The melted adhesive wax is smeared on the surface of the adhesive block 5 and is rotationally and fixedly connected with the threaded rod 11 according to the thread direction, and the even distribution of the adhesive wax is ensured in the rotating process. After the fixing slide block 4, the fastening bolt 9, the gasket 12, the nut 10, the threaded rod 11 and the bonding block 4 are connected, the connecting block is moved into the U-shaped groove 8 and moved to a proper position, each U-shaped groove is respectively moved into one fixing slide block, the nut 10 is screwed, and the first workpiece 17 is bonded. After wax is cooled and shaped, the nut 10 is loosened, the adjusting screw 7 is adjusted, and after the coaxiality of the first workpiece 17 and the locating surface of the clamping disc 1 is adjusted, the nut 10 is screwed. The adjusting bolt 6 is adjusted to realize the adjustment of the perpendicularity between the end face of the first workpiece 17 and the locating face of the clamping disc 1. Example 3 bonded curved workpiece
The melted adhesive wax is smeared on the surface of the adhesive block 4 and is rotationally and fixedly connected with the threaded rod 11 according to the thread direction, and the even distribution of the adhesive wax is ensured in the rotating process. After the fixed sliding blocks 4, the fastening bolts 9, the gaskets 12, the nuts 10, the threaded rods 11 and the adhesive blocks 4 are connected, the fixed sliding blocks, the threaded rods 11 and the adhesive blocks are moved into the U-shaped grooves 8 and move to proper positions, each U-shaped groove is respectively moved into two fixed sliding blocks, the heights of the threaded rods of the inner ring and the outer ring are properly adjusted according to the height dimension of the workpiece, the nuts 10 are screwed, the second workpiece 18 is adhered, after wax is cooled and shaped, the nuts 10 are loosened, the adjusting screws 7 are adjusted, and after the coaxiality of the second workpiece 18 and the locating surface of the clamping disc 1 is adjusted, the nuts 10 are screwed. And adjusting the adjusting bolt 6 to realize the adjustment of the perpendicularity between the end surface of the second workpiece 18 and the locating surface of the clamping disc.
