Description

Method, device, medium and electronic equipment for sending data analysis request
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of data analysis, in particular to a method, a device, a medium and electronic equipment for sending a data analysis request of a service management system.
Background
With technological progress and economic and social development, human beings enter a digital society, and big data play an increasingly prominent role in the human society. Through big data analysis, market environment and user behavior statistics reports can be obtained, and accurate marketing and refined operation are realized. The requirement of each industry for large data analysis of its business management system in the process of transformation and upgrading is also increasing.
In the prior art, in the business process of data analysis on a business management system, users, developers of the business management system, and trusted parties for data analysis are typically different companies or different departments of a company. In the process of business interfacing, in many cases, a user only writes what kind of data is required to be analyzed and what form of analysis is required to be done in a delegation request sent to a data analysis delegate through an email, but most critical matters, such as which business management system the data to be analyzed is in, and who the developer of this business management system is, are not usually written.
Since the data analysis request does not specify which service management system the data to be analyzed is in, blind selection of the data for analysis by the data analysis trusted party may cause that the analysis result is not objective enough and even is equivalent to the correct result of south-beam north rut, so that the data to be analyzed must be determined in which service management system before a successful analysis is performed.
Because the service management system is a relatively large and comprehensive system, various complex architectures, configurations and components and organization forms of the components in the system enable a general technician of a data analysis trusted party to be unable to successfully obtain the data in the system, and also unable to perform comprehensive and reasonable analysis on the data. It is therefore necessary to contact the developer of the business management system to obtain the technical details that need to be known for analysis of the business management system that it develops.
In the case where the user does not provide the service management system name and the service management system developer in the data analysis delegate request, the data analysis delegate will certainly contact the user to obtain these information, which requires communication costs, and it is not an easy matter for the user to obtain these information. Because the user first determines which service management system is needed for analysis and then goes to the system and the mail to find the developer of the service management system. Since users of business management systems are typically foreground, sales or administrative staff, etc., it is often not easy to know the system configuration to let them find the developer of the system from the system. In addition, these users may have heavy work traffic and many mail pieces in mailboxes, and it takes a lot of time and cost to find mail pieces related to the delegated development system from among the numerous mail pieces.
The prior art has the defects that in order to obtain the name of the service management system and the information of the developer, a data analysis trusted party needs to actively contact the user of the service management system, which requires manpower, time and communication cost, and the user also needs time cost and labor cost in the process of searching the name of the service management system and the information of the developer, so that the prior art increases the service flow, reduces the service efficiency and increases the cost.

The present disclosure first provides a method of transmitting a data analysis delegation request of a service management system. The implementation terminal of the invention can be portable mobile equipment, such as a smart phone, a tablet computer and a notebook computer, and can also be fixed equipment, such as a desktop computer, a workstation, a self-service terminal, a server and the like.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a scenario in which a method for transmitting a data analysis delegation request of a service management system is applied according to an exemplary embodiment. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the user sends a data analysis delegate request to the data analysis trustee via email. The service management system used by the user often generates a large amount of user data, and data analysis is usually required for massive user data, however, the developer of the service management system and the mechanism or team capable of providing data analysis are not usually one, and the provider of the data analysis service cannot usually obtain the data of the service management system completely due to the encryption or authority limitation of the service management system, so that the developer information of the service management system is provided for the provider of the data analysis service, so that the entrusted provider of the data analysis service can provide more comprehensive data analysis service.
In one embodiment, a data analysis delegation request is sent to a data analysis delegate via a mail system. The mail system is attached to the terminal and can realize mail sending and receiving, and the realization mode of the mail system can be software, APP or web.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a method of sending a data analysis delegation request of a business management system to a data analysis delegate, according to an example embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
In step 210, in the email sent by the user in the user terminal, it is detected whether the address of the recipient of the email is the email address of the specific development group or the external development group, and whether the text content of the email has a sentence matched with the sentence pattern in the delegated development standard sentence pattern library.
Email is the primary way users communicate with business system developers, with the possibility that emails concerning delegated development of the business management system will be available, from which the business management system name and corresponding developer information will be found. By automatically obtaining the name and corresponding developer information of the business management system entrusted to development, the advantage of this is that the step of the data analysis trusted party actively contacting the user to obtain the name and corresponding developer information of the business management system is dispensed with.
The specific development group is a development department or development team within the company. The external development community is an external development agency or an external company.
In one embodiment, a database may be pre-established, and mailbox identification words of each development department, development organization, development team and development company are counted, and when the mailbox identification word is determined to be in the addressee address in an email, the addressee address of the email is determined to be the email address of a specific development group or an external development group.
In one embodiment, the recipient address of the email is determined to be the email address of the particular development group or external development community whenever there is a predetermined word, such as research, develop, in the recipient address in the email.
The delegated development standard sentence pattern library is a data sample library in which the terms that the user may use to send a delegated development mail, such as "delegated noble development of a … …", "i have a … … project", "please develop a set … … for my", "delegated noble development of a set … …", etc., are stored.
In one embodiment, the delegated development of the standard sentence patterns library is a pre-established user operation specification of outgoing mail.
In one embodiment, the delegated development of the standard sentence patterns library is an empirically established user daily term.
If the body content of a mail has an associated delegated development sentence pattern, it is stated that the mail is likely to be used by the user to delegate development of the business management system.
Step 220, if the recipient address of the email is the email address of the specific development group or the external development group, and the text content of the email has a sentence matched with the sentence pattern in the delegated development standard sentence pattern library, determining the specific development group or the external development group corresponding to the recipient address of the email as the developer information extracted from the email, and determining the text of the email at a specific position in the sentence matched with the sentence pattern in the delegated development standard sentence pattern library as the name of the service management system extracted from the email and corresponding to the extracted developer information.
In one embodiment, when the words of the sentence in the text content of an email are matched with the sentence patterns in the commission development standard sentence pattern library, the sentence in the text content of the email is considered to be matched with the sentence patterns in the commission development standard sentence pattern library.
Because the speaking styles of each person are different, the expression mode of the user is not covered by the sentence in the entrusted development standard sentence pattern library sometimes, and because whether the addressee address of the e-mail is the e-mail address of a specific development group or an external development group is judged first and then the content of the e-mail is judged, the advantage of the method is that the possibility that the real developer information and the name of the service management system are not found due to the expression mode of the user is reduced to a certain extent.
In one embodiment, when the text content of an email has sentences that are completely equal to the sentences in the delegated development standard sentence pattern library, the text content of the email is considered to have sentences that match the sentences in the delegated development standard sentence pattern library.
The embodiment has the advantage that the accuracy of the determined names and developer information of the service management system is greatly improved due to the improvement of the matching standard.
For example, "I have a project of developing … …", "please develop a set … … for our party", "commission noble party develop a set … …", the ellipsis part is the text of the text content of the email and the sentence pattern in the commission development standard sentence pattern library, which is the text of the specific position in the sentence, so that it can be used as the name of the commission development business management system.
Step 230, a system log of the service management system is obtained from each service management system installed on the user terminal.
In one embodiment, the system log of each service management system installed on the user terminal may have a specific installation path of the service management system, and the system log of the service management system may be obtained by reading a file of the path.
In one embodiment, the system log of the service management system is accessible through a particular menu of the system, and by accessing the particular menu, the system log of the service management system is obtained.
Step 240, determining whether the user has accessed the service management system from a system log of each service management system, wherein the system log includes access users for each access of the service management system.
The system log is used to record event logs that occur in the monitoring system.
In one embodiment, each time a user logs into the service management system, the user's account and password need to be entered into the service management system, and the log of the service management system records the login account and password of each user.
In one embodiment, each time a user logs into the service management system, the system log records the IP address of the user terminal to access the network, and each address is taken as an access user. The purpose of judging whether the user accesses the service management system is achieved by judging whether the system log has the IP address of the user.
In one embodiment, each time a user logs into the service management system, the system log records the MAC (Media Access Control, media control access) address of the network card of the user terminal, and each MAC address is taken as a user. The purpose of judging whether the user accesses the service management system is achieved by judging whether the system log has the MAC address of the user.
Step 250, obtaining the developer information of the service management system accessed by the determined user and the name of the service management system from the version information storage space of the service management system accessed by the determined user.
In one embodiment, the version information storage space is a specific storage area on the service management system installation path, and each time a service management system is installed to a user terminal, developer information of the service management system and a name of the service management system are stored in the version information storage space.
Step 260, determining a first score for the business management system developer information and the name of the corresponding business management system based on the number of emails from which each developer information and the name of the corresponding business management system were extracted, wherein the first score is proportional to the number of emails.
In one embodiment, the first score is the number of emails from which each developer information and the name of the corresponding business management system was extracted.
In one embodiment, the first score is a product of the number of emails from which each developer information and the name of the corresponding business management system were extracted and a predetermined number.
Step 270, determining the number of system logs of the access user as the user from the access users included in each system log of the service management system, wherein the number of system logs is used as the number of times the service management system is accessed by the user.
In one embodiment, a counter is provided in the implementation terminal of the present invention, and each time it is determined that an access of the access user is recorded in the system log, the counter is incremented by 1 until the entire content recorded in the system log is determined.
Step 280, determining a second score of the developer information of the service management system accessed by the user and the name of the corresponding service management system according to the number of times the service management system is accessed by the user, wherein the second score is in direct proportion to the number of times the service management system is accessed by the user.
In one embodiment, the second score is the number of times the business management system was accessed by the user.
In one embodiment, the second score is a product of the number of times the business management system was accessed by the user and a predetermined number.
Step 290, determining developer information of the service management system for which the data analysis request is directed and a name of the corresponding service management system based on the weighted sum of the first score and the second score.
In one embodiment, the weights of the first score and the second score input by the user according to experience are obtained first, and then a weighted sum of the first score and the second score can be obtained.
In one embodiment, the weights of the first score and the second score are empirically pre-established.
In one embodiment, the developer information of the service management system and the name of the corresponding service management system for which the weighted sum is highest are determined as the developer information of the service management system and the name of the corresponding service management system for which the data analysis commission request is directed.
And step 2100, adding the determined developer information of the service management system and the name of the corresponding service management system into a data analysis entrusting request, and sending the data analysis entrusted party.
In one embodiment, the data analysis request is sent by a user through mail, and when the user edits the mail containing the data analysis request, the determined developer information of the service management system and the name of the corresponding service management system can be inserted into the mail containing the data analysis request according to the request of the user.
In one embodiment, the data analysis delegation request is sent by the user solely through a delegation system.
In one embodiment, when a user initiates a delegation system, developer information of the service management system to be determined and the name of the corresponding service management system are added to the data analysis delegation request.
In one embodiment, when a user enters a data analysis delegation request at a delegation system, when the delegation system monitors a user's trigger for a particular user, the determined developer information of the business management system and the name of the corresponding business management system are added to the data analysis delegation request.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating details of step 290 according to an embodiment shown in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 2. As shown in fig. 3, step 290 includes the steps of:
step 291, determining the developer information of the service management system and the name of the corresponding service management system, which are candidates, as the developer information of the service management system and the name of the corresponding service management system, which are above the predetermined weighted sum threshold, and displaying the developer information and the name of the corresponding service management system to the user.
In one embodiment, a weighted sum determined for developer information of the business management system and the name of the corresponding business management system is compared with a predetermined weighted sum threshold, and when the weighted sum is greater than the predetermined weighted sum threshold, developer information of the business management system determined as a candidate and the name of the corresponding business management system are displayed to the user.
Displaying to the user means that the developer information of the candidate business management system and the name of the corresponding business management system are displayed on an interface of the user submitting the business analysis request, which can be in the form of popup window or loading page,
Step 292, determining the developer information of the candidate service management system selected by the user and the name of the corresponding service management system as the developer information of the service management system and the name of the corresponding service management system for which the data analysis request is directed.
In summary, the advantage of this embodiment is that, since the service management system that the user wants to delegate to perform the data analysis is completely determined by the machine to have a certain error, the developer information of the service management system that has a high possibility of meeting the user's requirement and the corresponding service management system name are displayed to the user, and then the service management system that actually meets the user's requirement is determined according to the selection of the user, so that the accuracy of the developer information of the service management system and the name of the corresponding service management system for which the determined request for delegation of data analysis is aimed is ensured while the efficiency is not reduced.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating details of step 291 according to an embodiment corresponding to the embodiment of fig. 3. As shown in fig. 4, step 291 includes the sub-steps of:
step 2911, determining the developer information of the service management system and the name of the corresponding service management system, of which the weighted sum exceeds a predetermined weighted sum threshold, as the developer information of the candidate service management system and the name of the corresponding service management system.
Step 2912, displaying the determined developer information of the candidate service management system and the names of the corresponding service management systems to the user according to the weighted sum from high to low.
In one embodiment, the developer information of the determined candidate service management systems and the names of the corresponding service management systems are ordered in the order from high to low by the weighted sum through an algorithm of bubble ordering.
In one embodiment, the developer information of the determined candidate service management systems and the names of the corresponding service management systems are ranked in the order from high to low according to the weighted sum by a fast ranking algorithm.
