Abstract

本发明实施例提供一种发送信息的方法,包括:确定第一上行控制信道在上行子帧中所占的第一时域资源,其中,所述第一时域资源用于承载第一控制信息;确定上行业务信道在所述上行子帧中所占的第二时域资源,所述第二时域资源包括所述第一时域资源,所述第一时域资源的长度小于所述第二时域资源的长度;根据所述第一时域资源在所述上行子帧中的位置,将所述第一上行控制信道或所述上行业务信道确定为目标信道;在所述目标信道上发送所述第一控制信息。本发明实施例能够根据发生冲突的信道的在上行子帧中的位置,确定发送当前控制信息的目标信道,解决信号传输过程中发生资源冲突的问题。
