The following describes embodiments of the present invention in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the positioning plate comprises a positioning plate 1 with a horizontal axis, wherein a plurality of strip-shaped plates 2 are distributed on the left side of the positioning plate 1 along the circumference of the axis of the positioning plate 1, the length direction of each strip-shaped plate 2 is parallel to the axial direction of the positioning plate 1, and the width direction of each strip-shaped plate 2 is perpendicular to the radial direction of the positioning plate 1; the strip-shaped plate 2 is provided with a closed-loop rubber sleeve 3 which is sleeved on the strip-shaped plate 2 along the width direction of the strip-shaped plate 2 and covers the plate surface and the left and right ends of the strip-shaped plate 2; the right end of the strip-shaped plate 2 is connected with the positioning disc 1 through a support rod 4, and the positioning disc 1 is provided with a through hole 5 which penetrates through the positioning disc 1 in the axial direction; the sampling brush 6 can penetrate through the positioning plate 1 through the through hole 5.
Preferably, the surfaces of the strip-shaped plates 2 are convex arcs, so that the envelope lines of the strip-shaped plates 2 form a cylindrical surface, thereby facilitating use and improving comfort, and the left and right ends of the strip-shaped plates 2 are smooth arc-shaped end parts, thereby maintaining smooth transition between the end parts of the strip-shaped plates 2 and the surfaces of the plates and reducing sliding resistance between the closed-loop rubber sleeve 3 and the end parts of the strip-shaped plates 2.
Preferably, the inner side of the closed-loop rubber sleeve 3 is provided with a boss arranged along the surrounding direction, the strip-shaped plate 2 is provided with a guide groove matched with the boss and surrounding the strip-shaped plate 2, and the boss is arranged in the guide groove to ensure that the closed-loop rubber sleeve 3 cannot fall off.

When the invention is used, the positioning ring 603 is arranged on the positioning disc 1, and the brush handle 601 is pulled to enable the brush head 602 to be close to the position of the positioning ring 603; holding the handrails 12 to move the device, aligning the left ends of the strip-shaped plates 2 with the external genitals of the patient, and then slightly pushing the handrails 12 to enable the left ends of the strip-shaped plates 2 to enter the vagina of the patient simultaneously; the handrail 12 is continuously pushed to make the strip-shaped plate 2 move towards the interior of the vagina, and the outer side of the closed-loop rubber sleeve 3 is kept still by the friction force of the vagina wall, so that the closed-loop rubber sleeve 3 slides on the strip-shaped plate 2 or generates rolling transmission through the roller 7 when the strip-shaped plate 2 is inserted, and the part of the closed-loop rubber sleeve 3, which is arranged on the inner side of the strip-shaped plate 2, moves forwards and rolls to the outer side of the strip-shaped plate 2 through the front end of the strip-shaped plate 2 gradually to be in contact with the vagina wall; because the closed-loop rubber sleeve 3 isolates the strip-shaped plate 2 from the vaginal wall, the strip-shaped plate 2 does not directly contact and rub with the vaginal wall, and meanwhile, the entering mode of slipping or rolling propulsion of the closed-loop rubber sleeve 3 prevents the strip-shaped plate from rubbing with the vaginal wall, thereby not only preventing the possibility of injury of the instrument to the vaginal wall, but also effectively avoiding the astringent feeling and pain feeling caused by the friction between the instrument and the vaginal wall; in the sliding or rolling propulsion process of the closed-loop rubber sleeve 3, because the length of the closed-loop rubber sleeve 3 is fixed, the closed-loop rubber sleeve 3 is always kept in a tight state, meanwhile, because the inner side of the closed-loop rubber sleeve 3 is provided with a boss for preventing dislocation, a guide groove or a sink groove is arranged on the strip-shaped plate 2 or the roller 7 and serves as a jump-preventing groove, the boss is limited by the jump-preventing groove, and the phenomenon that the closed-loop rubber sleeve 3 is dislocated to influence the propulsion of the strip-shaped plate 2 and discomfort and injury brought to a patient can be avoided.
When the left end of the strip-shaped plate 2 enters the cervical orifice, the handrail 12 is stopped to be pushed and the brush holder 601 is pushed to enable the brush head 602 to enter the cervical orifice to finish sampling, and in the process of entering the brush head 602, as the plurality of strip-shaped plates 2 completely open the vagina, the brush head 602 can not be contacted with any part of the vagina, thereby effectively avoiding the influence of vaginal secretion on the sampling inspection result.
After sampling is finished, the brush handle 601 is pulled out, and then the positioning ring 603 is taken down, so that the sampling brush 6 is taken out, and the next operation is convenient to carry out; after the operation is finished, the handrail 12 is pulled outwards to draw the device out of the vagina, and in the process, the closed-loop rubber sleeve 3 slides or rolls on the strip-shaped plate 2 in a reverse direction without rubbing against the vaginal wall.
Because only the closed-loop rubber sleeve 3 is in contact with a human body in the using process, the closed-loop rubber sleeve 3 can be replaced after each use to be reused, and unnecessary resource waste can be effectively reduced.
The invention realizes the sliding or rolling surrounding of the closed-loop rubber sleeve on the strip plate by utilizing the flexible deformable characteristic of the closed-loop rubber sleeve, so that a patient is not in direct contact with a hard instrument, and the injury and the uncomfortable feeling which are possibly brought when the instrument is used are effectively reduced; when the strip-shaped plate is inserted, the closed-loop rubber sleeve slides or rolls on the strip-shaped plate, so that the closed-loop rubber sleeve does not rub against a human body, and the astringent feeling and the pain feeling caused by direct rubbing of an instrument and the human body are eliminated; meanwhile, as the closed-loop rubber sleeve does not generate friction with a human body, only the lubricating liquid is required to be coated on the inner side of the closed-loop rubber sleeve and is not required to be coated on the outer side of the closed-loop rubber sleeve; and because the roll of roller makes the frictional force between rubber sleeve and the strip board show and reduce, consequently the inside and outside both sides of closed loop rubber sleeve all need not to paint lubricating fluid when installing the roller additional and can realize smooth and easy roll to eliminate the anaphylactic hidden danger that lubricating fluid and human direct contact exist, because there is not lubricating fluid to remain in the vagina simultaneously, it is also very convenient that the patient cleans the private after the sample is ended.
When the sampling brush is used for sampling and checking, no matter in the inserting process of the strip-shaped plates or in the in-and-out process of the sampling brush, the vagina is propped open by the strip-shaped plates, so that the sampling brush is not in direct contact with other human tissues such as vulva or vaginal wall all the time, the sampling sample is real and accurate, secondary pollution is avoided, and the influence on the checking result caused by adhesion of other secretions of a human body on the sampling brush is effectively avoided.
In addition, the closed-loop rubber sleeve and the strip-shaped plate are convenient and quick to detach and replace, can be reused after replacement, are sanitary and environment-friendly, and save resources.
