The armrest box 13 is provided with a control handle 26, a pilot lock switch 24, a key switch 25, and a hand brake switch 23. The electrical box 14 is mounted with a controller 18, a fuse 19, and a plurality of relays 20 in addition to the plug-in units 21. The control handle 26, the pilot locking switch 24, the key switch 25 and the hand brake switch 23 are connected with the controller 18, and the controller 18 is inserted with the whole machine plug-in of the loader body through the plug-in 21. A control handle 26 is mounted to the front end of the armrest box 13, connected to the electronically controlled multiplex valve 3 via an insert 21, and ultimately controls the steering device 11. The hand brake switch 23 is installed at the tail of the armrest box 13, and is inserted with the whole machine plug-in unit of the loader body through the plug-in unit 21, and finally connected with the parking brake of the loader body for releasing the hand brake. The pilot lock switch 24 is located on the front side of the hand brake switch 23 for preventing the control handle 26 from being erroneously touched to move the working device 4. A key switch 25 is installed in the middle of the armrest box 13 for controlling the starting of the whole machine.
The relays 20 in the electrical box 14 are plural in number and include a flashing relay, a horn relay, a parking brake relay, and a reverse gear relay, which are connected to the turn signal switch 22, the horn switch 27, the hand brake switch 23, and the gear selector switch 17. The fuse 19 plays a role in protecting the whole electrical system and preventing the electrical system from overload current; the controller 18 receives the signal of the control handle 26 and outputs the signal to the electric control multi-way valve 3 to realize the function of the movement of the working device 4.
In addition, the gear selection switch 17 is connected to the reversing light in the tri-color light 9 through the opposite insertion of the plug-in 21 and the whole machine plug-in of the loader body; when the vehicle is reversed, the reversing light is always on. The gear selection switch 17 is also connected to the reversing buzzer 10 through the opposite insertion of the plug-in 21 and the plug-in of the whole loader of the loader body; when the car is reversed, the buzzer works to form an audible and visual alarm function together with the tri-color lamp 9, so that the reversing safety coefficient is improved. The brake pedal 16 is connected to the brake lamp in the tri-colored lamp 9 through the opposite insertion of the plug-in 21 and the whole machine plug-in of the loader body; when the brake is realized, the brake lamp is always on.
According to the embodiment, components such as the steering column, the seat, the brake and the accelerator pedal in the cab are transferred to the newly designed bottom plate assembly, and the control handle, the gear selection switch, the key switch, the controller and the fuse are connected through the electric elements, the related wire harness is fully integrated to the plug-in part and is plugged with the existing integrated plug-in part of the whole machine, so that the whole machine has the basic functions of simple forward movement, backward movement, steering, audible and visual alarm and the like on the premise that the whole machine is integrally dismantled in the cab, most of the components of the whole replacement loading system are the cab, the newly increased cost is reduced to the greatest extent, the transportation convenience of the whole machine is greatly improved on the basis that the transportation height requirement of the whole machine is met, the transportation cost is reduced, and the transportation efficiency is improved.
