Abstract

Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a hinge member and a container having the same, and more particularly, to a hinge member and a container having the same, which can improve convenience in use.
Background
In general, a cosmetic container is used to package various cosmetics such as powder or cream for makeup, and has various shapes and sizes according to the use of the cosmetics.
The compact in the cosmetic container is composed of a main body for storing the cosmetic and a lid that rotates around a hinge on one side of the main body and opens and closes. In this case, in most cases, cosmetics are stored in the main body, and a mirror is attached to the inner surface of the lid. Note that, in the present specification, when reference numerals are given to components in each drawing, the same components are given the same numerals as much as possible even when they are shown in different drawings. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a hinge member 30 according to one embodiment of the present invention may be applied to a cosmetic container 100. Such hinge members 30 are disposed in the facing regions of the 1 st and 2 nd bodies so that the 1 st body can be rotated or attached/detached from the 2 nd body. At this time, the hinge part 30 may include the 1 st magnet 31 and the 2 nd magnet 32, and the 1 st body may be the cap 20 and the 2 nd body may be the body 10 in the cosmetic container 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The cover 20 may include at least a pair of a 1 st side surface 21 and a 2 nd side surface 22 which are disposed to face each other as a member for opening and closing the space of the main body 10, and may have a hexahedral shape having a constant thickness, for example. The body 10 may be provided with a mounting portion 13 for mounting the cover 20 in a space defined by the base portion 11 and the pair of the 1 st inner surface 14 and the 2 nd inner surface 15 of the extension portion 12. At this time, a mirror 24 is attached to a surface of the cover 20 facing the mounting portion 13 of the main body 10 (see fig. 4 a).
Here, the shapes of the body 10 and the cover 20 are not limited to the above-described embodiment, and it is needless to say that various shapes of the hinge member 30 formed of a magnet can be applied to a position where the body 10 and the cover 20 face each other.

Meanwhile, the hinge member 30 may be provided at the other end of the pair of side surfaces 23 of the cover 20 and the 1 st inner surface 14 and the 2 nd inner surface 15 of the extension portion 12 of the body 10 opposed thereto. Thus, the cover 20 can be rotated from the body 10 with a line connecting one end or the other end of the pair of side surfaces 23 of the cover 20 as the hinge axis 40 (see fig. 4 a).
That is, the 1 st magnet 31 and the 2 nd magnet 32 constituting one hinge member 30 are arranged so that different polarities are opposed to each other, and thus, attractive force is applied to each other, and thus, a state in which the cover 20 is mounted on the mounting portion 13 of the main body 10 can be maintained without applying a separate force. The 1 st magnets 31 disposed at the ends of the pair of side surfaces 23 of the cover 20 may be disposed at regular intervals, but may be disposed so that the surfaces facing each other have the same polarity. Thereby, repulsive force is generated between 21 st magnets 31 forming one hinge shaft 40.
At this time, the 1 st magnet 31 in fig. 3 has a rectangular cross-sectional shape in a direction parallel to the pair of side surfaces 23 of the cover 20. The hinge part 30 of the present invention, which is composed of a magnet, is configured such that the cover 20 can be rotated from the body 10 or the cover 20 can be detached from the body 10. That is, the hinge member 30 is formed at one end or the other end of the pair of side surfaces 23 of the cover 20, so that the cover 20 can be opened and closed from the body 10 regardless of the direction, and the cover 20 can be completely separated from the body 10.
In the case of a general hinge member, the cover cannot be attached to and detached from the main body, but a detachable hinge member is required in various products. The hinge members 30 are basically arranged in 2 regions with a phase difference of 180 degrees, and a plurality of hinge members are provided at various angles, so that they can be opened and closed or attached and detached in various directions to which the hinge members 30 are applied. That is, the hinge members 30 are disposed at one end and the other end of the lid 20, so that the lid 20 can be opened and closed in 2 directions, and the contents stored in the cosmetic container 100 can be prevented from being deformed in only one direction.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the shape, number, installation position, and the like of the 1 st magnet 31 and the 2 nd magnet 32 constituting the hinge member 30 are not limited thereto, and may be variously formed.
Such a hinge member 30 is utilized not only in the cosmetic container 100 applied to the present invention, but also in various structures to which the hinge member 30 is applied. For example, in the case where the hinge member 30 of the present invention is applied to a toilet, a portion where the hinge member is located can be separated and cleaned, so that it can be cleaned more easily.
Meanwhile, the hinge member 30 of the present invention can be applied to kitchen containers such as cutlery boxes and meal containers, jewel cases, portable cases for storing glasses and toothbrushes, wall hanging products, toilet covers, toilet paper hangers, and the like. The hinge member 30 can be applied to a desired position of the automobile goggles, and can change the number of pages to a desired number of pages by applying the hinge member to a book for infants, a learning material, or the like.
In addition, a wallet, a card case, or the like can be attached to and detached from the mobile phone protective case, and the glasses can be applied to the temples of glasses to be cleaned, and the temples are not broken when being impacted, but separated. Referring to fig. 4, the cover 20 according to an embodiment of the present invention does not have a separate connection portion with the body 10, and functions as the hinge member 30 by using attractive and repulsive forces of the 1 st magnet 31 and the 2 nd magnet 32.
In the 1 st magnet 31 disposed at one end of the pair of side surfaces 23 of the cover 20, the N pole and the S pole of a rectangle having a certain thickness may be overlapped, and the S pole may be located outside and the N pole may be located inside in the 1 st side surface 21 and the 2 nd side surface 22. Further, in the 2 nd magnet 32 disposed in the region facing the 1 st magnet 31, the N-pole and the S-pole may be located outside and inside the 1 st inner surface 14 and the 2 nd inner surface 15 of the extension portion 12, respectively.
Here, the arrangement direction of the N pole and the S pole in the 1 st magnet 31 and the 2 nd magnet 32 is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and it is needless to say that the arrangement direction of the N pole and the S pole in the 1 st magnet 31 and the 2 nd magnet 32 may be variously formed so that the attraction force is applied to the facing region between the cover 20 and the body 10.

As shown in fig. 4 (a), when the cover 20 is rotated about the hinge shaft 40 to be opened in a state where the cover 20 is attached to the body 10, the cover 20 passes through a position forming 90 degrees with respect to the body 10 as shown in fig. 4 (B). The hinge member 50 may include: a 1 st magnet 51 disposed at one end and the other end of the pair of side surfaces 23 of the cover 20; and a 2 nd magnet 52 disposed on the 1 st inner surface 14 and the 2 nd inner surface 15 of the extension portion 12 of the main body 10 facing the 1 st magnet 51. The 1 st magnet 51 and the 2 nd magnet 52 constituting the hinge member 50 are formed in a cross-sectional shape in a direction parallel to the pair of side surfaces 23 of the lid 20, and one of intersecting lines may be arranged along the longitudinal direction of the pair of side surfaces 23 of the lid 20.
At this time, the length of the line of intersection of the 1 st magnet 51 and the 2 nd magnet 52 in the cross shape may be the same, so that the cover 20 and the body 10 may be opened or closed at an angle of 90 degrees. That is, in the hinge member 50, the cover 20 can be rotated from the body 10 with a line connecting one end or the other end of the pair of side surfaces 23 of the cover 20 as the hinge shaft 40.

That is, when the cover 20 is rotated at an angle of less than 45 degrees with respect to the hinge shaft 60, the cover 20 can be closed without specially closing the cover 20, and when the cover 20 is rotated at an angle of more than 45 degrees, the cover 20 can be opened in a state of being rotated at 90 degrees with respect to the hinge shaft 60 from the initial state without specially opening the cover 20.
As shown in fig. 5 a, when the cover 20 is opened by rotating the cover 20 with the hinge shaft 60 as a reference in a state where the cover 20 is attached to the body 10, the cover 20 passes through a position forming an angle of 45 degrees with respect to the body 10 (fig. 5B). Thereafter, as shown in fig. 5 (C), when the cover 20 is rotated at an angle of 45 degrees or more, the cover 20 can be naturally rotated by 90 degrees as the 1 st magnet 51 and the 2 nd magnet 52 generate an attractive force in the direction of the intersecting line of the cross shape.
In this way, the cosmetic container 200 according to another embodiment of the present invention maintains the same state as the one embodiment in storage, and in the case of rotating the lid 20 for makeup, it is possible to maintain the state in which the lid 20 is attached to the body 10 in a state rotated 90 degrees with respect to the hinge shaft 60. In addition, the cosmetic container 200 according to another embodiment of the present invention can be used by completely separating the cover 20 from the body 10, also in the case of viewing only the mirror 24.
As described above, the cover 20 can be selectively opened and closed in various directions by the 2 hinge shafts 60 rotated from the body 10, and the cover 20 can be separated from the body 10 if necessary.

1. A container provided with a hinge member, comprising:
a body provided with a space for housing;
a cover for opening and closing the space of the main body; and
a pair of hinge members provided in at least one region of the cover and the body facing each other,
the hinge part is a magnet which is configured in a mode of having a plurality of hinge shafts and is configured in a mode that the cover can selectively use the plurality of hinge shafts to rotate from the body or can be detached from the body,

the 1 st magnet and the 2 nd magnet are arranged in opposite regions so as to have different polarities from each other, thereby exerting attraction force on each other,
the 1 st magnet and the 2 nd magnet are disposed between the 1 st body and the 2 nd body so as to have a plurality of hinge axes,
the 1 st body has at least a pair of side surfaces facing each other, the 2 nd body has a surface facing the pair of side surfaces,
the 1 st magnet and the 2 nd magnet are formed in a cross-sectional shape in a direction parallel to a side surface of the 1 st body.
7. A hinge member according to claim 6,
the 1 st magnets are respectively provided at the ends of at least one side of the 1 st body facing each other, and the 1 st body is rotated from the 2 nd body by a shaft connecting the pair of 1 st magnets.
