Abstract

According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the knob and the main equipment are designed separately, and the magnetoelectric induction principle is utilized, so that the human skin can not contact the control panel and the knob body, the safety is improved, the potential safety hazard in the use process is eliminated, the functions of the knob are enabled to accord with the international and domestic safety regulations by combining the pressing and rotating functions, the practicability is enhanced, and meanwhile, the knob has the characteristics of simplicity in operation, novel structure, fashion and attractive appearance.

Therefore, how to avoid the above-mentioned drawbacks to meet the new requirements of consumers for switch controllers applied to electrical equipment is a current urgent problem to be solved.

The upper positioning magnet 12 is arranged in the knob main body 11, an opening for accommodating the button 13 is formed in the middle of the knob main body 11, the induction magnet 14 is arranged in the knob main body 11 and is arranged at the bottom end of the button 13, the button 13 is connected with the pressing spring 15, the button 13 is reset through the pressing spring 15 after being pressed, and the knob cover plate 16 is arranged at the bottom end of the knob main body 11 and is fixed with the knob main body 11 through the cover plate fixing screw 17;

In this embodiment, the magnetic poles of the opposite sides of the upper positioning magnet 12 and the lower positioning magnet 21 are opposite, and the first portion 10 and the second portion 20 achieve positioning attraction through the upper positioning magnet 12 and the lower positioning magnet 21.
The upper positioning magnet 12 and the lower positioning magnet 21 are each of any shape, and may be cylindrical or square, for example.
Preferably, at least two limiting posts are disposed in the knob body 11, and the cover plate fixing screw 17 passes through the knob cover plate 16 and is fixed between the limiting posts.
The outer surface of the limit column is provided with an internal thread meshed with the external thread of the cover plate fixing screw 17.
In order to avoid the problem that in some application scenarios, water vapor or oil smoke may enter the knob body 11 from between the knob cover 16 and the bottom end of the knob body 11, which causes electrical hazard or corrosion damage, a sealing member may be disposed between the knob cover 16 and the bottom end of the knob body 11.
Optionally, the sealing element is a sealing strip, a sealing gasket or a sealing ring.
