In one embodiment, the flame retardant gas is nitrogen, and the pressure value of the nitrogen is lower than the outlet pressure value of the natural gas and higher than the atmospheric pressure value, and in this embodiment, the pressure of the nitrogen is 0.4MPa.
The sealing end face 3 of the pneumatic motor 2 is easy to leak air due to abrasion, the leaked natural gas is directly contacted with air, and once the friction spark occurs on the coupling 6, the safety hidden trouble exists. The sleeve 10 can be filled with micro-positive pressure nitrogen through the gas filling port 11 when each device works normally, and the mode not only prevents natural gas from directly contacting with air after leakage, prevents combustion, and eliminates a dangerous source. Moreover, the sleeve 10 can prevent the damage or spark generation of other equipment caused by the splashing of fragments at high rotation speed after the instantaneous fracture of the internal coupling 6, and can effectively prevent the pollution and damage of environmental impurities to the coupling 6.
During installation, the two internal thread nuts 8 are gradually moved to two sides by rotating the internal thread nuts 8 at the two ends of the sleeve 10 until the sealing gasket 12 is pressed to the annular sealing groove, and the pneumatic motor 2 and the explosion-proof generator 7 are subjected to enough pre-tightening pressure, so that the tightness and the stability are ensured.
Then, nitrogen gas is introduced through the gas filling port 11, and the pressure of the nitrogen gas is 0.4MPa, so that the pressure transmitter can judge conveniently. Meanwhile, the temperature transmitter and the pressure transmitter probes should be close to two sides as much as possible, so as to prevent the intermediate coupling 6 from jumping greatly and interfering with the transmitter.
When the equipment works normally, the temperature transmitter 4 should be kept in a certain indication range continuously, and when the temperature is too high compared with the normal working temperature, the temperature rises due to abrasion of the coupler 6 or the temperature rises due to friction with other structures after the integral deformation; when the temperature is too low, the coupling 6 breaks, the air motor 2 is in an idle state, and the spindle rotation temperature drops sharply. At this time, it is proved that the pressure energy power generation system is abnormal and needs to be overhauled.
When the device is working normally, the pressure transmitter 5 should be kept in a certain indication range continuously, if the pressure is too high or too low, the device is proved to have gas leakage or nitrogen leakage, and maintenance is needed.
Before maintenance, the whole set of pressure energy power generation equipment is stopped, and the front valve and the rear valve are closed. And opening a gas filling port 11, detecting the concentration of natural gas, and loosening the internal threaded nuts 8 at the two sides for overhauling.
