Abstract
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a wooden Bluetooth sound box. The wood Bluetooth sound box is internally provided with a sound box module (10) comprising a Bluetooth receiver (15), and the wood Bluetooth sound box is provided with an external box body (20), a front panel (30) and a back panel (40) which are made of wood materials and used for preventing the sound box module (10) from being exposed to the outside, and the manufacturing method of the wood Bluetooth sound box is characterized in that the front panel (30) and the back panel (40) which are respectively bonded and combined with the wood materials are bonded on the front surface and the back surface of the external box body (20) by using an adhesive (g); the front panel (30) is formed as a two-layer laminated structure of an outer plate (31) and an inner plate (32), a plurality of through holes (31a) are formed in the outer plate (31) exposed to the outside in a penetrating manner, and a central guide hole (32a) for guiding sound of a sound box is formed in the inner plate (32); a circular ring (33) and a half-moon ring (34) for placing the speaker module (10) are attached to the back surface of the front panel (30).
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a bluetooth speaker, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a wood bluetooth speaker, which enhances strength and prevents durability from being reduced when a speaker is manufactured using a wood material.
Background
Recently, with the development of digital technology and mobile communication technology, mobile devices for personal portable use such as cellular phones, notebook computers, and MP3 players have been increasing.
The portable devices such as the mobile phone, the notebook computer, and the MP3 player can store music files and play the stored music files. Thus, there is an increasing demand for users of portable devices to enjoy music while carrying the portable devices, and to enjoy music files stored in the portable devices through high-power speakers at home or in companies. Accordingly, there is an increasing demand for an audio amplifier that easily receives and outputs music stored in a portable device.
While a user who carries such a portable device can change the use state by directly operating and adjusting the devices one by one, in recent years, in the case of a device that is far apart, such inconvenience is solved by applying a bluetooth wireless technology that can be mutually used without a cable by short-range wireless communication.
As a conventional technology having a speaker function for easily receiving and outputting an acoustic signal transmitted from a portable device by applying the above-mentioned bluetooth wireless technology, a technology related to a bluetooth speaker is disclosed in korean patent No. 164151 (grant 2016.07.15).
The sound box of the above-described conventional technique is made of metal or synthetic resin material, and members such as bolts and pipe joints made of metal are used to assemble and join the respective members.
However, since the characteristics of the metal material adversely affect the frequency interference phenomenon, the conventional general bluetooth speaker has a phenomenon in which the sound quality of the speaker is degraded or jammed.
In addition, the coating of the outer surface is discolored or deformed with the passage of time, thus causing a problem that the appearance of the sound box is degraded.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved by the invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a bluetooth speaker using a wooden material that does not cause a frequency interference phenomenon, thereby achieving an interior decoration effect while preventing a reduction in sound quality.
Means for solving the problems
In order to achieve the above object, a method of manufacturing a wood bluetooth speaker according to the present invention is a method of manufacturing a wood bluetooth speaker in which a speaker module including a bluetooth receiver is provided inside the wood bluetooth speaker, and an external case for preventing the speaker module from being exposed to the outside is manufactured using a wood material, wherein a front panel and a back panel of the wood material are respectively bonded to a front surface and a back surface of the external case using an adhesive; the front panel is a two-layer laminated structure of an outer plate and an inner plate, a plurality of through holes are formed in the outer plate in a penetrating manner, and a central through hole for guiding sound of the sound box is formed in the inner plate; the outer plate, the inner plate, the circular ring and the half-moon ring are sequentially laminated by attaching the circular ring and the half-moon ring for placing the speaker module to the back surface of the front plate.
Effects of the invention
The manufacturing method of the wood Bluetooth sound box has the following effects: the sound box is manufactured without using other coupling parts such as screws and pipe joints in the manufacturing process, and the outer shell is made of pure wood material, thereby preventing the sound quality from being reduced due to frequency interference and improving the product reliability of the sound box.
In addition, the appearance of the product is formed of natural wooden materials, thus having an interior decoration effect.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
First, a manufacturing process of the wood bluetooth speaker according to an embodiment of the present invention is described as follows.
The wood bluetooth speaker in this embodiment is provided with a speaker module 10 including a bluetooth receiver 15 inside, and the exterior case 20, the front panel 30, and the back panel 40, which are made of wood materials for preventing the speaker module 10 from being exposed to the outside, respectively.
That is, the front panel 30 and the back panel 40 made of a wood material are bonded to the front surface and the back surface of the outer case 20 by the adhesive g.
In this case, the front panel 30 has a two-layer laminated structure of an outer plate 31 and an inner plate 32, a plurality of through holes 31a are formed in the outer plate 31 to be exposed to the outside, a center guide hole 32a for guiding sound of the speaker is formed in the 2 nd plate 32, and a circular ring 33 and a half-moon ring 34 for placing the speaker module 10 are respectively attached to the rear surface side of the front panel 30.
In particular, as shown in fig. 5, the front panel 30 is manufactured by using a core part of a tree which is hard and dark in wood, has a small moisture content, and is not easily deformed, and the front panel 30 is manufactured by using an outer panel 31 which is exposed to the outside and is manufactured by using a border part of a tree which is light in color and soft in wood, and as shown in fig. 6, the outer panel 31 and the inner panel 32 are bonded in a state where wood grains are mutually formed in a right angle, whereby durability and support strength in the horizontal and vertical directions can be stably maintained.
As is apparent from fig. 7 and 8, the circular ring 33 has an inner diameter equal to the outer diameter of the acoustic enclosure module 10, and is bonded to the circular ring 33 so that the front end edge 11 of the acoustic enclosure module 10 is placed thereon, and the half-moon ring 34 forms a step 33a for preventing the front end edge 11 of the acoustic enclosure module 10 placed on the circular ring 33 from coming off, thereby forming a step.
Thus, the leading edge portion 11 of the audio amplifier module 10 is stably placed on the stepped portion 33a and supported by the half-moon ring 34, and the fixed state of the audio amplifier module 10 can be stably maintained without using a separate coupling member.
Thereafter, the back plate 40 is bonded to the back surface of the outer case 20, thereby completing the manufacture of the wood bluetooth speaker. Unexplained symbol 41 denotes a placement table for placing internal electronic components (USB terminals, etc.).
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the wood-based bluetooth speaker of the present invention manufactured through such a process has a compact appearance in a cubic shape, is manufactured without using another coupling means such as screws or pipe joints, and is manufactured such that the external case is made of a pure natural wood material, thereby preventing a sound quality from being degraded due to frequency interference of the bluetooth receiver 50, improving product reliability of the speaker, and realizing an interior decoration effect.
As another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12, in the product manufacturing process, the outer sheet 31 and the inner sheet 32 are dipped in the mixed dipping liquid S in which gelatin and glycerin having a certain viscosity are mixed, in a state where they are bonded to each other.
Thereafter, high-pressure air is injected on the inner plate 32 side through the central guide hole 32a, so that the mixed impregnation fluid S remaining in the through holes 31a at the positions corresponding to the central guide hole 32a is removed, and the mixed impregnation fluid S remains only in the through holes 31a at the positions not corresponding to the central guide hole 32 a.
In this state, the outer plate 31 and the inner plate 32 are integrally combined by the bonding action of the remaining mixed impregnation liquid S by irradiating the outer plate 31 and the inner plate 32 with far infrared rays for 10 to 30 minutes in the vacuum chamber and performing the drying operation without causing a crack phenomenon in the drying process.
Particularly, it is preferable that a mixture of 30 to 40 wt% of gelatin, 30 to 40 wt% of glycerin, 10 to 20 wt% of silica gel, and 5 to 20 wt% of pyridoxoic acid be added to the mixed impregnation liquid S, the pyridoxoic acid being a discoloration inhibitor containing silica gel and gelatin components having a dehumidifying function.
In the case of the wood-based sound box of the present invention manufactured through such a process, the mixed impregnation liquid S is applied to the entire surface, thereby improving the entire durability and the bonding force.
In particular, the mixed impregnation fluid S having a certain viscosity is present in a portion of the through-hole 31a having one side thereof blocked by the inner plate 32, thereby increasing the bonding force between the outer plate 31 and the inner plate 32 and preventing the occurrence of cracks at the position.
Claims (4)
1. A method for manufacturing a wooden Bluetooth sound box, the wooden Bluetooth sound box is internally provided with a sound box module (10) comprising a Bluetooth receiver (15), an external box body (20), a front panel (30) and a back panel (40) which are made of wooden materials and used for preventing the sound box module (10) from being exposed to the outside,
the manufacturing method of the wood Bluetooth sound box is characterized in that,
a front panel (30) and a back panel (40) which are respectively bonded and connected with wood materials on the front surface and the back surface of the external box body (20) by using adhesives (g);
the front panel (30) is formed as a two-layer laminated structure of an outer plate (31) and an inner plate (32), a plurality of through holes (31a) are formed in the outer plate (31) exposed to the outside, and a central guide hole (32a) for guiding sound of a sound box is formed in the inner plate (32);
a circular ring (33) and a half-moon ring (34) for placing the speaker module (10) are respectively attached to the back surface side of the front panel (30), whereby the outer plate (31), the inner plate (32), the circular ring (33), and the half-moon ring (34) are laminated in this order,
the circular ring (33) has an inner diameter of the same size as the outer diameter of the speaker module (10), and is joined to the circular ring (33) so as to form a step (33a) for preventing the front edge (11) of the speaker module (10) placed on the circular ring (33) from coming off, so that the front edge (11) of the speaker module (10) placed on the circular ring (33) is placed on the front edge.
2. The method for manufacturing a wood Bluetooth speaker as claimed in claim 1,
an inner plate (32) of the front panel (30) for preventing the outer exposure is made of a core part of a tree, an outer plate (31) for realizing the outer exposure is made of a border part of the tree, and the outer plate (31) and the inner plate (32) are combined in a state that wood grains form a right angle mutually.
3. The method for manufacturing a wood Bluetooth speaker as claimed in claim 2,
the outer plate (31) and the inner plate (32) are dipped in a mixed dipping liquid (S) formed by mixing gelatin and glycerin in a state of forming adhesive bonding between the outer plate and the inner plate, then high-pressure air is sprayed from the inner plate (32) side through a central guide hole (32a) part, so that the mixed dipping liquid (S) remained in the through hole (31a) at the position corresponding to the central guide hole (32a) is removed, the mixed dipping liquid (S) only remains in the through hole (31a) at the position not corresponding to the central guide hole (32a), and far infrared rays are radiated for 10-30 minutes in a vacuum cavity to the outer plate (31) and the inner plate (32) in such a state, so that drying operation is carried out under the condition that no crack phenomenon occurs in the drying process, and the outer plate (31) and the inner plate (32) are integrally combined.

silica gel and pyridoxol acid are added to the mixed impregnation solution (S) to achieve mixing at a ratio of 30 to 40 wt% of gelatin, 30 to 40 wt% of glycerin, 10 to 20 wt% of silica gel, and 5 to 20 wt% of pyridoxol acid.
