of each group of at least one group in the database with the trademark information to determine the similarity; and recommending at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each group according to the similarity. By determining the groups in the brand category, corresponding goods/service items can be recommended for each group, providing convenience for the user.

It should be understood that the number of at least one group may be one or more, and the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, according to the similarity, 4 trademark categories with the lowest similarity may be displayed, wherein one trademark category of the 4 trademarks may display 5 groups with the lowest similarity, and may display 10 commodity/service items corresponding to the 5 groups in total, wherein the number of commodity/service items corresponding to each group is not limited. It is to be understood that the above description is intended to be illustrative only and that the invention is not limited thereto.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the trademark registration recommendation method further includes: determining a second similarity between the trademark and the trademark information of the approximate group of each of the at least one group, wherein recommending at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each of the at least one trademark category according to the first similarity comprises: and recommending at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in the at least one trademark category according to the first similarity and the second similarity. The method may be performed at a user terminal or at a server.

For example, if the brand category determined by the user is category 7, and if the first group in category 7 and the second group in category 12 are similar groups, then in addition to comparing the brand information with the brand of the brand category of category 7 and determining the first similarity, it is necessary to compare the brand information with the brand of the similar group in the brand category of category 12 (i.e., the second group) and determine the second similarity.

Further, the goods/service items are recommended according to the first similarity and the second similarity. For example, the first group has no same trademark and similar trademark, i.e. the first similarity is low, and the registration success rate is high, but the second group has a plurality of same trademarks and similar trademarks, i.e. the second similarity is high, and the registration success rate is low, so that the registration success rate of the first group is low in combination with the first and second similarities, and the registration of the first group is not recommended. It should be understood that the above-mentioned 7 th, 12 th, first group and second group are only exemplary descriptions, and the present invention is not limited thereto.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the trademark registration recommendation method further includes: and displaying a recommendation label corresponding to each group according to the first similarity, wherein the recommendation label is used for indicating the recommendation level of each group, and different recommendation levels correspond to different recommendation labels.

Specifically, according to the similarity between the trademark of each group and the trademark information input by the user, a corresponding recommendation label is displayed at a corresponding position of each group. For example, a recommendation label with a high recommendation level may be displayed if the similarity is low, and a recommendation label with a low recommendation level may be displayed if the similarity is high. It should be understood that the criterion for determining whether the similarity is high or low may be set by itself, and the present invention is not limited thereto. By displaying the recommended labels, the user can know the registration success rate of each group more visually, and can select the trademark type, the group and the commodity/service item to be registered according to the requirement and the registration success rate, so that convenience is provided for the user, and the user experience is improved.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the displaying the recommendation label corresponding to each group according to the first similarity includes: and displaying a recommended label indicating that active registration is recommended, registration can be attempted, or registration is not recommended, according to the first similarity of the trademark and the trademark information of each group being in different threshold ranges.

Specifically, when there is no approximate trademark of the above trademark information in the group, that is, the similarity is 0, a recommendation label indicating that active registration is recommended, such as "active registration is recommended" or "registration success rate 95%"; when there is an approximate trademark of the above-described trademark information in the group, but there is no same trademark or a highly approximate trademark, that is, the degree of similarity is medium or the like, a recommendation label indicating that registration can be attempted, such as "registration can be attempted" or "registration success rate 50%"; when the same trademark or a highly similar trademark of the above-described trademark information exists in the group, that is, the degree of similarity is high or the like, a recommendation label indicating that registration is not recommended, such as "registration not recommended" or "registration success rate 10%" may be displayed. It should be understood that the above "lower" and "higher" are only exemplary descriptions, and may correspond to different threshold ranges, and the threshold ranges may be set by themselves, and the present invention is not limited thereto. Further, "positive registration is suggested", "registration can be attempted", "registration is not suggested", or "registration success rate 95%", "registration success rate 50%", "registration success rate 10%" are merely exemplary descriptions, and the recommended label indicating that positive registration is suggested, registration can be attempted, or registration is not suggested may be represented in various forms, which is not limited by the present invention. By displaying the recommended labels for indicating that active registration is recommended, that registration can be attempted or that registration is not recommended, the user can more intuitively know the registration success rate of a certain group, the category, group and commodity/service item of trademark registration can be selected more efficiently, time and labor are saved, and user experience is improved.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the recommending at least one goods/service item corresponding to each of the at least one group includes: displaying the recommended at least one brand category in a category display area of the user interface; displaying each recommended group and at least one corresponding commodity/service item in a subcategory display area of the user interface, wherein the displaying of the recommended label corresponding to each group comprises: and displaying the recommendation labels in a recommendation label display area corresponding to each group of the user interface.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the determining at least one trademark category includes: receiving industry information selected by a user, and determining the at least one trademark category according to the industry information; or receiving self-service selection information selected by a user, and determining the at least one trademark category according to the self-service selection of the user; or receiving the full-class protection information selected by the user and determining all trademark types according to the full-class protection information. The method may be performed at a user terminal or at a server.

For example, if the industry information "nutriment" selected by the user is received, the brand categories determined according to the industry information "nutriment" may be category 5, category 29, category 30, category 31, category 32, category 33, and category 35. For another example, self-service selection information selected by the user is received, 45 trademark categories which can be selected by the user are provided for the user, and if the 5 th category, the 29 th category and the 30 th category are selected by the user, the determined trademark categories are the 5 th category, the 29 th category and the 30 th category. For another example, if the user selects the full-scale protection information, the determined trademark category is a 45-scale trademark category (i.e., a full-scale trademark category).

In another embodiment of the present invention, the trademark registration recommendation method further includes: determining the number of at least one first trademark which is the same as or similar to the trademark information to a degree exceeding a preset threshold value in each group; and displaying the number of the at least one first trademark on a first trademark number display area corresponding to each group on the user interface, wherein determining a first similarity between the trademark and the trademark information of each group in the at least one group in the database comprises: the first similarity is determined based on the number of the at least one first trademark. The method may be performed at a user terminal or at a server.

It will be appreciated that the number of at least one first brand is the number of the same brand and approximate brand for each group. Specifically, the number of trademarks that are the same as the trademark information and the number of trademarks that are similar to the trademark information to an extent that exceeds a preset threshold, that is, the number of the same trademark and similar trademarks, are respectively determined and displayed in the number display area corresponding to each group on the user interface, so that the user can know the number of the same trademark and the number of the similar trademarks for each group. It should be understood that the same trademark and similar trademarks may be counted locally or by the server.

Further, the similarity may be determined according to the number of the same trademark and the similar trademarks, and the recommendation level at which the recommendation label is displayed may be determined. When the number of the same trademarks and the number of the similar trademarks are large, namely the similarity is high, the group registration success rate is low, a recommended label for indicating that registration is not recommended can be displayed, and the user can avoid registration as much as possible; when the number is less or 0, that is, the similarity is low, it indicates that the group registration success rate is high, a recommended label for indicating that positive registration is recommended may be displayed, and the user may actively register, which provides convenience for the user to determine the group registration success rate.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the trademark registration recommendation method further includes: determining the number of at least one second trademark of each trademark category, wherein the degree of similarity or similarity of the trademark information of each trademark category is greater than a preset threshold value; and displaying the number of the at least one second trademark in a second trademark number display area corresponding to each trademark category on the user interface. The method may be performed at a user terminal or at a server.

It should be understood that the number of at least one second trademark is the number of identical trademarks and approximate trademarks of each trademark category. The sum of the number of the at least one first trademark of the group corresponding to each trademark category is the number of the at least one second trademark. Specifically, the number of the same trademarks and the number of the approximate trademarks in at least one group corresponding to each trademark category are collected and displayed in a number display area corresponding to each trademark category on the user interface. By displaying the number of the same trademarks or the number of the similar trademarks of each trademark category, the registration success rate of each trademark category for the user to know is improved, and the user experience is improved.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the trademark registration recommendation method further includes: receiving the click of a user on the first trademark number display area, and jumping to at least one first trademark list; or receiving the click of the user on the second trademark number display area, and jumping to the list of at least one second trademark.

Specifically, when jumping to the list of at least one first trademark, the user may refer to information of the same trademark or similar trademarks of the corresponding group, and when jumping to the list of at least one second trademark, the user may refer to information of all the same trademarks and similar trademarks of the corresponding trademark category, thereby facilitating the user to improve the trademark desired to be registered, and improving the success rate of registration.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the trademark registration recommendation method further includes: the user terminal judges whether the user inputs trademark information; and if the trademark information is not input, displaying reminding information for reminding the user of inputting the trademark information.

Specifically, when it is detected that the user does not input the trademark information, the trademark information cannot be compared with the trademarks of the group, that is, the next step cannot be performed, and at this time, the user needs to be prompted to input the trademark information. It should be understood that the reminding information may be reminded through a pop-up dialog box, or may be reminded through other manners, which is not limited by the present invention.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the determining at least one trademark category includes: receiving a company name corresponding to trademark information input by a user or an uploaded business license of a company; determining the corresponding industry information of a company according to the name or the license of the company; and determining at least one brand category from the industry information. The method may be performed at a user terminal or at a server.

Specifically, for example, when the user does not know how to select the industry information or which industry the user's own goods belong to, the user may directly input a company name or upload a license. Based on the whole network grasping analysis technology, the relevant information of the company, such as business scope, operated products and the like, can be grasped in the whole network. By analyzing the relevant information of the company, the industry information of the company can be judged, convenience is provided for users, and user experience is improved.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the at least one brand category, the at least one group, or the at least one goods/services item may be added or deleted.

When the recommended brand categories, groups, and goods/service items do not meet the needs of the customer, the user can select and add the brand categories, groups, and goods/service items that the user wants to register. For example, a user may select a group and a commodity/service item to be registered in a pop-up pull-down menu by clicking an add symbol corresponding to each trademark category on a user interface; the user can select a brand category desired to be registered in a pop-up pull-down menu, etc., by clicking an add category symbol on the user interface. It should be understood that the present invention is not limited to the manner in which brand categories, groups, or goods/services are added. In addition, the user may filter the displayed trademark type, group and goods/service item, and the trademark type, group or goods/service item that is not intended to be registered may be deleted, for example, the user may delete the trademark type, group or goods/service item by clicking a corresponding deletion symbol on the user interface, and it should be understood that the deletion method is not limited by the present invention. By adding or deleting trademark categories, groups or commodity/service items, autonomy is provided for users, the requirements of different users are met, and the user experience is improved.

In another embodiment of the invention, the user can add the undisplayed trademark category, group or commodity/service item according to the requirement, thereby providing the user with the autonomy, meeting the requirements of different users and improving the user experience. For example, the user may click a corresponding add symbol on the user interface to add, which is not limited in the present invention.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the receiving, by the user terminal, trademark information input by a user includes: and receiving the trademark information input by the user in a trademark information input area of the user interface.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 2, 3, and 4, taking a trademark registration web page as an example.

Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a method for accurately recommending trademark registration in the industry according to another embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a user interface of a trademark registration recommendation method according to an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 3, the user interface may be one of the interfaces of the trademark registration web page, and when the user enters the trademark registration web page, the user interface shown in fig. 3 is presented. The user can select the trademark type in the trademark information input area, the trademark type comprises characters, graphics and characters and graphics, for example, the user can select the character trademark type, the trademark name is input in the trademark name text box, and the trademark pattern can be automatically generated according to the input commodity name or manually uploaded by the user. Alternatively, the user may select the "text and graphics" brand type, enter the brand name in the brand name text box and upload the brand pattern. The category mode selection area comprises intelligent recommendation, full-category protection and self-service selection, and can be selected according to user requirements. It is to be understood that the above description is intended to be illustrative only and that the invention is not limited thereto.

For example, as shown in fig. 4, the user interface may be presented after the user inputs a brand name, clicks on an intelligent recommendation, selects an industry, and selects an industry-accurate recommendation. It should be understood that the intelligent recommendation and the industry-precise recommendation may be set as default selections, and the user interface may be presented after the user inputs the name of the commodity and selects the industry, which is not limited in the present invention.

The category display area of fig. 4 displays the recommended trademark category corresponding to the industry, but it should be understood that the recommended trademark category may be all trademark categories corresponding to the industry or some trademark categories, and the present invention is not limited thereto. The category 1 sub-display area displays recommended groups and goods/service items corresponding to the trademark category 1. And displaying the recommendation label corresponding to each group in the recommendation label display area.

Further, the number of the same trademarks present in each group or the number of trademarks whose degree of similarity exceeds a preset threshold may be displayed in the number display area corresponding to each group (e.g., group 1-corresponding number display area 1, group 2-corresponding number display area 2, etc.). The number of the same trademarks or the number of trademarks whose degree of similarity exceeds a preset threshold value for each trademark category is displayed in a number display area corresponding to each trademark category (e.g., trademark category 1 corresponds to number display area i, trademark category 2 corresponds to number display area ii, etc.). Taking the trademark category 1 as an example, the sum of the same trademark number in the number display area 1, the number display area 2 and the number display area 3 is the same trademark number in the number display area i. Further, the number of goods/services displayed in each group may be displayed in the item number display area corresponding to each group. It is to be understood that the above description is intended to be exemplary only, and that the invention is not limited thereto.

According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the group and the commodity/service item with higher registration success rate can be automatically recommended to the user by selecting the industry accurate recommendation mode to register the trademark, so that the method and the device are convenient and quick, and the user experience is improved.

Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a method for recommending a brand registration for a full coverage of goods according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the method includes the following.

510: the user terminal receives the trademark information input by the user and sends the trademark information to the server.

For example, the selected industry is the industry of tobacco, wine, tea and beverage, 8 trademark categories of 29 categories, 30 categories, 31 categories, 32 categories, 33 categories, 34 categories, 35 categories and 43 categories are involved, and the overall commodity coverage mode can provide all groups and all commodity/service items corresponding to the 8 trademark categories.

For example, as shown in fig. 6, the user interface may be presented after the user inputs a brand name, clicks on an intelligent recommendation, selects an industry, and selects a full coverage of a commodity. The category display area displays all trademark categories corresponding to the industry information. The category 1 sub-display area displays all groups and all goods/service items corresponding to the trademark category 1. And displaying the recommendation label corresponding to each group in the recommendation label display area. The number display area displays the number of the same trademark or the number of trademarks with the similarity exceeding a preset threshold.

According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the trademark is registered in a mode of selecting the commodity to be fully covered, the maximum range of trademark protection of a certain industry can be provided for users, the requirements of different users are met, and the user experience is improved. By providing the recommendation label, the client can conveniently know the registration condition of the trademark of each group, and the registration success rate of the trademark is improved.

Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a method for self-service selection of trademark registration recommendation according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the method includes the following.

For example, after "item 1" is selected, the selection item display area on the right side of the autonomous selection area of the user interface in fig. 8 may display the product/service item 1 and the group and brand category corresponding to the product/service item 1, and the recommendation tag display area in front of the group may display the recommendation tag.

According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the trademark is registered by selecting a self-service selection mode, so that the user can add trademark types, groups and commodity/service items according to the own requirements, the requirements of different users are met, and the user experience is improved. By providing the recommended labels for the groups selected by the customer, the customer can conveniently know the registration condition of the trademark of each group, and the registration success rate of the trademark is improved.

Fig. 9 is a flowchart illustrating a method for recommending brand registration for protecting a brand of a full category according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 9, the method includes the following.

It should be understood that the full brand category to which the full category protection information corresponds refers to the category 45 brand category. And after the user selects the 'full-class protection', comparing the trademark of at least one group corresponding to each trademark category in the 45 trademark categories with the trademark information input by the user, and determining the similarity.

Specifically, according to the similarity between the trademark of each group and the trademark information input by the user, a corresponding recommended label is generated for each group, 45-type trademark categories, at least one group corresponding to each trademark category and at least one commodity/service item are displayed, and the recommended label is displayed at the corresponding position of each group.

For example, as shown in FIG. 10, the user interface may be presented when the user enters a brand name and clicks on the generic protection. The category display area on the lower left side of the user interface displays 45 category trademark categories, and the 45 category trademark categories can be viewed by dragging the drag bar on the right side of the category display area. Each trademark category in the 45 categories of trademarks corresponds to a category sub-display area, and the category sub-display area can be expanded by clicking on expansion on the right side of the category sub-display area and also can be contracted by clicking on contraction on the upper right corner of the category sub-display area. In the category 1 display area, 5 recommended groups (e.g., group 1, group 2, group 3, group 4, and group 5) corresponding to the category 1 are displayed, recommended goods/service items (e.g., item 1, item 2, and item 3 corresponding to the group 1, item 4 and item 5 corresponding to the group 2, and the like) corresponding to each group are displayed, and corresponding recommendation tags (e.g., tag 1 corresponding to the group 1, tag 2 corresponding to the group 2, and the like) are displayed in the recommendation tag display area in front of each group.

According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the protection of the full trademark type in the maximum range can be provided for the user trademark by selecting the full type protection.

Fig. 11 is a flowchart illustrating a trademark registration recommendation method according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 11, the method includes the following.

1110: the server receives trademark information input by a user from the user terminal;

1120: the server determines at least one trademark category;

1130: the server recommends at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in at least one trademark category according to the trademark information;

According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the trademark information input by a user is received through the server; the method comprises the steps of determining at least one trademark category, recommending at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in the at least one trademark category according to trademark information, comparing trademark information input by a user with trademarks in a database, recommending registrable commodity/service items for the user, providing registration suggestions for the user, and improving trademark registration success rate and user experience.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the server determines at least one trademark category, including receiving industry information sent by the user terminal, and determining at least one trademark category according to the industry information; or receiving self-service selection information sent by a user terminal and self-service selection of a user to determine at least one trademark category; or receiving the full-class protection information sent by the user terminal, and determining all trademark types according to the full-class protection information.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the server recommends at least one goods/service item corresponding to each of at least one brand category according to the brand information, including: receiving trademark information sent by a user terminal; determining a first similarity between the trademark and the trademark information of each trademark category in at least one trademark category in the database, and recommending at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in the at least one trademark category according to the first similarity.

All the above-mentioned optional technical solutions can be combined arbitrarily to form the optional embodiments of the present invention, and are not described herein again.

The following are embodiments of the apparatus of the present invention that may be used to perform embodiments of the method of the present invention. For details which are not disclosed in the embodiments of the apparatus of the present invention, reference is made to the embodiments of the method of the present invention.

Fig. 12 is a block diagram illustrating a trademark registration recommendation system according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 12, the trademark registration recommendation system 1200 includes:

a receiving module 1210 for receiving trademark information input by a user;

a determining module 1220 for determining at least one brand category; and

a recommending module 1230, configured to recommend at least one goods/service item corresponding to each trademark category of the at least one trademark category according to the trademark information.

According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the trademark information input by a user is received; determining at least one brand category; and comparing the trademark information input by the user with the trademarks of the database trademark categories according to the trademark information, recommending at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in the at least one trademark category, providing a registration suggestion for the user who registers the trademark, and improving the success rate of trademark registration.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the determining module 1220 is further configured to determine, according to the trademark information, a first similarity between the trademark and the trademark information in each of at least one trademark category in the database; and the recommending module 1230 is configured to recommend at least one goods/service item corresponding to each trademark category of the at least one trademark category according to the first similarity.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the receiving module 1210 is further configured to receive a company name corresponding to the trademark information input by the user or an uploaded license of the company; the determining module 1220 is further configured to determine industry information corresponding to the company according to the company name or the business license, and determine at least one trademark category according to the industry information.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the at least one trademark category, the at least one group and the goods/services item may be added or deleted.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the trademark information includes text information or text and picture information.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the receiving module 1210 is further configured to receive the trademark information input by the user in a trademark information input area of the user interface.

Fig. 13 is a block diagram showing a trademark registration recommendation system according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 13, the trademark registration recommendation system 1300 includes:

a receiving module 1310 for receiving trademark information input by a user from a user terminal;

a determining module 1320 for determining at least one brand category;

a recommending module 1330, configured to recommend at least one goods/service item corresponding to each trademark category of the at least one trademark category according to the trademark information; and

the sending module 1340 is configured to send, to the user terminal, at least one goods/service item corresponding to each of the at least one trademark category.

According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the trademark information input by a user is received from the user terminal; determining at least one brand category; comparing the trademark information input by the user with trademarks of the trademark categories of the database according to the trademark information, and recommending at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in at least one trademark category; and at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in the at least one trademark category is sent to the user terminal, so that a registration suggestion can be provided for users registering trademarks, and the trademark registration success rate and the user experience are improved.

The implementation process of the functions and actions of each module in the above device is specifically described in the implementation process of the corresponding step in the above method, and is not described herein again.

Fig. 14 is a block diagram of a trademark registration recommendation system 1400 according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 14, system 1400 includes a processing component 1410 that further includes one or more processors, and memory resources, represented by memory 1420, for storing instructions, such as application programs, that are executable by processing component 1410. The application programs stored in memory 1420 may include one or more modules that each correspond to a set of instructions. Further, processing component 1410 is configured to execute instructions to perform the brand registration recommendation method described above.

The system 1400 may also include a power component configured to perform power management of the system 1400, a wired or wireless network interface configured to connect the system 1400 to a network, and an input-output (I/O) interface. The system 1400 may operate based on an operating system stored in memory 1420, such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, or the like.

A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by a processor of the system 1400, enable the system 1400 to perform a trademark registration recommendation method, comprising: receiving trademark information input by a user; determining at least one brand category; and recommending at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in the at least one trademark category according to the trademark information.

Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention.

It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.

In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.

The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.

The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention or a part thereof, which essentially contributes to the prior art, can be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium and including instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program check codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.

It should be noted that the combination of the features in the present application is not limited to the combination described in the claims or the combination described in the embodiments, and all the features described in the present application may be freely combined or combined in any manner unless contradictory to each other.

It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only specific examples of the present invention, and obviously, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and many similar variations exist. Claims (17)

1. A trademark registration recommendation method, comprising:

the user terminal receives trademark information input by a user;

the user terminal determining at least one trademark category;

the user terminal recommends, for the user, at least one commodity/service item in which the brand information corresponding to each of the at least one brand category is registerable, according to the brand information,

wherein the at least one recommended brand category is displayed in a category display area of a user interface and the each recommended group and corresponding at least one goods/services item are displayed in a sub-category display area of the user interface,

displaying recommendation labels in a recommendation label display area of the user interface corresponding to each group, the recommendation labels being used to indicate recommendation levels of each group, different recommendation levels corresponding to different recommendation labels;

displaying the number of the same trademarks existing in each group or the number of the trademarks with the similarity exceeding a preset threshold in a first trademark number display area corresponding to each group, and displaying the number of the same trademarks corresponding to each trademark category or the number of the trademarks with the similarity exceeding the preset threshold in a second trademark number display area corresponding to each trademark category;

wherein the determining at least one brand category comprises:

receiving industry information selected by a user, and determining the at least one trademark category according to the industry information; or

Receiving self-service selection information selected by a user, and determining at least one trademark category according to the self-service selection of the user; or

Receiving full-class protection information selected by a user, and determining all trademark types according to the full-class protection information; or

Receiving a company name corresponding to the trademark information input by a user or an uploaded business license of the company;

according to the company name or the business license, capturing the business range information and/or the business product information of the company in a whole network based on a whole network capturing analysis technology;

determining the corresponding industry information of the company according to the business range information and/or the operating product information of the company;

determining the at least one trademark category according to the industry information;

wherein the method further comprises:

receiving the click of the user on the first trademark number display area, and jumping to the list of the at least one first trademark; or receiving the click of the user on the second trademark number display area, and jumping to the list of the at least one second trademark;

the user terminal judges whether the user inputs the trademark information; if the trademark information is not input, displaying reminding information for reminding the user of inputting the trademark information;

wherein the at least one brand category, the at least one group, or the at least one goods/services item may be added or deleted.

2. A trademark registration recommendation method according to claim 1, wherein said user terminal recommends for the user at least one commodity/service item in which the trademark information corresponding to each of the at least one trademark category is registerable, based on the trademark information, comprising:

the user terminal determines a first similarity between the trademark of each trademark category in the at least one trademark category in a database and the trademark information according to the trademark information; and

and the user terminal recommends at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in the at least one trademark category according to the first similarity.

3. A trademark registration recommendation method according to claim 1, wherein said user terminal recommends for the user at least one commodity/service item in which the trademark information corresponding to each of the at least one trademark category is registerable, based on the trademark information, comprising:

the user terminal sends the trademark information to a server, so that the server determines a first similarity between a trademark of each trademark category in the at least one trademark category and the trademark information in a database and recommends at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in the at least one trademark category according to the first similarity;

and the user terminal receives at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in the at least one trademark category recommended by the server.

4. A trademark registration recommendation method according to claim 2 or 3, further comprising:

determining at least one group in said each brand category,

wherein determining a first similarity of a trademark of each of the at least one trademark category in the database to the trademark information comprises:

determining a first similarity of a trademark of each of the at least one group in the database to the trademark information,

wherein the recommending, for the user, at least one commodity/service item in which the brand information corresponding to each of the at least one brand category is registerable includes:

recommending at least one goods/service item corresponding to each group in the at least one group.

5. The trademark registration recommendation method as claimed in claim 4, further comprising:

determining a second similarity of the trademark of the approximate group of each of the at least one group to the trademark information,

wherein the recommending at least one goods/service item corresponding to each trademark category of the at least one trademark category according to the first similarity comprises:

and recommending at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in the at least one trademark category according to the first similarity and the second similarity.

6. The trademark registration recommendation method of claim 1, wherein the displaying of the recommendation label in the recommendation label display area of the user interface corresponding to each group includes:

displaying a recommended label indicating that active registration is recommended, registration can be attempted, or registration is not recommended, according to the first similarity of the trademark of each group and the trademark information being in different threshold ranges.

7. A trademark registration recommendation method according to claim 2 or 3, further comprising, before said receiving of the user-selected industry information:

receiving the intelligent recommendation information selected by the user,

after the receiving of the industry information selected by the user, further comprising:

receiving industry precision recommendation information selected by the user,

wherein recommending at least one goods/service item corresponding to each brand category in the at least one brand category according to the first similarity comprises:

recommending at least one group and at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in the at least one trademark category according to the first similarity based on the industry information and the industry accurate recommendation information.

8. The trademark registration recommendation method of claim 7, wherein the receiving of the intelligent recommendation information selected by the user includes:

receiving the intelligent recommendation information selected by the user in the category mode selection area of the user interface,

wherein, the receiving of the industry information selected by the user comprises:

receiving the industry information selected by the user in a drop-down menu of an industry selection area of the user interface,

the receiving of the industry accurate recommendation information selected by the user includes:

and receiving the industry accurate recommendation information selected by the user in a recommendation rule selection area of the user interface.

9. A trademark registration recommendation method according to claim 2 or 3, further comprising, before said receiving of the user-selected industry information:

receiving the intelligent recommendation information selected by the user,

after the receiving of the industry information selected by the user, further comprising:

receiving the overall coverage information of the commodities selected by the user,

wherein recommending at least one goods/service item corresponding to each brand category in the at least one brand category according to the first similarity comprises:

recommending all groups and all goods/service items corresponding to each trademark category in the at least one trademark category according to the first similarity based on the industry information and the goods comprehensive coverage information.

10. A trademark registration recommendation method according to claim 9, wherein said receiving of the commodity comprehensive coverage information selected by said user comprises:

and receiving the comprehensive commodity coverage information selected by the user in a recommendation rule selection area of the user interface.

11. A trademark registration recommendation method according to claim 1, further comprising, after said receiving self-service selection information selected by the user:

displaying all trademark categories for the user to select by self, all groups and all goods/service items corresponding to each trademark category in the all trademark categories;

receiving and displaying at least one group and at least one commodity/service item corresponding to at least one trademark category self-selected by the user from the all trademark categories, the all groups and the all commodity/service items.

12. A trademark registration recommendation method according to claim 11, wherein said receiving user-selected self-service selection information includes:

receiving the self-service selection information selected by the user in the category mode selection area of the user interface,

wherein the displaying all trademark categories for the user to select by self, all groups and all goods/service items corresponding to each of the trademark categories comprises:

displaying the all trademark categories, the all groups and the all goods/service items for self-service selection of the user in an autonomous selection area of the user interface,

wherein the receiving and displaying at least one group and at least one commodity/service item corresponding to at least one trademark category self-selected by the user from the all trademark categories, the all groups and the all commodity/service items comprises:

displaying the at least one trademark category, the at least one group and the at least one goods/service item selected by the user in a selection item display area of the user interface.

A trademark registration recommendation method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein after said receiving full-scale protection information selected by a user and determining all trademark categories according to the full-scale protection information, recommending at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each of said at least one trademark category according to the first similarity comprises:

and recommending at least one group and at least one commodity/service item corresponding to each trademark category in all the trademark categories according to the first similarity based on the full-category protection information.

14. The trademark registration recommendation method of claim 13, wherein the receiving of the user-selected full-scale protection information comprises:

and receiving the full-class protection information selected by the user in the class mode selection area of the user interface.

15. A trademark registration recommendation method, comprising:

the server receives trademark information input by a user from the user terminal;

the server determining at least one brand category;

the server recommends at least one commodity/service item which can be registered by the trademark information corresponding to each trademark category in the at least one trademark category for the user according to the trademark information;

the server transmits at least one commodity/service item in which the brand information corresponding to each of the at least one brand category is registerable to the user terminal so that:

the user terminal displaying the recommended at least one brand category in a category display area of a user interface and displaying the recommended each group and corresponding at least one goods/services item in a sub-category display area of the user interface,

displaying recommendation labels in a recommendation label display area of the user interface corresponding to each group, the recommendation labels being used to indicate recommendation levels of each group, different recommendation levels corresponding to different recommendation labels;

displaying the number of the same trademarks existing in each group or the number of trademarks with the similarity exceeding a preset threshold in a first trademark number display area corresponding to each group, and displaying the number of the same trademarks corresponding to each trademark category or the number of trademarks with the similarity exceeding the preset threshold in a second trademark number display area corresponding to each trademark category

Wherein the determining at least one brand category comprises:

receiving industry information selected by a user, and determining the at least one trademark category according to the industry information; or

wherein the method further comprises:

the user terminal judges whether the user inputs the trademark information; if the trademark information is not input, displaying reminding information for reminding the user of inputting the trademark information;

wherein the at least one brand category, the at least one group, or the at least one goods/services item may be added or deleted.

16. A trademark registration recommendation system, comprising:

the receiving module is used for receiving trademark information input by a user;

a determination module for determining at least one brand category; and

a recommending module for recommending at least one commodity/service item for the user, the commodity/service item being registerable with the trademark information corresponding to each of the at least one trademark category, according to the trademark information,

wherein the recommendation module is to display the at least one recommended brand category in a category display area of a user interface and to display the each recommended group and corresponding at least one goods/services item in a subcategory display area of the user interface,

displaying recommendation labels in a recommendation label display area of the user interface corresponding to each group, the recommendation labels being used to indicate recommendation levels of each group, different recommendation levels corresponding to different recommendation labels;

displaying the number of the same trademarks existing in each group or the number of the trademarks with the similarity exceeding a preset threshold in a first trademark number display area corresponding to each group, and displaying the number of the same trademarks corresponding to each trademark category or the number of the trademarks with the similarity exceeding the preset threshold in a second trademark number display area corresponding to each trademark category;

wherein the determining module is further configured to:

receiving industry information selected by a user, and determining the at least one trademark category according to the industry information; or

Receiving self-service selection information selected by a user, and determining at least one trademark category according to the self-service selection of the user; or

Receiving full-class protection information selected by a user, and determining all trademark types according to the full-class protection information; or

Receiving a company name corresponding to the trademark information input by a user or an uploaded business license of the company;

according to the company name or the business license, capturing the business range information and/or the business product information of the company in a whole network based on a whole network capturing analysis technology;

determining the corresponding industry information of the company according to the business range information and/or the operating product information of the company;

determining the at least one trademark category according to the industry information;

the receiving module is further configured to:

receiving the click of the user on the first trademark number display area, and jumping to the list of the at least one first trademark; or receiving the click of the user on the second trademark number display area, and jumping to the list of the at least one second trademark;

the recommendation module is further to:

the user terminal judges whether the user inputs the trademark information; if the trademark information is not input, displaying reminding information for reminding the user of inputting the trademark information;

wherein the at least one brand category, the at least one group, or the at least one goods/services item may be added or deleted.

17. A computer-readable storage medium having computer-executable instructions stored thereon, wherein the executable instructions, when executed by a processor, implement the brand registration recommendation method of any one of claims 1 to 15.
