Technical Field
The disclosure generally relates to the field of display technologies, and in particular relates to a backlight source limiting structure and a backlight source module.
Background
One current trend in backlight module design is to use narrow bezel design. Fig. 1 shows a structural design of a conventional backlight module, a light guide plate and a rubber frame of a backlight are mostly fixed by double-sided adhesive tape, and the disadvantage of this fixing method is: after the backlight source is subjected to an aging experiment, the colloid and the light guide plate expand, so that a gap is generated between the light incident side of the light guide plate and the LED backlight source to cause optical defects; based on a rubber frame formed by PC (polycarbonate) raw material injection molding, after a BLU (backlight module) is assembled manually, due to the fact that self stress of the rubber frame cannot be completely released, after-generated rubber frame offset and optical diaphragm offset of a backlight source can be caused, and the phenomenon that an Open cell (display glass) at an LCM (liquid crystal display module) end is assembled to climb the frame and is misplaced, fragments and thickness overstepped are caused; the manual assembly of the reflector plate shifts position, which causes light leakage at the side of the backlight source.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the drawings. Elements and features depicted in one drawing or one embodiment of the invention may be combined with elements and features shown in one or more other drawings or embodiments. It should be noted that the figures and description omit representation and description of components and processes that are not relevant to the present invention and that are known to those of ordinary skill in the art for the sake of clarity.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a backlight source limiting structure 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. This backlight limit structure 1 includes: the backboard limiting structure 2 comprises a bottom edge part 21 and a side edge part 22 which are respectively arranged along the bottom edge and the side edge of the backboard and used for supporting other components; the reflector plate 3 is arranged above the bottom edge part of the back plate limiting structure 2; a light guide plate 4 disposed above the reflective sheet 3 for converting a linear light source into a surface light source; the rubber frame 5 is arranged in a way that the bottom edge and the side edge are respectively attached to the bottom edge part 21 and the side edge part 22 of the backboard limiting structure 2; wherein, one end of the bottom edge part of the backboard limiting structure facing the reflector plate is provided with one or more protrusions 23 which are vertically upwards. In fig. 2, a light-shielding tape 7 for a backlight module, a film 6, and a double-sided tape 8 are also provided. The light-shielding tape 7 is used for shielding light leakage, the double-sided tape is used for adhering the fixing adhesive frame 5, and the diaphragm 6 is used for diffusing and gaining light guided out from the light guide plate 4.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the end part of the bottom edge part of the back plate limiting structure facing one end of the reflector plate is provided with at least one vertically upward protruding part, so that a limiting retaining wall of the reflector plate can be formed, the horizontal movement of the reflector plate is prevented, and the side light leakage of the backlight source is effectively reduced.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, in the backlight limiting structure, at least one protrusion 23 extends vertically upward to penetrate into the light guide plate 4, so as to form a vertical extension 24 to limit the horizontal movement of the light guide plate 4. Through setting up vertical extension 24 on backplate limit structure 2, restricted the horizontal migration of light guide plate 4, improved optics harmfulness such as light leak, shadow about the backlight minor face.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, in the backlight limiting structure, the rubber frame 5 has an inverted L-shaped structure, and each vertical extending portion 24 of the back plate limiting structure is horizontally bent to form a horizontal bending portion 25, penetrates through the light guide plate 4, abuts against the other side edge of the rubber frame 5, and is in fit contact with the bottom surface of the cross beam of the rubber frame 5. The horizontal bending part 25 of the back plate limiting structure extends out through an opening in the light guide plate 4, mainly limits the movement of the light guide plate 4 in the vertical direction, reduces a gap between the light incident side of the light guide plate 4 and an LED backlight source, and improves the optical defect after the backlight source aging experiment.
According to the specific embodiment of the present invention, in the backlight limiting structure, the bottom of the vertical beam 52 of the glue frame 5 is further fixed to the bottom edge portion 21 of the backlight limiting structure through the double-sided glue 8. Through the structural design, the left and right movement of the rubber frame 5 is further prevented, and the rubber frame 5 can support other components more stably.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, in the above-mentioned one backlight limiting structure, the number of the protruding portions 23 may be set to be 2, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the corresponding vertical extending portions 24 and the horizontal bending portions 25 are also set to be 2.
The number of the horizontal openings of the horizontal bending part passing through the light guide plate may be one or 2, and correspondingly, the number of the vertical openings of the vertical extending part 24 passing through the light guide plate may also be 1 or 2. The vertical extending portion 24 restricts the horizontal movement of the light guide plate 4 through the opening in the vertical direction of the light guide plate, and the horizontal bending portion 25 restricts the vertical movement of the light guide plate 4 through the opening in the horizontal direction of the light guide plate. The horizontal bending part 25 penetrates out of the light guide plate and horizontally extends to directly abut against the right surface of the vertical beam 52 of the rubber frame, and is matched with and contacts the bottom surface of the horizontal beam 51 of the rubber frame 5.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the light guide plate 4 may have a neat edge, as shown in the enlarged partial top view of the back plate limiting structure in the backlight limiting structure shown in fig. 3, only the back plate limiting structure is shown for clarity, and other parts are omitted. The edge of the light guide plate 4 may also have a protrusion 41, as shown in fig. 4, which shows a partial enlarged view of the top view of the backlight limiting structure shown in fig. 2, in which the back plate limiting structure 2 cooperates with the light guide plate 4. The protruding portion 41 is engaged between the two horizontal bent portions 25 of the back plate stopper structure 2. With this configuration, the movement of the light guide plate 4 in the horizontal direction is further restricted, and optical defects such as light leakage and black shadows at the left and right short sides of the backlight are further improved.
According to the specific embodiment of the present invention, the vertical beam 52 of the rubber frame 5 has a vertical slot 53, and the horizontal bending portion 25 of the backlight limiting structure passes through the vertical slot, abuts against the right surface of the vertical beam 52 of the rubber frame 5, and is in fit contact with the lower surface of the cross beam 51 of the rubber frame. According to the specific embodiment, the vertical beams may have a corresponding number of vertical grooves 53 corresponding to the number of horizontal bending portions of the backlight source limiting structure, and each horizontal bending portion 25 passes through one open groove 53 of the inverted L-shaped structure of the rubber frame 5. The vertical slots further limit the horizontal movement of the rubber frame.
Fig. 7 shows a backlight module 100 provided according to an embodiment of the present invention, which has at least one backlight limiting structure 1 according to any of the above technical solutions. The line light source 10 thereof is shown in fig. 7.
It is understood that, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the backlight module can effectively reduce the light leakage at the side of the backlight by having the backlight limiting structure.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, in the backlight module 100, there are more than two backlight limiting structures 1. For example, 2, 4, and 6 backlight source limiting structures are provided, and one, two, and three backlight source limiting structures may be symmetrically provided on two sides of the short side of the back plate.

1. A backlight module, comprising:
backlight limit structure, backlight limit structure includes: the back plate limiting structure comprises a bottom edge part and a side edge part, the rubber frame comprises a cross beam and a vertical beam, and the bottom edge of the vertical beam is attached to the bottom edge part of the back plate limiting structure;
a reflector sheet disposed above the bottom edge portion of the backplate limiting structure;
the end part of the bottom edge part of the backboard limiting structure facing one end of the reflector plate is provided with two vertically upward protruding parts, each protruding part extends vertically upward to form a vertical extending part, and the vertical extending part is further bent horizontally to form a horizontal bending part;
the vertical beam of the rubber frame is provided with two vertical grooves, and the two horizontal bending parts of the back plate limiting structure respectively and correspondingly penetrate into the two vertical grooves;
the backlight source limiting structure further comprises a light guide plate, a protruding part is arranged on the edge of the light guide plate, and the protruding part is clamped between the two vertical extending parts of the back plate limiting structure;
the light guide plate is arranged above the reflecting sheet, and the vertical extending part penetrates into the light guide plate;
the glue frame is provided with an inverted L-shaped structure, one side edge of the vertical beam is attached to the side edge part of the back plate limiting structure, the horizontal bending part penetrates out of the light guide plate and abuts against the other side edge of the vertical beam, and the horizontal bending part is in matched contact with the lower surface of the cross beam of the glue frame.
