Preferably, the temperature measuring hole 413 can be opened on the valve cover 414 of the handle 41, the temperature measuring element 13 is arranged on the bottom wall of the mounting groove 15, and the temperature measuring element 13 can extend into the handle 41 through the temperature measuring hole 413 for temperature collection.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, in the present embodiment, the temperature measuring hole 413 is communicated with the steam channel 412, and the temperature measuring element 13 extends into the steam channel 412 through the temperature measuring hole 413 to measure the temperature of the cooking cavity 31 of the inner container 30. Therefore, on one hand, the temperature in the cooking cavity 31 of the inner container 30 can be directly measured, the temperature measurement is accurate, on the other hand, no extra hole is needed on the inner cover main body 42, the cost of the sealed temperature measurement hole 413 is reduced, and the inner cover 40 is more attractive as a sealing tool of the inner container 30 when the inner container 30 is used as tableware.
Of course, the temperature measuring element 13 can also indirectly measure the temperature of the top of the inner container 30, for example, the temperature measuring element 13 is abutted against the handle 41, and the temperature of the cooking cavity 31 of the inner container 30 is indirectly obtained by measuring the temperature of the handle 41.
In this embodiment, the temperature measuring hole 413 can be shared with the outlet 415 of the steam channel 412, that is, the outlet 415 of the steam channel 412 is the temperature measuring hole 413, and the temperature measuring element 13 extends into the handle 41 from the outlet 415 of the steam channel 412. In order to facilitate the user to remove the inner lid 40, in the present embodiment, a handle 43 is provided on the lower surface of the inner lid main body 42, and the user can conveniently hold the inner lid 40 and detach the inner lid 40 from the lid body 11 by the handle 43.
The handle 43 may be provided separately on the lower surface of the inner lid main body 42, or as shown in the present embodiment, the handle 43 and the handle 41 may be integrally formed, and the handle 41 may be formed by downwardly extending and protruding a portion of the handle 41 located on the lower surface of the inner lid main body 42.
In this embodiment, the inner lid main body 42 has a mounting hole for mounting the handle 41, and the bottom of the handle 41 is fixed in the mounting hole, but in other embodiments, the handle 43 may be fixed at the bottom of the handle 41, and the handle 43 and the handle 41 clamp the inner lid main body 42 between the handle 43 and the handle 41 by clamping and fixing, so that the fixing effect of the handle 43 and the handle 41 is good.

This embodiment is another embodiment of the present invention.
In the present embodiment, the inner lid 40 is prevented from being detached from the lid body 11 after being mounted by providing a limit engaging portion on the inner lid main body 42 to engage with a limit structure on the lid body 11. For example, a clamping portion may be provided at the edge of the inner cover body 42, a hook may be provided at a position corresponding to the clamping portion on the cover body 11, and the inner cover 40 may be mounted by the hook.
In this embodiment, since the hook and the connectable portion are exposed, after the cooker lid 10 is opened, the user can directly and manually control the hook to disengage from the engaging portion to complete the detachment of the inner lid 40, and the user can detach the inner lid 40 more conveniently.

A cooking utensil comprises a pot body and a pot cover, wherein the pot cover comprises a cover body and an inner cover which is detachably arranged on the cover body, the inner cover comprises an inner cover main body and a handle, the inner cover is provided with a steam channel, the cooking utensil is characterized in that the cover body is provided with a mounting groove for accommodating the handle, when the inner cover is assembled with the cover body, the handle is arranged in the mounting groove, the cover body is provided with a limit structure, the inner cover is arranged on the cover body through the limit structure, the limit structure is positioned in the mounting groove, the steam channel is arranged on the handle, the limit structure comprises at least one movable buckle, the movable buckle comprises a clamping head positioned in the mounting groove and a spring positioned in the cover body, when the inner cover is assembled with the cover body, the handle extrudes the clamping head so that the clamping head retracts into the cover body, when the inner cover and the cover body are, the clamping joint extends out of the cover body under the action of the elastic force of the spring and is clamped on the annular clamping groove in the mounting groove or the side wall of the lifting handle.

5. The cooking appliance of claim 4, wherein the first and second sloped surfaces each have a plurality of grooves formed therein for reducing a contact area of the handle with the sloped surface.
6. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the limiting structure further comprises at least one fixed buckle, and when the pot cover is opened, the fixed buckle is located below the movable buckle.
7. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the pot body has an inner container, the inner cover covers the inner container when the pot cover and the pot body are closed, and the inner cover covers the inner container to close the inner container cooking cavity when the inner cover is removed from the cover body.
8. The cooking appliance of claim 1 or 7, wherein the inner lid body is made of transparent glass.
9. The cooking appliance according to claim 8, wherein the outer circumference of the inner lid body is coated with a sealing ring, and the outer circumference of the inner lid body has a downwardly extending stopper portion.
