The process flow is as follows:
the environmental air is blown into the tower through the fan, and after fully mixed with circulating water sprayed out by the spray pipe at the top of the tower for mass transfer in the packing layer, the circulating water is cooled and cooled through the low-temperature nitrogen coil, and the air-water mixture continuously flows downwards and continuously exchanges heat with the second wet air-cooling tube bundle, so that the circulating water and the circulating soft water in the wet air-cooling tube bundle are both close to the ambient wet bulb temperature.
Then, circulating water flows into a pool below the tower and is pumped back to the process device through a circulating water pump; the heat exchange soft water in the wet air cooling tube bundle is pumped back to the corresponding process device through a soft water circulating pump; the air rises between the inner and outer air blocking walls, and is reused or discharged after passing through the water collector.
The outer wind-blocking wall is an aluminum alloy profiled plate structure, so that on one hand, the strength of water blocking and wind blocking is improved, on the other hand, the contact area with water vapor is increased, the condensation reflux of saturated water vapor is promoted, and the aim of reducing the loss of water vapor is fulfilled; and a maintenance channel communicated with the outside is arranged above the water receiver, so that the manual maintenance is facilitated.
