First embodiment
Go out the sound hole to the speaker on present terminal all is directional unadjustable structure, goes out the sound hole direction and is fixed, and it is very inconvenient to adjust speaker sound propagation direction in needs, and the technical problem that user experience degree is low, and this embodiment provides a speaker goes out the sound hole, and this speaker goes out the sound hole and can be applied to in the terminal that has the speaker. Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a front view of the hole, where the circular edge is the sound hole wall 21 of the sound hole of the speaker, and the circular portion is the swing frame 22 disposed on the hole wall 21. Referring to fig. 3, the rocking frame 22 includes: a plurality of reflection leaves 221, a fixing bar 222, and a rocking bar 223. A plurality of reflection leaves 221 set up between dead lever 222 and rocking rod 223, and rotatable connection is on dead lever 222 and rocking rod 223, and dead lever 222 is fixed in on the pore wall 21, like this, because dead lever 222 is fixed for the pore wall, and a plurality of reflection leaves 221 are rotatable for the dead lever again, and a plurality of reflection leaves come to link together through rocking rod, consequently in the speaker sound hole that this embodiment provided, as long as any one reflection leaf in these a plurality of reflection leaves has been swung, can make all reflection leaves swing simultaneously promptly, and then from structural realization promptly to speaker sound hole sound direction's adjustability, make when needs adjustment speaker sound propagation direction, can directly adjust sound hole, the mode is more convenient, user experience has been promoted.
In this embodiment, in order to implement the swinging property of the reflection blade, transmission shafts may be disposed at two ends of the reflection blade 221, and the fixing rod 222 and the swinging rod 223 are provided with mounting holes matching with the transmission shafts in size, so that the swinging property of the reflection blade 221 with respect to the fixing rod 222 and the swinging rod 223 can be implemented by mounting the transmission shafts in the mounting holes. Of course, in this embodiment, the reflective blade 221 may be rotatably connected to the fixed rod 222 and the rocking rod 223 by riveting or the like.
It should be understood that, in the practical application process, the sound outlet hole of the speaker is very small, and therefore the swing frame 22 disposed in the sound outlet hole is also very small, so that it is very inconvenient for the user if the user is required to manually adjust the direction, and therefore, in this embodiment, a controlled device such as a motor or a driving cylinder can be used to automatically control the adjustment of the sound outlet hole of the speaker.
Alternatively, a motor may be disposed in the sound outlet hole of the speaker, and the motor may be connected to the rocking frame 22 through a gear transmission structure, so as to drive the reflective blade to swing through the gear transmission structure when the motor rotates.
For example, one of the reflective leaves 221 may be a driving reflective leaf, and the rest may be driven reflective leaves. Referring to fig. 4, a first gear 241 may be provided on the rotating shaft of the motor 23, and a second gear 242 may be provided at the connection of the driving reflection vane and the fixed rod, such that the first gear 241 and the second gear 242 are engaged with each other to form the gear transmission structure 24. Thus, when the motor 23 rotates, the first gear 241 rotates, the rotation of the first gear 241 drives the second gear 242 engaged with the first gear to rotate, and the rotation of the second gear 242 drives the active reflective blade to swing, so that all the reflective blades swing together.
For another example, one of the reflective leaves 221 is still set as a driving reflective leaf, and the others are set as driven reflective leaves. Referring to fig. 5, the rotating shaft of the motor 23 may be connected to a double-sided rack 243, and a third gear 244 is provided at the connection of the active reflective vane and the fixed rod, such that the third gear 244 and the double-sided rack 243 are engaged with each other to form the gear transmission structure 24. Thus, when the motor 23 rotates, the double-sided rack 243 is driven to rotate, and further the third gear 244 meshed with the double-sided rack 243 is driven to rotate, and the rotation of the third gear 244 drives the active reflective vanes to swing, so that all the reflective vanes swing together.
For another example, one of the reflective leaves 221 is still set as a driving reflective leaf, and the others are set as driven reflective leaves. Referring to fig. 6, the cylinder 25 and the double-sided rack 243 are driven; the free end of the piston rod of the driving cylinder 25 is connected with the end of the double-sided rack 243 and the moving direction is consistent; a fourth gear 26 is arranged at the joint of the active reflection blade and the fixed rod, and the fourth gear 26 is meshed with the double-sided rack 243. Thus, when the piston rod of the driving cylinder 25 extends, the double-sided rack 243 is driven to move, and the fourth gear 26 engaged with the double-sided rack 243 is driven to rotate, and the rotation of the fourth gear 26 drives the active reflective vanes to swing, so that all the reflective vanes swing together.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure that the rotation of the gear can drive the reflection blade to swing, the gear and the reflection blade can be fixed. For example, the gear and the reflecting blade can be pressed and attached through a gasket and the like, and the rotating of the gear can drive the reflecting blade to swing by utilizing the friction force. For example, when the reflective vanes 221 are rotatably connected by the transmission shafts at both ends, the gear may be fixedly disposed on the transmission shafts, or the gear and the transmission shafts may be integrally formed.
In particular, in the present embodiment, in order to secure the adjustment effect, the rocking frame provided in the sound outlet hole of the speaker may include a left-right rocking frame and/or an up-down rocking frame. The left and right rocking frames can rock in the left and right directions, and the upper and lower rocking frames can rock in the upper and lower directions, so that the left and right rocking frames and the upper and lower rocking frames can be arranged in the sound outlet hole of the loudspeaker at the same time in order to achieve better swing adjusting effect.
When the left and right rocking frames and the up and down rocking frames are simultaneously provided in the sound outlet hole of the speaker, the up and down rocking frames and the left and right rocking frames may be overlapped in the sound outlet hole of the speaker as shown in fig. 7 in order to achieve the optimum adjustment effect.
The embodiment also provides a terminal, wherein the terminal is provided with a microphone, a loudspeaker and a loudspeaker sound outlet hole with the structure. In particular, three or more microphones may be provided in the present embodiment to ensure better sound acquisition effect.
Correspondingly, the embodiment also provides a loudspeaker sound outlet hole control method, which is applied to a terminal with the loudspeaker sound outlet hole. In particular, the swing frame in the speaker sound outlet hole should be controlled in the applied terminal, as in the aforementioned configurations shown in fig. 4 to 6. Specifically, referring to fig. 8, the method for controlling the sound outlet hole of the speaker includes:
s801: acquiring time points when each microphone acquires external sound;
in this embodiment, the number of the microphones is preferably 3 or more than 3, so that the time difference data obtained by the sound acquisition time technique of a plurality of different microphones is more, and the error is less when the sound source position is calculated subsequently.
S802: calculating the time difference of each microphone for acquiring external sound;
in the present embodiment, the time point acquired in step S801 may be a real time point, such as 8 points, 15 minutes, 23 seconds, 3 milliseconds, and 15 microseconds. However, it may also be a virtual time point, such as recording a time as a when the first microphone receives the external sound and starting a timer to start timing, and then recording a time as a + a when the rest microphones receive the external sound (where a is the timing duration of the timer), in which way the calculation of the time difference is simpler.
S803: calculating the sound source position according to the setting position of each microphone and the time difference;
in this embodiment, the calculation can be solved by using an equation set, for example, if three microphones are taken as an example, the sound source position coordinate is (x, y), and the position coordinates of each microphone are known and are denoted as (x1, y1), (x2, y2), (x3, y3), and the time differences obtained when sound reaches the three microphones are t1, t2, and t3, respectively, and the time differences obtained are t2-t 1-a 1, t3-t 1-a 2, t3-t 2-a 3, and the sound speed is 340 meters per second, then the equation set can be obtained:
Figure GDA0002478752710000111
Figure GDA0002478752710000112
Figure GDA0002478752710000113
at this time, the values of x and y may be solved. It should be noted that the higher the speed of sound value is, the more accurate the finally calculated x and y values are.
Alternatively, the larger the distance between the positions of the microphones on the terminal, the better, for example, one microphone may be arranged on the top of the terminal, one microphone may be arranged in the middle of the terminal, and one microphone may be arranged on the bottom of the terminal. The larger the time difference is, the less high the microphone sensitivity requirements in the terminal are, and the more accurate the sound source position is in the calculation.
S804: and controlling the reflecting blade to swing so that the sound outlet hole direction of the loudspeaker faces to the sound source position.
After the sound source position is determined, the processor in the terminal can control the corresponding swing of the swing frame, so that the sound hole direction of the loudspeaker faces to the position of the sound source, and the effect of the sound emitted by the loudspeaker at the sound source position is optimal.
It should be understood that the steps of the above-mentioned speaker sound outlet hole control method can be independently implemented by the mobile terminal having the controlled adjustable speaker sound outlet hole of the first embodiment of the present invention as shown in fig. 1. Specifically, the steps of the speaker sound hole control method may be implemented by storing one or more programs implementing the steps in the memory 109 and executing the programs by the processor 110.
The speaker sound outlet hole and the terminal provided by the embodiment are designed into a structure of the speaker sound outlet hole, and the structure comprises: a sound outlet hole wall and a swing frame arranged on the hole wall. The swinging frame comprises a plurality of reflecting blades, a fixed rod and a swinging rod, the reflecting blades are arranged between the fixed rod and the swinging rod and can be rotatably connected to the fixed rod and the swinging rod, and the fixed rod is fixed on the hole wall. Thus, the fixed rod is fixed relative to the hole wall, but the reflecting blades can swing relative to the fixed rod, and as the reflecting blades are connected to the swinging rod, all the reflecting blades can be driven to swing together as long as one reflecting blade swings. The adjustability of the sound emitting direction of the sound emitting hole of the loudspeaker is achieved through the structure, so that when the sound propagation direction of the loudspeaker needs to be adjusted, the sound emitting hole can be directly adjusted, the mode is more convenient and faster, and the user experience is improved.
