Technical Field

Background
In the related art, a controlled object is controlled by a remote controller in order to improve the operation experience of a user. For example, a remote controller of the unmanned aerial vehicle is used to control the flight state of the unmanned aerial vehicle. Generally, the main board of the remote controller of the unmanned aerial vehicle functions to transmit a control signal to the unmanned aerial vehicle, receive a video signal transmitted from the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the like.
However, some users with special purposes need to customize some unmanned aerial vehicle remote controllers, and in addition, the users in different country regions may need to configure main boards with different functions. In these cases, different versions of the drone remote control need to be produced.
However, the main board replacement process of the current unmanned aerial vehicle remote controller is complex, the operability is low, and the main board may be damaged in the main board replacement process.
Disclosure of Invention

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 3 and fig. 5, a remote controller 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a main body 102 and a main board assembly 104, wherein the main body 102 includes a first housing 106 and a first interface 108 located in the first housing 106, the first housing 106 is provided with a housing slot 110, the main board assembly 104 includes a second housing 112 and a main board 114 disposed in the second housing 112, the main board 114 includes a second interface 116, the main board assembly 104 is detachably mounted in the first housing 106 through the housing slot 110, and the second interface 116 is detachably connected to the first interface 108.
In the remote controller 100, since the main board assembly 104 is detachably mounted to the first housing 106 through the housing slot 110, when a different version of the main board 114 is replaced, the operation is simple, the operability is high, and the second housing 112 is beneficial to protecting the main board 114 from being damaged.
Specifically, in one example of the present invention, the remote controller 100 may be applied to an aircraft, and particularly, the aircraft is an unmanned aircraft. In the present example, the remote control 100 includes a button 118 and a rocker 120 disposed in the first housing 106, and the button 118 and the rocker 120 are electrically connected to the main body 114 through the first interface portion 108 and the second interface portion 116. In this way, the flight direction, speed and other parameters of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be controlled by the rocker 120 and/or the keys 118 of the remote controller 100, which is convenient for the user to use. In the present embodiment, the rockers 120 include a left rocker and a right rocker.
Further, the unmanned aerial vehicle is generally equipped with a camera for capturing images (including still images and moving images) of the unmanned aerial vehicle during flight, and therefore, in order to facilitate a user to view the images captured by the camera on the unmanned aerial vehicle, the remote controller 100 includes a display screen 122 disposed in the first housing 106, and the display screen 122 is electrically connected to the main body 114 through the first interface portion 108 and the second interface portion 116. The image taken by the camera on the unmanned aerial vehicle may be transmitted back to the main board 114, and after the image processing is performed by the main board 114, the image is transmitted to the display screen 122 through the first interface part 108 and the second interface part 116 for display.
In addition, the display screen 122 can also display attitude information of the unmanned aerial vehicle, including any one or more of YAW axis information, ROLL axis information, and PITCH axis information. The user can switch the information and images desired to be displayed on the display screen 122 through the keys 118.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the second housing 112 includes an upper plate 124 and a side plate 126, the upper plate 124 is connected to the side plate 126, the main plate 114 includes a mounting end 128, the mounting end 128 is disposed on the side plate 126, and the mounting end 128 is fixedly connected to the side plate 126. Thus, the mounting end 128 and the side plate 126 can increase the contact area of the main board 114 mounted to the second housing 112, so that the main board 114 can be stably mounted to the second housing 112.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the side plate 126 is a rear side plate of the second housing 112, and the mounting end 128 and the side plate 126 are fixedly connected by the main plate screw 200. It is understood that in other embodiments, the mounting end 128 and the side plate 126 can be fixedly connected by any one of a snap-fit manner and an adhesive manner, or can be fixedly connected by any one of a screw-fit manner, a snap-fit manner and an adhesive manner, which are not limited in particular.
In addition, to fix the main board assembly more firmly, the upper board 124 may be fixedly connected to the first casing 106 by an upper board screw 202, and the side board 126 may be fixedly connected to the first casing 106 by a side board screw 204.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the first housing 106 has a receiving groove 130, the receiving groove 130 is communicated with the housing groove 110, and the second housing 112 is received in the receiving groove 130. The receiving groove 130 can be used as a positioning groove for mounting the second housing 112 to the first housing 106, so that the second housing 112 can be quickly mounted to the first housing 106, and the overall housing of the remote control 100 formed by the second housing 112 and the first housing 106 is more beautiful.
In the present embodiment, the receiving groove 130 is formed at the upper portion of the first housing 106, so as to facilitate the insertion and the removal of the motherboard assembly 104.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the first interface portion 108 defines an interface slot 132, a first connecting member (not shown) is disposed in the interface slot 132, the second interface portion 116 includes a plate member 134 and a second connecting member 136 disposed on the plate member 134, the plate member 134 is inserted into the interface slot 132, and the first connecting member is connected to the second connecting member 136. Thus, the electrical connection between the main board 114 and the main body 102 is reliable, and poor contact and signal transmission failure caused by loose connection between the main board 114 and the main body 102 are avoided.
Specifically, the second connector 136 may be a gold finger.
In some embodiments, the first interface portion includes a plate and a first connecting member disposed on the plate, the second interface portion defines an interface slot, the second connecting member is disposed in the interface slot, the plate is inserted into the interface slot, and the first connecting member is connected to the second connecting member. Thus, the main body can be electrically connected with the main body.
In some embodiments, motherboard assembly 104 includes an antenna assembly 138, antenna assembly 138 disposed in second housing 112, and antenna assembly 138 is electrically connected to motherboard 114. Thus, the antenna assembly 138 can increase the stability of data transmission and can realize long-distance transmission.
Specifically, the main board assembly 138 is disposed at an upper portion of the first housing 106, so that the antenna assembly 138 can transmit and receive signals conveniently. In the above example, the control signal of the remote controller 100 is processed by the main board 114 and then transmitted to the unmanned aerial vehicle through the antenna assembly 138, and data such as images and attitude information captured by the camera on the unmanned aerial vehicle can be transmitted back to the remote controller 100 through the antenna assembly 138 and then displayed on the display screen 122 after being processed by the main board 114.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the antenna assembly 138 includes a connecting portion 140 and an antenna portion 142, the connecting portion 140 is rotatably disposed on the second housing 112, and the antenna portion 142 is rotatably connected to the connecting portion 140. Thus, the direction of the antenna assembly 138 can be adjusted to ensure the strength of signal transceiving.
In some embodiments, the remote control 100 includes a handle 144 disposed in the first housing 106. Thus, the user can conveniently carry the remote controller 100. Specifically, the first housing 106 may be an integrally formed structure with the handle 144.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the second housing 112 is formed with a heat dissipation hole 146 for dissipating heat of the main board 114. Thus, the temperature of the motherboard 114 is not too high during operation.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the heat dissipation hole 146 is opened in the upper plate 124 of the second housing 112. The upper plate 124 is provided with the heat dissipation holes 146, which accords with the principle that hot air rises, and the heat dissipation speed is high.
In some embodiments, the main board 114 is provided with a device interface 148, the second housing 112 is provided with a through hole 150, and the device interface 148 is partially located in the through hole 150. In this manner, the remote control 100 may exchange data with other devices and/or charge.
Specifically, the device interface 148 may be secured to the motherboard 114 by soldering. The device interface 148 includes a USB interface, an HDMI interface, a Type-C interface, and the like, and is not particularly limited herein.
In the remote control 100 according to the present embodiment of the invention, when assembling, the main board 114 is fixed to the second housing 112 by the main board screw 200 to form the main board assembly 104, and then the main board 114 of the main board assembly 104 is inserted into the housing slot 110 through the receiving slot 130, so that the second interface portion 116 of the main board 114 is inserted into the first interface portion 108. After the main board assembly 104 is inserted, the main board assembly 104 is fixed to the first housing 106 by the upper board screws 202 and the side board screws 204, thereby completing the assembly of the main board assembly 104.
If the user needs to replace the main board 114 of a different version, the user only needs to detach the upper board screws 202 and the side board screws 204, pull out the main board assembly 104 and the main board 114, detach the main board screws 200, replace the main board of another version, and assemble the main boards of other versions according to the above process.
An electronic apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a host and the remote control 100 according to any of the above embodiments.
In the electronic device, since the main board assembly 104 is detachably mounted on the first housing 106 through the housing slot 110, when the main board 114 of a different version is replaced, the operation is simple, the operability is high, and the second housing 112 is beneficial to protecting the main board 114 from being damaged.

7. The remote controller as claimed in claim 1, wherein the main board is provided with an equipment interface, the second housing is provided with a through hole, and the equipment interface is partially positioned in the through hole.
8. An electronic device comprising a host and the remote controller of any one of claims 1-7.
