Claims (8)

1. A waterproof transformer housing, comprising:
the novel electric cabinet comprises a cabinet body (1), wherein openings are formed in the side walls of the front side, the left side and the right side of the cabinet body (1), and a cavity for accommodating electric elements is formed in the cabinet body (1);
the cabinet splicing holes (9) are formed in a plurality of mode, the plurality of cabinet splicing holes (9) are formed in the cabinet splicing holes (9) at intervals along the edge of the side wall of the cabinet body (1), the cabinet splicing holes (9) transversely penetrate through the cabinet body (1), a plurality of threaded holes A (19) are coaxially and oppositely formed in the left side wall of the cabinet body (1) and the right side wall of the cabinet body (1), the plurality of threaded holes A (19) are matched with the plurality of cabinet splicing holes (9) to encircle the opening edges on two sides of the cabinet body (1), and a left sealing plate (2) for sealing the left opening of the cabinet body (1) and a right sealing plate (3) for sealing the right opening of the cabinet body are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the cabinet body;
the fixing rods (4) are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the cabinet splicing holes (4), and one end of each fixing rod (4) sequentially penetrates through the left sealing plate (2), the cabinet splicing holes (9) and the right sealing plate (3);
the fixing bolts (25) are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the threaded holes A (19), the fixing bolts (25) penetrate through the left sealing plate (2) or the right sealing plate (3) and the threaded holes A (19) together with the threaded holes A (19), and the fixing bolts (25) are matched with the fixing rods (4) to fix the left sealing plate (2) and the right sealing plate (3) on the left side and the right side of the cabinet body (1) respectively;
the left cabinet door (5) is arranged at the front opening of the cabinet body (1), and one side of the left cabinet door (5) is hinged with the cabinet body (1) and is used for sealing one side of the front opening of the cabinet body (1);
the right cabinet door (27), one side of the right cabinet door (27) is hinged with the cabinet body (1), and the right cabinet door (27) is matched with the left cabinet door (5) to seal the front opening of the cabinet body (1); an observation opening is formed in the right cabinet door (27), a control panel (29) is arranged on the inner side of the right cabinet door (27), the edge of the control panel (29) is fixed on the right cabinet door (27) in a circumferential direction and used for sealing one side of the observation opening, a sealing door (6) on the other side for sealing the observation opening is arranged on the front side of the right cabinet door (27), one side of the sealing door (6) is hinged with the edge of the observation opening, a waterproof door lock A (14) for locking and fixing the sealing door (6) on the right cabinet door (27) is further arranged on the other side of the sealing door (6), and a sealing cavity is formed by enclosing the sealing door (6) with the control panel (29) and the inner wall of the right cabinet door (27) after the observation opening is sealed;
a forced ventilation opening (11), wherein the forced ventilation opening (11) is arranged at the top of the cabinet body (1) and is used for forced ventilation of a cavity in the cabinet body (1);
the inside of the sealing door (6) is provided with a sealing strip A (31) for sealing the front side periphery of the observation opening, the sealing door (6) is provided with a transparent window A (15) for observing the control panel (29), and a sealing strip B (16) is arranged between the periphery of the transparent window A (15) and the sealing door (6) in a circumferential direction;
the left cabinet door (5) and the right cabinet door (27) are also provided with waterproof door locks B (28), and the waterproof door locks B (28) are used for locking and fixing the left cabinet door (5) or the right cabinet door (27) on the cabinet body (1).
2. The waterproof transformer housing according to claim 1, wherein the inner sides of the left cabinet door (5) and the right cabinet door (27) are also provided with sealing strips C (8) for sealing connection with the periphery of the front side of the cabinet body (1).

The waterproof transformer housing according to claim 2, wherein the left cabinet door (5) is further provided with a transparent window B (30) for observing the cavity inside the cabinet body (1), and a sealing strip D (7) is circumferentially arranged between the periphery of the transparent window B (30) and the left cabinet door (5).

A waterproof transformer housing according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a sealing strip E (12) in sealing connection with the cabinet body (1) is further arranged at the outer side of the forced ventilation opening (11), a plurality of threaded holes B (13) are arranged at the top of the cabinet body (1), and the plurality of threaded holes B (13) are circumferentially arranged at the periphery of the forced ventilation opening (11) at intervals.

The waterproof transformer housing according to claim 4, wherein a sealing strip F (26) in sealing connection with the cabinet body (1) is further provided at the top edge of the cabinet body (1), a plurality of threaded holes C (20) are provided at the top edge of the cabinet body (1), and the plurality of threaded holes C (20) are circumferentially spaced around the top periphery of the cabinet body (1).

A waterproof transformer housing according to any one of claims 1-3 and 5, wherein a plurality of cabinet bodies (1) are provided, a plurality of cabinet bodies (1) are arranged between the left sealing plate (2) and the right sealing plate (3) in parallel, the fixing rod (4) sequentially penetrates through the left sealing plate (2), a plurality of cabinet bodies (1) and the right sealing plate (3), and sealing strips (32) for sealing and connecting the periphery of an opening of the side face of the cabinet body (1) are arranged between two adjacent cabinet bodies (1).
