In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 12, the bracket 32 includes a bracket body 321, the water tank 1 is provided with a mounting hole 12, the bracket body 321 at least partially stretches into the accommodating space 11 through the mounting hole 12, the bracket body 321 is provided with a limiting portion 324, and the first water inlet pipe 4 is limited in the limiting portion 324.
The support body 321 sets up on water tank 1, and support body 321 extends along the length direction of first inlet tube 4, and first inlet tube 4 sets up on support body 321, for realizing the location to first inlet tube 4, prevents that first inlet tube 4 from rocking for accommodation space 11, is equipped with spacing hole 325 on the support body 321, is equipped with spacing portion 324 on the pore wall in spacing hole 325, and first inlet tube 4 is spacing in spacing portion 324. The limiting portion 324 may be a plurality of protrusions on the bracket body 321, where the protrusions are located on two opposite sides of the first water inlet pipe 4, and the first water inlet pipe 4 is limited between the protrusions.
The joint male end assembly 3 may or may not be sealed with the water tank 1.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, a filter 6 is connected to the other end of the first water inlet pipe 4.
The upper end of first inlet tube 4 is connected with joint male end 31, and the lower extreme of first inlet tube 4 is located the bottom of accommodation space 11, for preventing impurity in the comdenstion water entering water pump 10, blocks water pump 10, influences water pump 10's life, is connected with filter 6 at first inlet tube 4's lower extreme. The filter member 6 may be, but is not limited to, a filter screen, which is sleeved on the lower end of the first water inlet pipe 4.
The joint male end assembly 3 is detachably connected with the water tank 1 through the connecting part, so that when the filter piece 6 needs to be cleaned, the joint male end assembly 3 can be taken out of the water tank 1 without disassembling the water tank 1.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 17, the second end 312 of the connector male end 31 is connected to the first connection end 211 of the connector female end 21 in a pluggable manner, and a seal 7 is provided between the second end 312 of the connector male end 31 and the first connection end 211 of the connector female end 21.
The first connection end 211 of the connector female end 21 is sleeved outside the second end 312 of the connector male end 31, and the second end 312 of the connector male end 31 is connected with the first connection end 211 of the connector female end 21 in a pluggable manner, so that connection and disassembly between the connector male end 31 and the connector female end 21 are facilitated. A sealing element 7 is arranged between the second end 312 of the joint male end 31 and the first connecting end 211 of the joint female end 21, so that the sealing between the joint male end 31 and the joint female end 21 is realized. The seal 7 may be, but is not limited to, a sealing ring. The separation of the partition 22 from the tank is illustrated in fig. 19 and 20, in which the male end of the connector is separated from the female end of the connector.
The number of the sealing members 7 may be one or more, and when the number of the sealing members 7 is plural, the plurality of sealing members 7 are disposed in order along the flow direction of the water flow.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 2,3 and 4, a sealing groove 213 for accommodating the sealing member 7 is provided on the inner side of the first connection end 211 of the connector female end 21 or the outer side of the second end 312 of the connector male end 31, a retaining member 8 is provided on the inner side of the first connection end 211 of the connector female end 21 or the outer side of the second end 312 of the connector male end 31, the sealing member 7 is limited between the retaining member 8 and the sealing groove 213, the sealing member 7 is at least partially located in the sealing groove 213, the retaining member 8 may be a snap spring, the snap spring is provided on the front end of the connector female end 21, wherein the front end and the rear end of the connector female end 21 are sequentially provided along the flow direction of water in the connector female end 21, and the retaining member 8 may also be a limiting protrusion formed by an inner wall surface of the first connection end 211 of the connector female end 21 protruding inwards or a limiting protrusion formed by an outer wall surface of the connector male end 31 protruding outwards. As shown in fig. 17, the number of the sealing elements is two, the sealing elements are O-rings, the two O-rings are arranged in the first inner ring of the joint female end side by side, and the clamping springs are arranged at the front ends of the O-rings and the joint female end.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 17, the second end 312 of the male connector 31 is provided with a first guiding inclined plane 313, the anti-release member 8 is located between the second end 312 of the male connector 31 and the first connecting end 211 of the female connector 21, the anti-release member 8 is provided with a second guiding inclined plane 82 matched with the first guiding inclined plane 313, the first guiding inclined plane 313 and the second guiding inclined plane 82 are arranged to enable the male connector 31 to be smoothly inserted into the female connector 21, the outer wall surface of the second end 312 of the male connector 31 is inclined inwards to form the first guiding inclined plane 313 along the direction of the male connector 31 inserted into the female connector 21, the anti-release member 8 is sleeved outside the second end 312 of the male connector 31, and the inner wall surface of the anti-release member 8 is inclined inwards along the direction of the male connector 31 inserted into the female connector 21.
In some embodiments, the seal 7 is an interference fit with the second end 312 of the connector male end 31, improving the tightness between the seal 7 and the connector male end 31; the sealing element 7 is in interference fit with the first connecting end 211 of the joint female end 21, so that the tightness between the sealing element 7 and the joint female end 21 is improved.
The seal 7 is disposed between the first connection end 211 of the connector female end 21 and the second end 312 of the connector male end 31, specifically, the seal 7 is located inside the first connection end 211 of the connector female end 21 and sleeved outside the second end 312 of the connector male end 31.
In some embodiments, the seal 7 is annular in shape, and the difference between the outer diameter A1 of the second end 312 of the male end 31 of the connector and the inner diameter C2 of the seal 7 is 0.5mm±0.3mm, i.e., a1—c2=0.5mm±0.3mm, and the difference between the inner diameter D2 of the first connecting end 211 of the female end 21 of the connector and the outer diameter C1 of the seal 7 is 0.5mm±0.3mm, i.e., c1_d2=0.5mm±0.3mm.
In some embodiments, the first connection end 211 of the connector female end 21 is a clearance fit with the second end 312 of the connector male end 31, facilitating insertion of the first connection end 211 of the connector female end 21 into the second end 312 of the connector male end 31.
In some embodiments, the difference between the inner diameter D1 of the first connection end 211 of the connector female end 21 and the outer diameter A1 of the second end 312 of the connector male end 31 is 0.5mm±0.3mm, i.e., d1—a1=0.5 mm±0.3mm.
In some embodiments, a dehumidifier includes: the water pump 10, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the water pump 10 is disposed on the middle partition 22, the second water inlet pipe 5 is connected between the water pump 10 and the second connection end 212 of the connector female end 21, and the water pump 10 is used for pumping out the condensed water in the accommodating space 11.
The water pump 10 is connected with a drain pipe, and when the water pump 10 pumps water, condensed water in the accommodating space 11 is discharged out of the dehumidifier through the filter element 6, the first water inlet pipe 4, the joint male end 31, the joint female end 21, the second water inlet pipe 5, the water pump 10 and the drain pipe.
In some embodiments, a dehumidifier includes: in the case, the middle partition 22 is located in the case and divides the space in the case into a water tank area and a non-water tank area, the heat exchanger of the dehumidifier is located in the non-water tank area, and the water tank can be detachably disposed in the water tank area.
Further, the non-tank region is located above the tank region, the heat exchanger is located above the intermediate baffle 22, the compressor and the tank 1 are located below the intermediate baffle 22, and the intermediate baffle 22 supports the heat exchanger. The water tank 1 is detachably provided in the water tank 1 area so that the water tank 1 can be easily pushed into the water tank 1 area or pulled out from the water tank 1 area.
Further, the water tank is disposed on the septum 22 and is removably connected to the septum 22, such as by a snap fit or by a fastener to the septum 22.

Further, the water receiving tray 224 defines a water collecting tank 221, a drain connector 222 and a drain outlet 223 are provided on the partition 22, which are communicated with the water collecting tank 221, a switch for opening or closing the drain connector 222 is provided on the drain connector 222, and the drain outlet 223 is communicated with the accommodation space 11.
The water collecting tray 224 has water collecting tank 221 in the lower part, water draining joint 222 with switch and spare water draining pipe connected to the water draining joint 222. When the switch is turned on, condensed water in the water collecting tank 221 may be sequentially discharged through the drain joint 222 and the spare drain pipe. When the switch is turned off, condensed water in the water collecting tank 221 cannot be discharged through the drain connector 222, the bottom of the drain outlet 223 is higher than the drain connector 222, and when the amount of condensed water in the water collecting tank 221 reaches a certain amount of water, the condensed water in the water collecting tank 221 flows into the accommodating space 11 of the water tank 1 through the drain outlet 223, and is discharged through the connector male end 31 and the connector female end under the action of the water pump 10. Normally, the switch is in a closed state, condensed water in the water collecting tank 221 flows into the accommodating space 11 of the water tank 1 through the water outlet 223, the switch may be a plug provided in the drain connector 222 so as to be able to be inserted and pulled out, the drain connector 222 is opened when the plug is pulled out, and the drain connector 222 is closed when the plug plugs the drain connector 222.
Wherein the drain opening 223 may be located above the drain connector 222, namely: the bottom of the drain opening 223 is higher than the drain connector 222, and it is understood that the drain opening 223 may be located below the drain connector 222 or at the same height as the drain connector 222.
Embodiment two:
Unlike the first embodiment, the second end 312 of the male connector 31 is sleeved on the outer side of the first connecting end 211 of the female connector 21, the inner side of the second end 312 of the male connector 31 or the outer side of the first connecting end 211 of the female connector 21 is provided with a sealing groove 213 for accommodating the sealing member 7, the inner side of the second end 312 of the male connector 31 or the outer side of the first connecting end 211 of the female connector 21 is provided with a release stop member 8, the sealing member 7 is limited between the release stop member 8 and the sealing groove 213, the sealing member 7 is at least partially located in the sealing groove 213, the release stop member 8 can be a clamp spring, and the clamp spring is arranged at the front end of the male connector 31, wherein, along the flow direction of water flow in the male connector 31, the front end and the rear end of the male connector 31 are sequentially arranged, and the release stop member 8 can also be a limit protrusion formed by inward protrusion of the inner wall surface of the second end 312 of the male connector 31 or a limit protrusion formed by outward protrusion of the outer wall surface of the female connector 21.
The first connecting end 211 of the connector female end 21 is provided with a first guiding inclined plane 313, the anti-disengaging member 8 is located between the second end 312 of the connector male end 31 and the first connecting end 211 of the connector female end 21, the anti-disengaging member 8 is provided with a second guiding inclined plane 82 which is matched with the first guiding inclined plane 313, the first guiding inclined plane 313 and the second guiding inclined plane 82 are arranged, the connector male end 31 can be smoothly inserted into the connector female end 21, the outer wall surface of the first connecting end 211 of the connector female end 21 is inclined inwards to form the first guiding inclined plane 313 along the direction of inserting the connector female end 21 into the connector male end 31, the anti-disengaging member 8 is sleeved outside the first connecting end 211 of the connector female end 21, and the inner wall surface of the anti-disengaging member 8 is inclined inwards along the direction of inserting the connector female end 21 into the connector male end 31.
The seal 7 is disposed between the first connection end 211 of the connector female end 21 and the second end 312 of the connector male end 31, specifically, the seal 7 is located inside the second end 312 of the connector male end 31 and sleeved outside the first connection end 211 of the connector female end 21.
The seal member 7 has a ring shape, and the difference between the outer diameter of the first connection end 211 of the joint female end 21 and the inner diameter of the seal member 7 is 0.5mm + -0.3 mm, and the difference between the inner diameter of the second end 312 of the joint male end 31 and the outer diameter of the seal member 7 is 0.5mm + -0.3 mm.
The first connection end 211 of the connector female end 21 is in clearance fit with the second end 312 of the connector male end 31, facilitating insertion of the second end 312 of the connector male end 31 into the first connection end 211 of the connector female end 21.
The difference between the inner diameter of the second end 312 of the connector male end 31 and the outer diameter of the first connecting end 211 of the connector female end 21 is 0.5mm + 0.3mm.
In summary, according to the dehumidifier provided by the embodiment of the invention, the water tank is a detachable part, and can be placed in the water tank area or taken out of the water tank area, when the water tank is arranged on the middle partition board, the joint male end is inserted into the joint female end, the sealing element has a sealing effect on the inner cavities of the joint male end and the joint female end, the reliability of water pump butt joint is realized, the installation seat is omitted, the dehumidifier is simple in structure, convenient to install, and the production efficiency is improved.

The bracket is detachably connected with the water tank;
