In the present embodiment, a first half screw hole 250a is provided at the movable end 220b of the slider 220, which is opposite to the pressing end 220a, and a second half screw hole 250b is provided at the boss 231, which is opposite to the first half screw hole 250 a. Therefore, when the slider 220 slides back and forth along the sliding slot 211, the slider 220 also moves back and forth relative to the bump 231. Specifically, when the movable end 220b of the slider 220 abuts against the protrusion 231, the first half-threaded hole 250a and the second half-threaded hole 250b will be spliced together to form the threaded hole 250, and the axial direction of the threaded hole 250 is perpendicular to the sliding direction of the slider 220 along the sliding slot 211. When the movable end 220b of the slider 220 moves away from the tab 231, the first half-threaded hole 250a and the second half-threaded hole 250b will separate.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiment, the elastic element 240 provides an elastic force to press the movable end 220b of the slider 220 against the bump 231, and when the pressing end 220a of the slider 220 is not pressed, the elastic element 240 maintains the split state of the first half-threaded hole 250a and the second half-threaded hole 250 b; accordingly, when the connector engaged with the threaded hole 250 needs to be removed, the slider 220 is pressed, so that the force of the elastic element 240 acting on the slider 220 is overcome, and the slider 220 slides along the sliding slot 211 toward the movable end 220b relative to the fixed seat 210, and the first half threaded hole 250a and the second half threaded hole 250b are separated, so that the connector can be inserted into or removed from the threaded hole 250. Therefore, when the atomizer 100 is connected to the battery case by using the electronic cigarette connector, the atomizer 100 can be easily attached and detached. In addition, since the first half screw hole 250a and the second half screw hole 250b can be separated from each other, the phenomenon that the atomizer 100 is locked and difficult to disassemble when being connected to the battery case through screw threads is effectively avoided.
In the above embodiment, the sliding block 220 overcomes the action of the elastic element 240 in the sliding process towards the movable end 220b, so that the elastic element 240 will elastically deform in the sliding process; so that when the force acting on the pressing end 220a is released, the elastic restoring force of the elastic member 240 urges the slider 220 to move toward the pressing end 220a, thereby coupling the first half screw hole 250a and the second half screw hole 250b together. It should be noted that the elastic element 240 includes a compression spring, the compression spring is located in the sliding groove 211, and two ends of the compression spring respectively abut against the movable end 220b and a side wall of the sliding groove 211 away from the pressing end 220 a. Further, when the pressing end 220a of the slider 220 is pressed, the movable end 220b of the slider 220 slides along the slide groove 211 and compresses the compression spring, so that the first half screw hole 250a and the second half screw hole 250b are separated. Accordingly, when the pressure applied to the pressing end 220a is released, the restoring force of the compression spring deforms to urge the slider 220 to move along the sliding groove 211 toward the pressing end 220a, thereby assembling the first half screw hole 250a and the second half screw hole 250b together.
In the above embodiment, the connecting member has external threads adapted to the first half-threaded hole 250a and the second half-threaded hole 250b, that is, the thread pitches and the thread rotation directions of the first half-threaded hole 250a and the second half-threaded hole 250b are identical, so that the threaded hole 250 formed by the split is at least a part of the standard threaded hole, so that the connecting member having external threads can be engaged with the threaded hole 250.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the threaded hole 250 formed by the combination of the first half threaded hole 250a and the second half threaded hole 250b may be a complete circular threaded hole or a threaded hole having only a partial threaded section in the circumferential direction. It should be noted that, the circumferential angle of the first half threaded hole 250a and the second half threaded hole 250b is not greater than 180 °, and when the slider 220 slides relative to the fixing base 210 so that the first half threaded hole 250a and the second half threaded hole 250b are separated, the connecting piece can be smoothly separated from the internal threads on the threaded hole 250. Specifically, even if the connecting member is excessively screwed into the first half screw hole 250a and the second half screw hole 250b, since the circumferential angle of the first half screw hole 250a and the second half screw hole 250b is not greater than 180 °, the pressing slider 220 can still separate the first half screw hole 250a and the second half screw hole 250b, thereby facilitating the screwing out of the connecting member.
As shown in fig. 2, a through hole 230a is provided in the cover plate 230, the through hole 230a being opposite to the screw hole 250, so that a connection member having external screw threads to be matched with the screw hole 250 passes through the through hole 230a to be matched with the screw hole 250. In other embodiments, the through holes may be formed separately at corresponding positions on the fixing base 210, or the through holes may be formed on the cover 230 and the fixing base 210 at the same time.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the connection member may be a screw or a bolt with external threads, as shown in fig. 1, the connection member is a bolt 260 disposed on the atomizer 100, and correspondingly, the fixing base 210 of the electronic cigarette connector is disposed on the battery box; therefore, the connection between the atomizer 100 and the battery case can be achieved by only fitting the bolt 260 having the external thread on the atomizer 100 with the screw hole 250 on the electronic cigarette connector 200. Accordingly, since the threaded hole 250 on the electronic cigarette connector 200 is formed by enclosing the first half threaded hole 250a and the second half threaded hole 250b which can mutually move, the electronic cigarette connector 200 can be used for realizing quick installation and disassembly of the atomizer 100 and the battery box.
As shown in fig. 5, the slider 220 is provided with a through slot 221, and the bump 231 is located in the through slot 221. The first half screw hole 250a is provided at an end of the through groove 221 remote from the pressing end 220a so that the movable end 220b of the slider 220 is separated from the second half screw hole 250b by being remote from the boss 231 when the slider 220 is pressed. Accordingly, when the force acting on the pressing end 220a is released, the elastic element 240 moves the driving slider 220 toward the pressing end 220a, so that the movable end 220b abuts against the protrusion 231. On the one hand, the protrusion 231 limits the sliding block 220 to move further towards the pressing end 220a so as to limit the sliding block 220 in the sliding groove 211; on the other hand, the first half threaded hole 250a and the second half threaded hole 250b can be spliced to clamp a connecting piece inserted into the threaded hole 250, and the external thread of the connecting piece can be clamped in the internal thread only by slightly screwing the connecting piece, so that rapid assembly between components to be connected is realized.
Referring to fig. 6, a protrusion 231 is disposed on a surface of the cover 230 facing the fixing base 210, a connection portion 232 is disposed below the protrusion 231, and the connection portion 232 is connected to the bottom of the sliding slot 211. In this embodiment, a hole 2321 is provided on the connection portion 232 and at a position corresponding to the bottom of the chute 211, so as to be inserted into a conductive structure such as the electrode 280. It should be noted that the location of the protrusion 231 is not limited to the cover 230, but may be disposed in the recess 222 of the fixing base 210. Because the slider 220 can move relative to the tab 231, the oppositely disposed first and second half threaded holes 250a, 250b can still be brought together by inward approaching and separated by outward moving.

It should be noted that, the depth of the groove 222 is slightly greater than the thickness of the connecting portion 232 protruding from the bottom of the sliding slot 211, so that a clearance fit is formed between the sliding block 220 and the connecting portion 232, and the sliding block 220 can smoothly slide along the sliding slot 211 relative to the fixing seat 210.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 4, fig. 8 and fig. 9, the bottom of the sliding groove 211 is provided with a protruding portion 212, and when the pressing sliding block 220 moves to the limit position along the sliding groove 211, the movable end 220b of the sliding block 220 abuts against the protruding portion 212, so that the movement range of the sliding block 220 along the sliding groove 211 relative to the fixing seat 210 is limited, and the first half threaded hole 250a and the second half threaded hole 250b are reasonably opened and closed, so that the connecting piece is convenient to detach and mount.
