Example 1
In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an embodiment of a method of controlling a display device, it being noted that the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the figure may be performed in a computer system, such as a set of computer-executable instructions, and that while a logical order is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than here.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method of controlling a display apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method including the steps of:
step S102, obtaining the distance between the object to be measured and the display equipment.
It should be noted that the object to be measured is an object located in the preset area, and the display device is a device having a display, for example, a television. Alternatively, the preset area may be an area in front of the display device, for example, an area in front of a television screen.
In an alternative, the display device has a distance measuring unit for measuring a distance between the object to be measured and the display device, wherein the distance measuring unit may be, but is not limited to, a sensor (e.g., a laser sensor, an infrared sensor, an ultrasonic sensor), a microwave radar device, and the distance measuring unit is preferably a microwave radar device. The microwave radar device can be used for detecting the change of the microwave signal of an object, for example, when the object changes in distance or shape, the microwave radar device can detect the change and the characteristics of the current object, wherein the accuracy and the recognition accuracy of the object detected by the microwave radar device are higher than those of the traditional infrared sensing technology. Therefore, the accuracy of detecting the distance between the object to be detected and the display equipment can be improved by adopting the microwave radar equipment.
And step S104, detecting the object type of the object to be detected and the gazing information of the object to be detected under the condition that the distance is smaller than the preset distance.
Optionally, the microwave radar device may further detect an object type of the object to be detected, for example, the microwave radar device may send a first radar detection signal and receive a second radar detection signal returned by the object to be detected, and the controller in the display device may determine the profile of the object to be detected by analyzing the second radar detection signal, and determine the object type of the object to be detected based on the profile of the object to be detected. The object types of the object to be detected at least comprise the old, the middle aged, the young, the youth and the like.
Optionally, the display device further includes an eyeball tracking device, where the eyeball tracking device may send infrared light to a pupil of the object to be detected, and determine gaze information of the object to be detected according to the reflected infrared light, where the gaze information of the object to be detected includes at least one of the following: the gaze location and the gaze duration.
It should be noted that the type of the object to be detected can be identified by the microwave radar device, so as to avoid the erroneous judgment caused when the object of a non-preset type (for example, middle-aged person) views the display device within a range less than a preset distance. The eyeball tracking equipment is adopted to detect the gazing information of the object to be detected, so that the problem that the object to be detected does not watch the display equipment but misjudges that the object to be detected is watching the display equipment can be avoided.
And step S106, controlling the display device to execute the operation corresponding to the object type and the gazing information.
Optionally, when it is determined that the distance between the object to be measured and the display device is smaller than the preset distance, the object type of the object to be measured is juvenile, and the object to be measured is watching the display device, that is, the object to be measured is watching the display device, the display device generates the prompt information and shields the display screen of the display device, so that the object to be measured cannot normally watch the display device.
Based on the schemes defined in steps S102 to S106, it can be known that, by using a mode of combining the microwave radar technology and the eyeball tracking technology, the distance between the object to be detected and the display device is obtained through the microwave radar technology, the object type of the object to be detected is detected when the distance is smaller than the preset distance, meanwhile, the gaze information of the object to be detected is detected through the eyeball tracking technology, and finally, the display device is controlled to execute the corresponding operation according to the object type and the gaze information.
It is easy to notice that, whether the object to be detected is within a reasonable viewing distance range can be detected by the microwave radar technology, and the object type of the object to be detected can be detected, so that misjudgment caused when an object of a non-preset type (for example, a middle-aged person) views the display device within a distance range smaller than the preset distance range is avoided. In addition, the eyeball tracking equipment is used for detecting the watching information of the object to be detected, so that the problem that the object to be detected does not watch the display equipment but misjudges that the object to be detected watches the display equipment can be avoided.
Therefore, the scheme provided by the application improves the accuracy of the display equipment for detecting the object to be detected, and further solves the technical problem that misjudgment easily occurs when the existing display equipment detects the object to be detected.
In an optional scheme, before obtaining the distance between the object to be measured and the display device, the microwave radar device further detects whether the object to be measured is located in a preset area, and obtains the distance between the object to be measured and the display device under the condition that the object to be measured is located in the preset area.
Optionally, fig. 2 shows a schematic diagram of an optional detection of an object to be detected, in fig. 2, T is a display device, a and B are objects to be detected, and S is a preset region. The microwave radar equipment can detect the relative position relation of the object to be detected relative to the display equipment, and then determines whether the object to be detected is located in the preset area or not based on the relative position relation.
It should be noted that the number of objects to be measured may be plural, for example, two objects to be measured a and B exist in fig. 2. When the microwave radar equipment detects that the object to be detected exists in the preset area, the microwave radar equipment detects the distance between the object to be detected in the preset area and the display equipment. Under the condition that a plurality of objects to be detected exist in a preset area, the microwave radar equipment respectively detects the distance between each object to be detected and the display equipment. In the case of detecting the existence of the object to be detected whose distance is smaller than the preset distance, for example, in fig. 2, the distance between the object to be detected a and the display device is smaller than the preset distance, and the distance between the object to be detected B and the display device is greater than the preset distance, at this time, the display device detects the object type of the object to be detected and the gazing information of the object to be detected.
Specifically, after the distance between the object to be detected and the display device is detected, the display device further detects the object type of the object to be detected based on the microwave radar device, starts the eyeball tracking device when the object type is a preset type, and then detects the gazing information of the object to be detected based on the eyeball tracking device.
It should be noted that, when a plurality of objects to be detected exist in the preset area, and when an object to be detected whose distance is smaller than the preset distance exists, the display device only performs object type and gaze information detection on the object to be detected whose distance is smaller than the preset distance. Still taking fig. 2 as an example for explanation, when it is detected that the distance between the object a to be detected and the display device is smaller than the preset distance, and the distance between the object B to be detected and the display device is greater than the preset distance, the display device only detects the object type and the gaze information of the object a to be detected. The eyeball tracking equipment can send infrared light to the object A to be detected and receive the infrared light reflected by the pupil of the object A to be detected. The controller connected with the eyeball tracking device can determine whether the watching position of the object A to be detected is located on the watching display device or not according to the infrared light reflected by the pupil, and if the watching position of the object A to be detected is located on the watching display device or not, the controller controls the timer to start timing and records the watching time of the object A to be detected watching the display device.
Optionally, if the microwave radar device detects that the object a to be detected is a juvenile, the display device controls the eyeball tracking device to start so as to detect the gaze position and the gaze duration of the object a to be detected; and if the microwave radar equipment detects that the object A to be detected is a middle-aged person, the eyeball tracking equipment is not started.
In an optional scheme, under the condition that the type of the object is a preset type and the watching position is the display device, the watching time length of the object to be detected is detected, and under the condition that the watching time length is greater than a first preset time length, the display device is controlled to display first prompt information. Optionally, the first prompt message may be a picture prompt message or a text prompt message, or may be a voice prompt message. Preferably, the first prompt information is picture or text prompt information used for shielding the display device, so that the object to be tested cannot normally watch the display device. For example, in the schematic diagram of the display device shown in fig. 3, when the gazing duration of the object to be measured gazing at the display device exceeds a first preset duration, a prompt mask is generated on a display screen of the display device to prompt that the object to be measured should keep a distance from the display device. Because the prompt mask is displayed on the display screen of the display device, the object to be tested cannot normally watch the display device at the moment, and therefore the purpose of monitoring the object to be tested is achieved.
Further, after the first prompt message is generated, the display device continues to detect the distance between the object to be detected and the display device, and controls the display device to stop displaying the first prompt message when the distance is greater than or equal to the preset distance. For example, in fig. 2, the distance between the object a to be measured and the display device is smaller than the preset distance, after the display device generates the first prompt information, the object to be measured returns to the position of the object B to be measured, at this time, the distance between the object a to be measured and the display device is greater than or equal to the preset distance, at this time, the prompt mask on the display screen of the display device disappears, and the objects a and B to be measured can normally view the display device.
It should be noted that, through the above embodiments, the display device provided by the present application not only can ensure the eyesight health of teenagers, but also can supervise teenagers, thereby reducing the supervision burden of parents.
In addition, it should be noted that although the object to be detected views the display device within a reasonable viewing distance, viewing the display device for a long time may also affect the eyesight of the object to be detected, and therefore, after the display device is controlled to stop displaying the first prompt information, the display device further detects the gazing duration that the object to be detected gazes at the display device, and controls the display device to display the second prompt information when the gazing duration is greater than the second preset duration. The second prompt information can also be a prompt mask, so that the purpose of preventing the object to be detected from normally watching the display device can be achieved.
In addition, when the display device is turned on again under the condition that the object to be tested turns off the display device and the turn-off time reaches the third preset time, the object to be tested can normally watch the display device. Or after the object to be detected leaves the display device, the display device enters a dormant state, after the time length that the object to be detected leaves the display device reaches a fourth preset time length, if the fact that the distance between the object to be detected and the display device is greater than or equal to the preset distance is detected, and the watching position of the object to be detected is located in the display screen of the display device, the display device is normally started, and the object to be detected can normally watch the display device.
In an alternative arrangement, FIG. 4 shows a flow chart of an alternative method of controlling a display device. Fig. 4 illustrates a method for controlling a display apparatus using a television as the display apparatus. Specifically, after the television is turned on, the television turns on the nursing mode and starts the radar detection device to detect the distance between the object to be detected and the television. And if the distance between the object to be detected and the preset object is less than the preset distance, continuously detecting the object type of the object to be detected. And if the object type of the object to be detected is a preset type (for example, young people), starting the eyeball tracking equipment to detect the watching time of the object to be detected watching the television. And if the watching time length is longer than the preset time length, starting the eye protection mask to prevent the object to be detected from watching the television. And if the watching duration is not more than the preset duration, continuing to execute the step of judging the object type of the object to be detected. In addition, under the condition that the distance between the object to be detected and the preset object is not smaller than the preset distance, the nursing mode is continuously started to detect the distance between the object to be detected and the preset object.
According to the scheme, the accuracy of the object to be detected is improved by adopting a mode of combining the microwave radar technology and the eyeball tracking technology, and misjudgment of the existing display equipment in detection of the object to be detected is avoided. In addition, the display device provided by the application can not only guarantee the eyesight health of teenagers, but also supervise the teenagers, and the supervision burden of parents is reduced.

According to the method, the distance between the object to be detected and the display equipment is obtained through the microwave radar technology in a mode of combining the microwave radar technology and the eyeball tracking technology, the object type of the object to be detected is detected under the condition that the distance is smaller than the preset distance, meanwhile, the watching information of the object to be detected is detected through the eyeball tracking technology, and finally, the display equipment is controlled to execute corresponding operation according to the object type and the watching information.
