一种燃料电池系统和其控制方法,其中,燃料电池系统包含燃料电池(11)、开关控制模块(121)和至少2个开关模块(122);开关模块(122)均与燃料电池(11)的正极和负极连接,均包含开关单元(123,124),开关单元(123,124)包含开关,开关包含控制端、电流输入端、电流输出端;至少2个开关模块(122)中,至少一个开关模块(122)中,开关单元还包含分压结构,分压结构串联于电流输入端与燃料电池的正极之间,或,分压结构串联于电流输出端与燃料电池的负极之间;开关控制模块(121)分别与至少2个开关模块(122)中的开关的控制端连接,用于分别控制开关的导通或断开。该燃料电池系统和其控制方法能够利用较低的成本,使得燃料电池的开关元件在脉冲短路的过程中得到保护、避免损坏、延长寿命。
