Background
The folding chair has the characteristics of easy folding and portability, is not only suitable for outdoor and temporary places, but also is a necessary emergency article for home use.
The traditional folding chair is mostly composed of a folding bracket and a supporting cloth cover, and the folding bracket is composed of a plurality of supporting rods matched with a plurality of modules, so that the folding bracket has a large volume after folding and a relatively long length, the characteristics of portability and easy collection cannot be better reflected, and particularly when the folding chair needs to carry more articles for outdoor play, the folding bracket has a large volume after folding and has a large trouble for users.
In view of this, the present inventors have proposed the following means.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a folding chair.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the folding chair comprises a folding chair body and a seat cushion arranged on the folding chair body, wherein the folding chair body comprises: a main body seat; the supporting leg group comprises a plurality of supporting legs which are pivoted on the periphery of the main body seat and can be unfolded downwards relative to the main body seat so as to form a support for the main body seat or can be folded upwards relative to the main body seat, the front surface of each supporting leg is provided with a containing groove, and the upper ends of the supporting legs extend into the inner cavity of the main body seat and are linked; the lower ends of the telescopic positioning rods are pivoted to the upper ends of the accommodating grooves in the supporting legs, and the telescopic positioning rods can be unfolded upwards relative to the supporting legs or accommodated in the accommodating grooves; the upper end of the telescopic positioning rod is connected with the seat cushion, and the telescopic positioning rod can prop up the seat cushion after being unfolded upwards relative to the supporting legs and form a support for the seat cushion; the locking mechanism comprises a locating frame which is arranged in an inner cavity of the main body seat in a vertically sliding mode, an unlocking key which is inserted into the main body seat from bottom to top and can slide relative to the main body seat, and a spring which is arranged between the unlocking key and the main body seat, wherein the unlocking key is fixedly connected with the locating frame, a plurality of locking blocks are arranged on the outer side of the locating frame, and after supporting feet in the supporting foot group are unfolded downwards relative to the main body seat to form a support for the main body seat, the locking blocks on the outer side of the locating frame are clamped in locating grooves arranged at the upper ends of the supporting feet and are positioned under the elastic action of the spring.
Furthermore, in the above technical solution, the upper end of the supporting leg has a convex portion, a plurality of tapered teeth are disposed on the periphery of the convex portion, and the tapered teeth of two adjacent supporting legs are engaged to interlock.
Furthermore, in the above technical solution, the upper end of the supporting leg is pivotally connected with the main body seat through a first pivot assembly, and a torsion spring is further disposed between the upper end of the supporting leg and the main body seat.
In the above technical solution, the first pivot assembly includes a first pivot penetrating through the supporting leg and the main body seat, and a first limit screw and a second limit screw screwed at two ends of the first pivot and fixing the first pivot relative to the main body seat; the supporting leg is provided with a first limit groove for accommodating one end of the torsion spring; the main body seat is provided with a second limit groove for accommodating the other end of the torsion spring.
Furthermore, in the above technical solution, the back surface of the upper end of the supporting leg is provided with a convex pad portion, and the convex pad portion contacts with the main body seat after the supporting leg is unfolded downwards relative to the main body seat.
Furthermore, in the above technical scheme, the inner wall of the inner cavity of the main body seat is provided with a sliding groove, the bottom of the inner cavity of the main body seat is provided with a convex ring, the upper end of the positioning frame is arranged in the sliding groove, and the groove body at the lower end of the positioning frame is sleeved on the convex ring.

Furthermore, in the above technical scheme, the telescopic positioning rod comprises at least two sections of rod bodies which can be positioned in a telescopic way and an elastic positioning piece which is arranged between the rod bodies and is used for positioning the two sections of rod bodies after being stretched, a concave part is arranged at the lower end of the rod body positioned at the lowest end, a flat head part is arranged at the upper end of the rod body positioned at the uppermost end, the concave part is pivoted at the upper end of the accommodating groove in the supporting leg through a second pivot assembly, and the flat head part is fixedly connected with the seat cushion.
Furthermore, in the above technical scheme, the upper end of the concave part is formed with an upward protrusion and a travel limit bump for preventing the telescopic positioning rod from being excessively unfolded upwards relative to the supporting leg.
By adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the invention is characterized in that the supporting leg is pivoted on the main body seat, the telescopic positioning rod is pivoted on the supporting leg, so that the supporting leg can be folded relative to the main body seat, and the telescopic positioning rod can be stored in the containing groove of the supporting leg after being retracted, thereby greatly reducing the folded volume of the invention, shortening the folded length of the invention, and the invention has the characteristics of portability and easy storage, is extremely convenient to use, and has the characteristic of strong bearing capacity, thus the invention has extremely strong market competitiveness.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to specific examples and figures.
Referring to fig. 1 to 14, a folding chair includes a folding chair body 100 and a seat pad 200 provided on the folding chair body 100, the folding chair body 100 being foldable, and the seat pad 200 being foldable, so that the volume of the folding chair can be made small after folding for easy carrying.
The folding chair main body 100 includes: a main body seat 1; the supporting leg group comprises a plurality of supporting legs 2 which are pivoted on the periphery of the main body seat 1 and can be unfolded downwards relative to the main body seat 1 to support the main body seat 1 or folded upwards relative to the main body seat 1, the front surface of the supporting legs 2 is provided with a containing groove 21, and the upper ends of the supporting legs 2 extend into the inner cavity of the main body seat 1 and are linked; the lower ends of the telescopic positioning rods 3 are pivoted to the upper ends of the accommodating grooves 21 in the supporting legs 2, and the telescopic positioning rods 3 can be unfolded upwards relative to the supporting legs 2 or accommodated in the accommodating grooves 21; the upper end of the telescopic positioning rod 3 is connected with the seat cushion 200, and the telescopic positioning rod 3 can prop up the seat cushion 200 after being unfolded upwards relative to the supporting legs 2 and form a support for the seat cushion 200; the locking mechanism 4 comprises a positioning frame 41 which is arranged in the inner cavity of the main body seat 1 in a manner of sliding up and down, an unlocking key 42 which is inserted into the main body seat 1 from bottom to top and can slide relative to the main body seat 1, and a spring 43 which is arranged between the unlocking key 42 and the main body seat 1, wherein the unlocking key 42 is fixedly connected with the positioning frame 41, a plurality of locking blocks 411 are arranged on the outer side of the positioning frame 41, and after the supporting legs 2 in the supporting leg group are unfolded downwards relative to the main body seat 1 to form a support for the main body seat 1, the locking blocks 411 on the outer side of the positioning frame 41 are clamped in the positioning grooves 22 arranged at the upper ends of the supporting legs 2 and are positioned under the elastic action of the spring 43. When the invention is unfolded, the supporting leg 2 is unfolded downwards relative to the main body seat 1 to form a support for the main body seat 1, meanwhile, the locking block 411 at the outer side of the positioning frame 41 in the locking mechanism 4 is clamped in the positioning groove 22 arranged at the upper end of the supporting leg 2 and positioned under the elastic force of the spring 43, so that the supporting leg 2 forms a stable support for the main body seat 1, and the upper end of the supporting leg 2 is interlocked, thereby having stronger bearing capacity. In addition, the telescopic positioning rod 3 is unfolded upwards relative to the supporting leg 2 to support the seat cushion, and at this time, a user can directly sit on the seat cushion; when the folding is not used, the unlocking key 42 in the locking mechanism 4 is pushed, the unlocking key 42 drives the locking block 411 of the positioning frame 41 to be separated from the positioning groove 22 arranged at the upper end of the supporting leg 2, so that the locking state of the supporting leg 2 and the main body seat 1 is unlocked, the supporting leg 2 can swing, then the telescopic positioning rod 3 is retracted and folded and stored in the accommodating groove 21 of the supporting leg 2, the volume of the folding seat cushion can be greatly reduced, and finally the folding seat cushion is bound by the magic tape arranged on the seat cushion. According to the invention, the supporting leg 2 is pivoted on the main body seat 1, and the telescopic positioning rod 3 is pivoted on the supporting leg 2, so that the supporting leg 2 can be folded relative to the main body seat 1, and the telescopic positioning rod 3 can be stored in the containing groove 21 of the supporting leg 2 after being retracted, so that the folded volume of the invention can be greatly reduced, the folded length of the invention can be shortened, the invention has the characteristics of portability and easy storage, and the invention is very convenient to use, and has very strong market competitiveness.
The seat cushion 200 is shaped like a square dish or a square butterfly after being unfolded; the number of the supporting legs 2 is four, the number of the telescopic positioning rods 3 is four, the telescopic positioning rods are assembled with the supporting legs 2 one by one, and the upper ends of the telescopic positioning rods 3 are respectively connected with four corners of the unfolded seat cushion 200 and are fixedly connected.
The upper ends of the supporting legs 2 are provided with convex round parts 23, a plurality of conical tooth parts 231 are arranged on the periphery of the convex round parts 23, and the conical tooth parts 231 of two adjacent supporting legs 2 are meshed to be linked, so that the supporting leg groups can stably support the main body seat, and the invention has stronger bearing capacity. In addition, the supporting leg 2 is thickened, and the convex round part 23 is thickened as well, so that the bearing capacity of the invention can be further enhanced, and the inventor obtains the following test results through bearing tests: the bearing capacity of the invention after being unfolded is more than or equal to 300kg.
Furthermore, the supporting legs, the main body seat, the unlocking key and the positioning frame 41 are all made of aluminum alloy.
The upper end of the supporting leg 2 is pivoted with the main body seat 1 through the first pivot assembly 11, and a torsion spring 12 is further arranged between the upper end of the supporting leg 2 and the main body seat 1, when the supporting leg 2 is unfolded relative to the main body seat 1, the torsion spring 12 can generate elasticity to enable the supporting leg 2 to be unfolded relative to the main body seat 1, and when the positioning frame 41 in the locking mechanism 4 is used for rapidly locking the supporting leg 2, simultaneously, the elasticity of the torsion spring 12 can enable the structure of the supporting leg 2 after being unfolded relative to the main body seat 1 to be more stable.
The first pivot assembly 11 comprises a first pivot 111 penetrating through the supporting leg 2 and the main body seat 1, and a first limit screw 112 and a second limit screw 113 screwed at two ends of the first pivot 111 and used for fixing the first pivot 111 relative to the main body seat 1, so that the assembly is very convenient, and the two ends of the first pivot 111 are respectively provided with a first screw hole and a second screw hole which are matched with the first limit screw 112 and the second limit screw 113; the supporting leg 2 is provided with a first limit groove 20 for accommodating one end of the torsion spring 12; the main body seat 1 is provided with a second limit groove 13 for accommodating the other end of the torsion spring 12, so that the torsion spring 12 is stably installed between the upper end of the supporting leg 2 and the main body seat 1.
The back of the upper end of the supporting leg 2 is provided with a convex pad part 24, and the convex pad part 24 is contacted with the main body seat 1 after the supporting leg 2 is unfolded downwards relative to the main body seat 1, so that the supporting leg 2 is prevented from being directly contacted with the main body seat 1 for a long time to be worn, and the strength of the supporting leg 2 is ensured.
The inner wall of the inner cavity of the main body seat 1 is provided with a sliding groove 14, the bottom of the inner cavity of the main body seat 1 is provided with a convex ring 16, the upper end of the positioning frame 41 is arranged in the sliding groove 14, and a groove 413 at the lower end of the positioning frame 41 is sleeved on the convex ring 16, so that the positioning frame 41 can slide up and down in the main body seat 1.
The positioning frame 41 is provided with a counter bore 412, the upper end of the unlocking key 42 is provided with a first screw hole 421, and a first screw 44 passes through the counter bore 412 and then is screwed into the first screw hole 421 at the upper end of the unlocking key 42, so that the positioning frame 41 is fixedly connected with the unlocking key 42, namely, when one end of the unlocking key 42 is pushed, the positioning frame 41 is simultaneously driven to move, and thus the unlocking key is respectively unlocked; the upper end of the main body seat 1 is provided with a hole site 15 for the first screw 44 to pass through, the hole site 15 is convenient for installing the first screw 44, and simultaneously, the screw driver is convenient for screwing or unscrewing the first screw 44.
The lower ends of the supporting legs 2 are provided with foot pads 25; the seat cushion 200 is made of nylon tarpaulin.
The telescopic positioning rod 3 comprises at least two rod bodies 31 which can be telescopically positioned and an elastic positioning piece 35 which is arranged between the rod bodies 31 and is used for positioning the two rod bodies after being stretched, the lower end of the rod body 31 positioned at the lowest end is provided with a concave part 32, the upper end of the rod body 31 positioned at the uppermost end is provided with a flat head part 33, the concave part 32 is pivoted at the upper end of the accommodating groove 21 in the supporting leg 2 through a second pivot assembly 34, and the flat head part 33 is fixedly connected with the seat cushion 200. The elastic positioning member 35 comprises a V-shaped elastic plate 351 and a protruding point 352 formed at one end of the elastic plate 351, wherein the rod body 31 is provided with a positioning hole 311 adapted to the protruding point 352, specifically, the inner rod body 31 is provided with the elastic positioning member 35, and the outer rod body 31 is provided with the positioning hole 311, so that the inner rod body 31 is relatively stretched with respect to the outer rod body 31, and the protruding point 352 is clamped and positioned with the positioning hole 311, so that the inner rod body 31 is fixed with respect to the outer rod body 31.
The structure of the second pivot assembly 34 is the same as that of the first pivot assembly, and will not be described in detail herein.
The upper end of the concave part 32 is provided with a travel limit bump 321 which is protruded upwards and used for preventing the telescopic locating rod 3 from being excessively unfolded upwards relative to the supporting leg 2, so as to prevent the telescopic locating rod 3 from being excessively unfolded upwards.
In summary, the supporting leg 2 is pivoted to the main body seat 1, and the telescopic positioning rod 3 is pivoted to the supporting leg 2, so that the supporting leg 2 can be folded relative to the main body seat 1, and the telescopic positioning rod 3 can be stored in the storage groove 21 of the supporting leg 2 after being retracted, so that the folded volume of the invention can be greatly reduced, and the folded length of the invention can be shortened, thereby the invention has the characteristics of light weight, portability and easy storage, and is extremely convenient to use, and in addition, the invention has the characteristic of strong bearing capacity, so that the invention has extremely strong market competitiveness.
