As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a gas valve for an oven comprises a valve body 1, a valve core 2, a push rod 3, a pressure spring (not shown in the figure), a valve rod 4, a valve cover 5 and an air inlet electromagnetic valve assembly 6 connected with a thermocouple, wherein the valve body 1 comprises a valve core cavity 11, an air inlet electromagnetic valve seat 12 connected with the valve core cavity, an air inlet interface 13, a small fire air outlet pipe 14 and a big fire air outlet pipe, the air inlet interface 13 is communicated with the air inlet electromagnetic valve seat 12, and the air inlet electromagnetic valve seat 12 is communicated with the valve core cavity 11 through an air guide hole on a valve core seat 121; the valve core 2 comprises an air inlet cavity 21 with one end open, a spring seat cavity 22 and a guide hole 23 positioned on a partition plate between the air inlet cavity and the spring seat cavity, and an air guide hole 211 is arranged on the air inlet cavity 21; the ejector rod 3 passes through a pressure spring and a guide hole 23 to be matched with an air inlet valve core 61 of the air inlet electromagnetic valve assembly 6, one end of the pressure spring is matched with a baffle plate in the spring cavity 22, the other end of the pressure spring is matched with the head of the ejector rod 3, the valve rod 4 is connected with the valve core 2, and the valve rod 4 is in running fit with a valve rod channel of the valve cover 5.
The valve core cavity 11 and the air inlet electromagnetic valve seat 12 are on the same straight line, and the small fire air outlet pipe 14, the valve core cavity 11 and the air inlet electromagnetic valve seat 12 are on the same horizontal plane; the small fire air outlet pipe 14 comprises a small fire air inlet pipe part 141 and a small fire air outlet pipe part 142, wherein the small fire air inlet pipe part 141 is vertical to the valve core cavity 11, and the small fire air outlet pipe part 142 is parallel to the valve core cavity 11;
the big fire air outlet pipe comprises an angular air outlet pipe part 15, a vertical small air pipe part 16, a vertical large air pipe part 17, an adjusting electromagnetic valve seat 18 and an air outlet pipe 19, wherein the vertical part of the angular air outlet pipe part 15 is communicated with the valve core cavity 11, the lower end of the vertical small air pipe part 16 and the adjusting electromagnetic valve seat 18 are connected and communicated with the horizontal part of the angular air outlet pipe part 15, the vertical large air pipe part 17 is communicated with the adjusting electromagnetic valve seat 18, the vertical large air pipe 17 is parallel to the vertical small air pipe 16, one end of the air outlet pipe 19 is connected with the upper end of the vertical small air pipe 16, and the middle part of the air outlet pipe is connected with the vertical large air pipe 17; the communication part of the adjusting electromagnetic valve seat 18 and the angular air outlet pipe part 15 is provided with an electromagnetic valve core seat 181;
also comprises an adjusting electromagnetic valve assembly 7 and an adjusting valve core 8,
the adjusting solenoid valve assembly 7 is arranged on the adjusting solenoid seat 18, the valve core 71 of the adjusting solenoid valve assembly 7 is matched with the solenoid valve core seat 181, and the adjusting valve core is arranged in the adjusting valve core cavity 20 at the upper end of the vertical small air pipe part 16.
The included angle alpha between the vertical part of the angle-shaped air outlet pipe part 15 of the big fire air outlet pipe and the small fire air inlet pipe part 141 of the small fire air outlet pipe 14 is 90 degrees, and the vertical part of the angle-shaped air outlet pipe part 15 and the small fire air inlet pipe part 16 are in the same plane.
The adjusting valve core cavity 20 comprises a valve core cavity part 201 positioned at the lower part, a thread adjusting part 202 positioned at the middle part and a counter bore part 203, the bottom of the valve core cavity part 201 is provided with a valve core seat 2011, and the valve core cavity part 201 is communicated with the air outlet pipe 19;
the adjusting valve core 8 comprises a core body 81 positioned at the lower part, a threaded rod 82 positioned at the middle part and a head 83 positioned at the top, radial air holes 84 are formed in the core body 81, and an adjusting core head 85 is arranged at the lower end of the core body 81; the head part 85 of the adjusting core is provided with an axial air hole 851, and the axial air hole 851 is communicated with the radial air hole 84;
the threaded rod 82 is screwed with the screw adjusting portion 202, the spool body 81 is positioned in the spool chamber 201, and the adjusting spool head 85 is engaged with the spool seat 2011. With the adoption of the structure, the gap between the core head 85 and the valve core seat 2011 can be adjusted, and the gap can be sized, so that the amount of fuel gas entering the air outlet pipe 19 from the vertical small air pipe 16 can be realized; it may also be: the adjusting core head 85 is attached to the core seat 2011 and airtight, and at this time, the fuel gas enters the air outlet pipe 19 through the axial air holes 851 and the radial air holes 84.
The axial air hole 851 is sequentially provided with a cylinder part, a cone frustum-shaped compression part and a cylindrical air outlet part from the air inlet end to the air outlet end,
the diameter of the bottom circle of the cone frustum-shaped compression part is smaller than that of the cylinder part, and the diameter of the cylinder air outlet part is equal to that of the top part of the cone frustum-shaped compression part.
The air guide hole 211 on the valve core cavity 21 is arc-shaped and is matched with the vertical part of the angular air outlet pipe part and the small fire air inlet pipe part.
When the invention is used, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the valve rod 4 is pressed, the end part of the valve rod 4 pushes the ejector rod 3 to move, the valve rod 4 rotates anticlockwise, and the air inlet valve core 61 of the air inlet electromagnetic valve assembly 6 is separated from the valve core seat 121 of the air inlet electromagnetic valve seat 12; the fuel gas enters the air inlet electromagnetic valve seat 12 through the air inlet interface 13, then enters the valve core 2 through the air guide hole on the valve core seat 121 and the valve core cavity 11, enters the small fire air outlet pipe 14 through the air guide hole 211 of the valve core 2, is ignited by the barbecue oven, realizes small power, the valve rod 4 loses the pressing force, the ejector rod 3 is reset under the action of the pressure spring, and the thermocouple supplies power for the air inlet electromagnetic valve assembly 6; the valve rod 4 continues to rotate anticlockwise, the air guide hole 211 is simultaneously communicated with the vertical parts of the small fire air outlet pipe 14 and the angular air outlet pipe part 15, and the air outlet pipe 19 is provided with fuel gas to flow out; (1) The fuel gas enters the air outlet pipe 19 from the corner air outlet pipe 15, the vertical small air pipe 16 and the regulating valve core 8 to realize high power; (2) The adjusting electromagnetic valve assembly 7 is electrified, the valve core 71 of the adjusting electromagnetic valve assembly 7 is separated from the electromagnetic valve core seat 181, and fuel gas enters the air outlet pipe 19 through the angular air outlet pipe part 15, the electromagnetic valve core seat 181, the adjusting electromagnetic valve seat 18, the electromagnetic valve core seat 181 and the vertical air pipe part 17 to realize constant temperature.
