The reversing device comprises a bottom plate, a movable reversing shaft, the transmission shaft and a reversing rod, wherein the movable reversing shaft penetrates through a guide sleeve on the bottom plate, a pin shaft is arranged on the bottom plate, the pin shaft penetrates through a long hole on a connecting rod, one end of the connecting rod is connected with the reversing rod, and the other end of the connecting rod is bolted to the movable reversing shaft; the two ends of the movable reversing shaft are symmetrically provided with reversing cards, and the lower parts of the reversing cards are connected with the transmission shaft through bearings.
The power output shaft of the speed reducer drives the transmission shaft to rotate through a gear, a first side gear is sleeved outside the transmission shaft, and the transmission shaft is connected with the first side gear through a spline; the power output shaft is sleeved with a second side gear, and the reversing device can axially move along the transmission shaft.
The first side gear and the second side gear are limited in a fixed seat and are prevented from moving along the axial direction of the transmission shaft.

The invention relates to a water pipe recovery device, which is shown in figure 1 and comprises a transmission device 4, a winding device 6 and a reversing device 7, wherein one end of the transmission device 4 is connected with a power output shaft of a tractor through a universal shaft 3; the number of the winding devices 6 is two, and the winding devices are used for winding the water conveying pipeline; the power input end of the reversing device 7 is connected with the transmission device 4, and the power output end can be selectively connected with one of the two winding devices 6; the transmission device 4 comprises a speed reducer 5, and the reversing device 7 is covered with a protective cover 8.
As shown in fig. 2-3, the winding device 6 includes an inner gear disc 61, a winding shaft 62, and a detachable outer gear disc 63, where the inner gear disc 61 and the outer gear disc 63 are connected by the winding shaft 62.
A second face gear 64 is arranged at one end of the inner side of the winding shaft 62; the reversing device 7 comprises a reversing lever 73, a transmission shaft 78 and two first face gears 75 fixed at two ends of the transmission shaft 78, wherein the reversing lever 73 can drive the transmission shaft 78 and the first face gears 75 to move left and right so as to be alternately meshed with the second face gears 64 arranged at two sides of the reversing device 7.
The reversing device 7 comprises a bottom plate 71, a movable reversing shaft 72, the transmission shaft 78 and a reversing rod 73, wherein the movable reversing shaft 72 passes through a guide sleeve 711 on the bottom plate 71, a pin shaft 76 is arranged on the bottom plate 71, the pin shaft 76 passes through a long hole on a connecting rod 77, one end of the connecting rod 77 is connected with the reversing rod 73, and the other end is bolted to the movable reversing shaft 72; the two ends of the movable reversing shaft 72 are symmetrically provided with reversing cards 74, and the lower parts of the reversing cards 74 are connected with a transmission shaft 78 through bearings 79.
As shown in fig. 4-5, the power output shaft 51 of the speed reducer 5 drives the transmission shaft 78 to rotate through a gear, a first side gear 781 is sleeved outside the transmission shaft 78, and the transmission shaft 78 is connected with the first side gear 781 through a spline; the power output shaft 51 is sleeved with a second side gear 511, and the reversing device 7 can move axially along the transmission shaft 78.
The first side gear 781 and the second side gear 511 are defined in a fixed seat 79, and are prevented from moving along the axial direction of the transmission shaft 78.
In actual operation, the tractor is used as a power source to drive the water pipe recovery device to work, the recovery device is suspended behind the tractor through the suspension bracket 2, an output shaft of the tractor is connected with an input shaft of the speed reducer 5 through the universal shaft 3, the power output shaft 51 of the speed reducer 5 transmits power to the transmission shaft 78 through the second side gear 511 and the first side gear 781, the transmission shaft 78 can axially move while driving the two first side gears 75 to rotate, and the first side gear 781 and the second side gear 511 cannot axially move along the transmission shaft 78 due to being limited by the fixing seat 79.
In the winding process, an operator controls the reversing rod 73 of the reversing device 7 to enable the first face gears 75 at two ends of the transmission shaft 78 to be respectively and alternately meshed with the second face gears 64 of the winding devices 6, and the two groups of winding devices 6 alternately work; when the reel does not work, the reversing lever 73 is adjusted to a neutral position, and the reel stops running; when the water pipe is fully coiled, the outer baffle plate 62 is disassembled, the water pipe is taken down from the coiling shaft 63, and the coiling shaft 63 is of a conical structure, so that the water pipe is convenient to disassemble, and the working efficiency is improved.
