Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a buckle device 100 of a safety belt according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a buckle base 10, a buckle 20, two limiting members 30, and two elastic members 40.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3 together, the buckle seat 10 has a connecting portion 11, a containing chamber 12 and an opening 14, the connecting portion 11 is used for connecting a safety belt; at least one positioning member 120 is disposed in the chamber 12; the opening 14 communicates with the chamber 12, whereby the chamber 12 communicates with the outside through the opening 14. In this embodiment, the number of the at least one positioning element 120 is two, the buckle base 10 has a first surface 10a and a second surface 10b opposite to each other, the two positioning elements 120 are formed in the accommodating chamber 12 by stamping the first surface 10a and the second surface 10b of the buckle base 10, the two positioning elements 120 are respectively located at two opposite positions of the accommodating chamber 12, and the two positioning elements 120 respectively include two positioning pillars 122. In addition, the number of the positioning elements 120 is not limited to two, and in other applications, only one positioning element 120 may be provided, for example, the positioning element 120 is formed on one of the first surface 10a or the second surface 10b by stamping, and at least one recess is formed on the surface of the buckle seat 10 corresponding to the position of the at least one positioning element 120, which is not limited to the above description.
In addition, a plurality of stoppers 16 are disposed in the accommodating chamber 12 of the buckle seat 10, and in the present embodiment, the stoppers 16 are formed by stamping and protruding into the accommodating chamber 12 from the first surface 10a and the second surface 10b of the buckle seat 10 respectively. The above-mentioned forming of the positioning element 120 and the stopping element 16 by stamping has the advantages of convenient processing and being beneficial to rapid mass production, thereby reducing the production cost.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 4, the buckle 20 has a connecting portion 21 and a tongue plate 22, the connecting portion 21 is used to connect a safety belt, the tongue plate 22 is used to be inserted into the accommodating chamber 12 from the opening 14 of the buckle seat 10, the tongue plate 22 has at least one engaging slot 24, the at least one engaging slot 24 has an open side, wherein when the tongue plate 22 is inserted into the accommodating chamber 12, the at least one positioning member 120 enters the at least one engaging slot 24 from the open side of the at least one engaging slot 24 to be engaged with the at least one engaging slot 24. In the embodiment, the tongue plate 22 has two opposite surfaces 22a and 22b, the two surfaces 22a and 22b are respectively formed with one of the slots 24, and the open sides of the two slots 24 are located on the same side, for example, facing the end of the tongue plate 22. Thus, with the above design, and with reference to fig. 2 to 5, when the tongue plate 22 is inserted into the chamber 12 of the buckle 10, the two positioning members 120 enter the two slots 24 from the open sides of the two slots 24, are respectively accommodated in the two slots 24, and can be respectively engaged and positioned with the two slots 24, moreover, one side portions 122a, 122b of the two positioning posts 122 of each positioning member 120 can be respectively abutted against the two side groove walls 24a of the slot 24, one end 122c of the two positioning posts 122 can be abutted against the groove bottom 24b of the slot 24, so that, after the fastening seat 10 is combined with the fastening member 20, even if any one of the buckle seat 10 and the buckle 20 is pushed or pulled by an external force, the positioning relationship between the positioning element 120 and the engaging groove 24 can prevent the buckle 20 from over-deflecting and deflecting relative to the buckle seat 10, so as to provide the effects of firm connection and preventing unexpected or unexpected loosening. In addition, it is worth mentioning that the side portion 122a of the two positioning posts 122 has a convex arc surface for abutting against the two side groove walls 24a of the slot 24, and the design of the convex arc surface can make the groove wall of the slot 24 of the tongue plate 22 more easily abut against and be fastened with the positioning post 122 along the convex arc surface.

In the present embodiment, the limiting member 30 is pivotally disposed in the accommodating chamber 12 and can pivot between the first position P1 and the second position P2. The position-limiting member 30 has an abutting portion 32 and a stressed portion 34, the abutting portion 32 is used for abutting against the tongue plate 22 or abutting against the stopping member 16, and further, when the two position-limiting members 30 are located at the first position P1, one end surfaces of the abutting portions 32 of the two position-limiting members 30 abut against two side portions of the tongue plate 22 of the fastening member 20, so as to limit the fastening member 20 from being separated from the buckle seat 10, and when the two position-limiting members 30 are located at the second position P2, the end surfaces of the abutting portions 32 of the two position-limiting members 30 leave the tongue plate 22 of the fastening member 20, and the abutting portions 32 abut against the stopping member 16, so as to enable the fastening member 20 to be separated from the buckle seat 10.
In addition, the two elastic members 40 are disposed in the accommodating chamber 12, and each elastic member 40 is connected to the limiting member 30 and the fastening seat 10, respectively, for providing an elastic force to keep the limiting member 30 at the first position P1 in a normal state. In the present embodiment, the elastic element 40 is a spring, and two ends of the elastic element are respectively connected to the limiting element and the buckle base 10, but the invention is not limited thereto in other applications.
It should be noted that, in conjunction with fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, a through hole 18 may be formed on the buckle base 10 to communicate with the chamber 12, and an indication portion 26 may be formed on the tongue 22 of the buckle 20. When the tongue 22 of the fastening member 20 is inserted into the chamber 12 of the buckle base 10, the indication portion 26 can be exposed from the through hole 18, so as to provide one of the criteria for the user to identify whether the fastening member 20 is correctly fastened to the buckle base 10. For example, it can be designed that the indication portion 26 can be completely exposed from the through hole 18 when the fastener 20 and the seat 10 are completely fastened and positioned, and herein, if the user finds that the indication portion 26 is not completely exposed from the through hole 18, it indicates that the fastener 20 and the seat 10 are not completely fastened and needs to be fastened again, thereby improving the safety of the buckle device using the safety belt. In addition, in practice, it is not limited to the indication portion 26 completely exposed from the through hole 18, and in other applications, the indication portion 26 may be designed with a plurality of blocks, which may represent different meanings, such as complete fastening, incomplete fastening, and re-fastening.
Referring to fig. 8, a buckle device 200 of a safety belt according to another embodiment of the present invention is different from the above embodiments in that a positioning element 212 of a buckle seat 210 of the present embodiment has a long strip shape, and an end of the positioning element 212 can be abutted against a groove bottom of a slot 222 of a buckle 220, and two side portions of the positioning element 212 can be abutted against two side groove walls of the slot 222, respectively, thereby providing a stable positioning effect. In addition, further, the two side portions of the positioning element 212 may adopt a design having convex arc surfaces for abutting against the two side groove walls of the clamping groove, thereby facilitating the sliding of the positioning element 212 into or out of the clamping groove 222 no matter when the fastener seat 210 and the fastener 220 are mounted or dismounted.
Referring to fig. 9, a buckle device 300 of a safety belt according to another embodiment of the present invention is different from the above-mentioned embodiments in that a positioning member 312 may be disposed on only one side of a chamber of a buckle seat 310 for being engaged with a slot 322 on either side of a buckle 320, but the embodiment is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment in which positioning members are disposed on two opposite positions.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and all equivalent changes and modifications to the present invention as described in the specification and claims should be understood as included in the scope of the present invention.
