By setting the item vertical pipe data table, the superior main body maintains unified item elements, and each inferior main body only needs to supplement the item vertical pipe data table with the personalized item elements of the current level without independent maintenance, so that the maintenance workload is greatly reduced. Referring to fig. 4, further, a general item list for forming a whole province can be established through the province-level item data table, the city-level item data table, the county-level item data table, the city-level general item data table, and the county-level general item data table. The implementation list of the matters forming the whole province can be established through the implementation list of the city level and the implementation data table of the county level. The provincial item vertical management data table and the city item vertical management data table can establish and form a whole provincial item vertical management list. The general item list, implementation list and vertical management list can be established to form general item list, so as to realize unified specification and management of items and make each lower department flexibly adjust in specification.
The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the e-government affair establishing method according to any one of the above.
The present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more storage media including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like, having program code embodied therein. Computer readable storage media, which include both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement any method or technology for storage of information. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of the storage medium of the computer include, but are not limited to: phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technologies, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic tape storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium, may be used to store information that may be accessed by a computing device.
The invention also provides a computer device comprising a storage, a processor and a computer program stored in the storage and executable by the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the e-government affair general item establishing method according to any one of the above items when executing the computer program.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An electronic government affair general affair establishing method, which is characterized in that at least comprises a first-level system and a second-level system, the method comprises the following steps:
the first-level system acquires a general event data table of a second-level main body defined by the first-level main body and stores the general event data table to a general electronic government database; wherein the transaction common data table has a data identifier corresponding to the second level subject; the general event data table comprises a plurality of electronic government event element items;
the second-level system selects a corresponding general event data table from a general electronic government database according to the data identification corresponding to the second-level main body, stores the selected general event data table to the second-level system, and generates local electronic government events of the second-level system according to the general event data table;
the first-level system also selects a general item data table which needs to be uniformly set from the general e-government database, stores the selected general item data table into the first-level system as a first-level item vertical management data table, and sets element items which need to be uniformly managed in the first-level implementation vertical management data table; and if the item general data table selected by the second-level system is also the first-level item vertical management data table, the second-level system synchronizes the data in the selected item general data table to the first-level item vertical management data table data.
2. The electronic government affair general item establishing method according to claim 1, wherein: the system also comprises a third-stage system;
the first-level system acquires a general event data table of a third-level main body defined by the first-level main body and stores the general event data table to a general electronic government database; wherein the transaction common data table has a data identifier corresponding to the third level subject;
the second-level system acquires a general event data table of a third-level main body defined by the second-level main body and stores the general event data table to a general electronic government database; wherein the transaction common data table has a data identifier corresponding to the third level subject;
and the third-level system selects a corresponding general event data table from a general electronic government database according to the data identification corresponding to the third-level main body, stores the selected general event data table to the third-level system, and generates local electronic government events of the third-level system according to the general event data table.
3. The electronic government affair general item establishing method according to claim 2, wherein:
the first-level system acquires a transaction data sheet of a first-level main body defined by the first-level main body, stores the data sheet into a general e-government database and generates a local transaction data sheet of the first-level system; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the second-level system acquires a transaction data sheet of a second-level main body defined by the second-level main body, stores the data sheet into a general electronic government database and generates a local transaction data sheet of the second-level system; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and the third-level system acquires a transaction data sheet of a third-level main body defined by the third-level main body, stores the data sheet into a general e-government database and generates a local transaction data sheet of the third-level system.
4. The electronic government affair general item establishing method according to claim 3, wherein: and if the item general data table selected by the third-level system is also the first-level item vertical management data table, synchronizing the data in the selected item general data table to be the first-level item vertical management data table data by the third-level system.

The electronic government affair general item establishing method according to claim 4, wherein: the second-level system also selects a general event data table which needs to be uniformly set from the general e-government database, stores the selected general event data table into the second-level system as a second-level event vertical management data table, and sets vertical management element items which need to be uniformly set in the second-level event vertical management data table; and if the item general data table selected by the third-level system is also the second-level item vertical management data table, the third-level system synchronizes the data in the selected item general data table to the first-level item vertical management data table data.
6. The electronic government affair general item establishing method according to claim 5, wherein:
the second-level system acquires a general data table of the matters of the second-level main body defined by the selected first-level main body, acquires electronic government matters element items added by the second-level main body when generating local electronic government matters, and stores the electronic government matters element items into the general data table of the second-level matters to generate a local electronic government matters implementation data table of the second-level system; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and the third-level system acquires the item general data table of the third-level main body defined by the selected first-level main body or the item general data table of the third-level main body defined by the second-level main body, and when the local electronic government matters are generated, acquires the electronic government matters element added by the third-level main body, stores the electronic government matters element into the third-level item general data table, and generates the local electronic government matters implementation data table of the third-level system.
7. The electronic government affair general item establishing method according to claim 6, wherein:
establishing association between the item general data table of the second-level main body defined by the first-level main body and the electronic government affair implementation data table locally corresponding to the second-level system, so that the electronic government affair implementation data table locally corresponding to the second-level system is changed along with the change of the item general data table of the second-level main body defined by the first-level main body; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and establishing association between the transaction general data table of the third-level main body defined by the first-level main body or the transaction general data table of the third-level main body defined by the second-level main body and the electronic government affair implementation data table locally corresponding to the third-level system, so that the electronic government affair implementation data table locally corresponding to the third-level system is changed along with the change of the transaction general data table of the third-level main body defined by the first-level main body or the transaction general data table of the third-level main body defined by the second-level main body.
8. The electronic government affair general item establishing method according to claim 7, wherein:
establishing an index of a transaction general data table defined by a first-level main body, a transaction data table local to a first-level system and a first-level transaction vertical management data table in the first-level system; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
establishing indexes of a general item data table defined by a first-level main body, a general item data table defined by a second-level main body, a local item data table of a second-level system, a second-level item vertical management data table and a local electronic government affair implementation data table of the second-level system in the second-level system; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and establishing indexes of a general transaction data table defined by the first-level main body, a general transaction data table defined by the second-level main body, a local transaction data table of the third-level system and an electronic government transaction implementation data table local to the third-level system in the third-level system.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the e-government general item establishing method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A computer device comprising a storage, a processor and a computer program stored in the storage and executable by the processor, the processor implementing the steps of the e-government affairs general item establishing method according to any one of claims 1 to 8 when executing the computer program.
