The invention adopts the following technical scheme: a display bracket for realizing dual-purpose of portable support comprises a bracket support body, a U-shaped frame, a damping rotating shaft, an anti-skid rubber cushion and an anti-scratch rubber cushion; the upper end of the bracket support body is provided with a hole, the hole is connected with the opening end of the U-shaped frame through a damping rotating shaft, the cross beam at the bottom of the U-shaped frame is used as a handle, two sides of the cross beam are used as supporting arms, one side of the two supporting arms close to the handle is bent, 2 anti-skidding rubber mats are designed on the handle, and play a role in preventing skidding when being fixedly placed, and 2 anti-scratching rubber mats on the supporting arm play a role in preventing scratching the backboard of the display when being carried.
The damping rotating shaft is provided with 4 screw holes, and the support and the display are respectively fixed by 2 screws, so that the angle of the display can be freely changed from 1.68 degrees to 76.44 degrees when the damping rotating shaft is fixedly placed.
The scratch-proof rubber pad is made of rubber and is adhered to the outer side of the bending part of the supporting arm.
The anti-skid rubber cushion is sleeved at the beam at the bottom of the U-shaped frame, and plays a role in skid resistance when the U-shaped frame is supported.
The bending part is outwards bent relative to the display when extending, and the handle and the back of the display have a distance of more than 15mm when bending to the minimum angle, so that the portable electronic device is convenient to carry.
The bottom of the bracket support body is provided with a clamping device for fixing the display, and the clamping device is a clamping piece arranged on the front side of the bracket support body.
Four corners of the support body are rounded corners, so that collision is prevented.
The invention has the advantages that: the dual functions of fixed placement, angle adjustment and portable movement of the display can be realized with simple structure and low cost.

The damping rotating shaft 3 is provided with 4 screw holes, and the support and the display 6 are respectively fixed by 2 screws, so that the angle of the display 6 is freely changed from 1.68 degrees to 76.44 degrees when the damping rotating shaft 3 is fixedly placed.
The scratch-proof rubber pad 5 is made of rubber and is adhered to the outer side of the bending part 21 of the supporting arm 22.
The anti-skid rubber cushion 4 is sleeved at the beam at the bottom of the U-shaped frame 2, and plays a role in skid resistance when the U-shaped frame 2 is supported.
The bending part 21 is bent outwards relative to the display 6 when extending, and the handle is bent to a distance of more than 15mm from the back of the display 6 when at a minimum angle, so that the portable electronic device is convenient to carry.
