With continued reference to FIG. 2, a flow 200 of one embodiment of a method for outputting information in accordance with the present application is shown. The method for outputting information comprises the following steps:
In this embodiment, an electronic device (for example, a server shown in fig. 1) on which the method for outputting information is operated may receive a log from a terminal on which a user performs a virtual trial using a target application by a wired connection manner or a wireless connection manner, and the target application installed on each terminal transmits the log for a predetermined time to the server. The log may also be obtained from a browsing server providing a picture browsing service. The target application may be a virtual fitting application, a virtual home application, or the like. The target application records various operation information of the user using the target application, for example, information of operations such as browsing, matching, purchasing, returning, and the like. Wherein, the collocation refers to that the pictures of at least two articles are combined together for virtual trial. For example, a virtual fitting may be performed by fitting a jacket and a pair of pants together. Information of various operations performed by the user through the target application is recorded in a log and periodically transmitted to the server. Each log includes information such as a user identifier of a user who uses the target application, picture information of a picture of an article viewed by the user, picture information of a picture of an article to be matched when the user combines pictures of at least two articles together for trial, and a store identifier of a store to which the picture of the article viewed by the user belongs. The shop to which the article picture browsed by the user belongs refers to a merchant who provides the article picture for trial use by the user.
In this embodiment, the first user is a user browsing the picture of the article through the target application. And extracting the picture information of the browsed article picture and the user identification corresponding to each picture information from each log in the log set. And taking the number of the extracted different user identifications as the number of the first users browsing the item pictures. And taking the number of the extracted picture information of the browsed article pictures as the browsing quantity of the article pictures in the preset time. And dividing the browsing quantity of the article pictures in the preset time by the quantity of the first users and then dividing the browsing quantity of the article pictures in the preset time by the preset time to obtain the browsing quantity of the article pictures in unit time of a single user. For example, if the picture information of 30000 item pictures viewed by 1000 users within 5 minutes is described in the log, it can be determined that the viewed amount of the item pictures per unit time of a single user is 6. The browsing amount of the images of the articles in unit time of a single user can be represented by a character SPM, the SPM expresses the Exposure Rate (the English name Exposure Rate refers to the number of times of display in unit time), for online shopping, the larger the Exposure Rate is, the better the Exposure Rate is, the larger the index is, the better the index is, the general online shopping is that the user enters a detailed page of the article in modes of searching, image listing and the like, the speed is limited, in the virtual fitting, through functions of a virtual wardrobe, automatic fitting and the like, the browsing speed can be greatly improved, the SPM is improved, and the SPM is also an important function of improving the Exposure Rate of the virtual fitting on the articles.
In this embodiment, the second user is a user who performs article picture matching through the target application. The target application can record the picture information of the picture of the article collocated by the user. The user has selected at least two item pictures each time the item picture is collocated. And if the log comprises a collocation identifier for identifying collocation, directly extracting the user identifier corresponding to the collocation identifier and the picture information of the collocated article picture from each log in the log set, and determining the number of the extracted different user identifiers as the number of the second users. And if the matching identification does not exist, determining the user with the quantity of the picture information of the browsed article picture corresponding to the user identification recorded at the same time in the log being more than 2 as the user for matching the article picture. And determining the quantity of the picture information of the collocated article pictures extracted from the log as the collocation quantity of the article pictures in the preset time. And dividing the matching quantity of the article pictures in the preset time by the quantity of the second users and then dividing the preset time by the matching quantity of the article pictures in the unit time of a single user. For example, the log records that 2 users match pictures within 1 minute, user a matches pictures of 3 articles, and user B matches pictures of 5 articles, so that the matching number of the articles and pictures per unit time of a single user can be determined to be 4. The collocation number of the article pictures of a single user in unit time can be represented by a character DPM, the DPM expresses the exposure rate of a plurality of article combinations, the exposure of an article A can cause the exposure of an article B and possibly cause the exposure of an article C, before a virtual trial function appears, the collocation relationship among the articles is not existed, but the fixed relationship of article detail pages is adopted, so that the exposure rates of the articles are single-article exposure rates and no article combination, the exposure rate of the article combination is an important index for virtual trial, the method is a new article exposure method, the exposure rate of the articles is improved in a multiplied mode, and the index is larger and better.
And step 204, determining the number of shops of the shops to which the browsed item pictures belong and determining the browsing amount of the shops per unit time of a single user according to the shop identifications of the shops to which the browsed item pictures belong in the logs in the log set.
In this embodiment, different item pictures may be displayed in different stores, so the store identifier to which the browsed item picture belongs is also recorded in the log. And extracting the shop identifications from the logs in the log set, and determining the number of browsed shops in a preset time according to the number of the extracted different shop identifications. And dividing the number of the browsed shops in the preset time by the number of the first users and then dividing the number by the preset time to obtain the browsing amount of the shops in the unit time of a single user. For example, if the log describes that 1000 users viewed 3000 stores within 1 minute, it can be determined that the amount of browsing of stores per unit time of a single user is 3. The amount of browsing of the store per unit time of a single user can be represented by the character HPM. The HPM expresses the speed of a user entering each shop through a virtual fitting, the virtual fitting is provided with a fitting inlet, the user can enter various shops to see the details of clothes in the process of fitting various clothes, the proportion of entering the shops from the virtual fitting inlet expresses the flow conversion capacity of the virtual fitting to the shops, and the larger the flow conversion capacity is, the better the flow conversion capacity is.
In this embodiment, weights are respectively set in advance for the browsing quantity of the pictures of the articles per unit time of the single user, the matching quantity of the pictures of the articles per unit time of the single user, and the browsing quantity of the stores per unit time of the single user, where the browsing quantity of the pictures of the articles per unit time of the single user corresponds to a preset first weight, the matching quantity of the pictures of the articles per unit time of the single user corresponds to a preset second weight, and the browsing quantity of the stores per unit time of the single user corresponds to a preset third weight. A first weighted sum of the quantity of viewed item pictures per unit time of individual user, the quantity of matching item pictures per unit time of individual user, and the quantity of viewed store per unit time of individual user can be used to evaluate the exposure rate. The value ranges of the first weight, the second weight and the third weight may be [0,1 ]. The browsing quantity of the item pictures per unit time of a single user, the matching quantity of the item pictures per unit time of the single user and the browsing quantity of the shop per unit time of the single user are respectively each single item in the total, if a certain single item is not concerned in the total effect, the weight corresponding to the single item is 0, if 100% of the total effect is concerned in the single item, the weight corresponding to the single item is 1, if 50% is concerned in the single item, the weight corresponding to the single item is 0.5, and the like. The preset first information may be information for characterizing that the target application reaches a desired exposure rate.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, at least one log in the log set further includes: combining the picture information of the purchased article and a store identification of a store to which the combined purchased article belongs; and the method further comprises: determining the number of third users combined and purchased in the same shop according to the picture information of the combined and purchased articles in at least one log and the shop identification of the shop to which the combined and purchased articles belong, and determining the matching success rate in the same shop according to the number of the third users and the number of the first users; determining the number of fourth users purchased in different shops in a combined manner according to the picture information of the combined purchased articles in at least one log and the shop identification of the shop to which the combined purchased articles belong, and determining the cross-shop matching success rate corresponding to the preset fifth weight according to the number of the fourth users and the number of the first users; and outputting preset second information in response to the fact that the second weighted sum of the matching success rate in the same shop and the cross-shop matching success rate is larger than a preset second threshold value. Combination purchase refers to a purchase after a successful collocation, i.e., at least two items are purchased at the same time. The third user refers to a user who makes a combined purchase in the same store. The same in-store matching means that different items purchased in combination are purchased in the same store. The combined purchased article picture information and the store identification of the same store to which the combined purchased article belongs are extracted from the logs. And determining the user corresponding to the shop identifier of the same shop to which the extracted combined purchased article belongs as the third user. And dividing the number of the third users by the number of the first users to obtain the matching success rate in the same shop. The matching success rate in the same shop can be represented by a character ST, the ST expresses the proportion that a user finds proper matching in a single shop and purchases, the ST expresses the capability of meeting the matching of the user in the single shop, the ST is also a component of the purchase conversion rate of the user, and the larger the numerical value is, the better the matching is. The fourth user refers to a user who makes a combined purchase in a different store. Cross-store matching refers to the display of different items purchased in combination in different stores. The combined purchased article picture information and the store identification of the different stores to which the combined purchased article belongs are extracted from the respective logs. And determining the user corresponding to the shop identification of the different shop to which the extracted combined purchased article belongs as the fourth user. The number of fourth users is divided by the number of first users to obtain the cross-store fit power. The cross-store matching success rate can be represented by a character PT, the PT expresses that a user cannot find proper matching in a single store, but the cross-store matching success rate expresses the capability of meeting the user matching in the cross-store and is a component of the user purchasing conversion rate, and the larger the numerical value is, the better the cross-store matching success rate is. The preset second information may be information for characterizing that the target application reaches a desired order conversion rate.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the at least one log further includes: picture information of purchased articles and picture information of returned articles; and the method further comprises: determining the number of fifth users who purchase and the number of sixth users who return goods according to the picture information of the purchased goods and the picture information of the returned goods in the at least one log, and determining a return rate; and if the goods returning rate is smaller than a preset third threshold value, outputting preset third information. And extracting the user identification of the fifth user corresponding to the picture information of the purchased article and the user identification of the sixth user corresponding to the picture information of the returned article from the log. And taking the number of the extracted user identifications of different fifth users as the number of fifth users, taking the number of the extracted user identifications of different sixth users as the number of sixth users, and dividing the number of sixth users by the number of fifth users to obtain the return rate. The return rate can be represented by a character SR, the SR expresses the final failure rate of the user to buy the clothes after the user passes through the virtual fitting, and expresses the failure rate of the virtual fitting to the purchase guidance, and the smaller the numerical value is, the better the return rate is. The preset third information may be information for characterizing that the target application reaches a desired return rate.
With continued reference to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario of the method for outputting information according to the present embodiment. In the application scenario of fig. 3, a user performs a virtual fitting through a terminal 300 installed with a target application, the user selects a head dress 301 and a wedding dress 302 to match, the target application records information of two pictures matched by the user and stores the information in a log, and the log is transmitted to a server at a predetermined time interval. The server receives the logs sent by at least one terminal and then performs statistical analysis, so that preset first information is output when the target application is detected to reach the expected exposure rate.
The method provided by the above embodiment of the application outputs the use effect information of the target application by associating the expected effect of the target application with the number of articles browsed per unit time, the number of matched articles and the number of browsed shops of a single user.
With further reference to fig. 4, a flow 400 of yet another embodiment of a method for outputting information is shown. The process 400 of the method for outputting information includes the steps of:
Step 401-.
In this embodiment, some indexes have a certain interdependence relationship, and the division amount may not accurately reflect the operation effect of the virtual fitting, for example, the improvement of ST and PT may be accompanied by the improvement of SR. Therefore, for the three indexes of ST, PT and SR, comprehensive evaluation is needed, and the evaluation formula is as follows:
SPS ═ ST + PT)/SR (equation 1)
In the above equation, SPS represents a comprehensive evaluation index for purchase conversion rate and return rate, and SR is not equal to 0. When SR is 0, SPS is the sum of ST and PT.
The formula shows that the sum of ST and PT is required to be considered for purchasing the conversion rate, not only a single index, but also the influence on SR is required to be considered for the promotion of ST and PT, even though SR promotion is not necessarily negative, as long as the promotion rate of ST + PT is greater than that of SR, the comprehensive index is promoted to a good aspect, otherwise, the comprehensive index is developed to a bad direction.
The ST and the PT are recorded separately because the index PT has independent existence significance, and the PT is another advantage brought by virtual fitting, and has stronger attraction to merchants compared with the ST, so that the occupation ratio of the PT is increased as much as possible while the sum of the ST + PT is increased.
In step 407, if the collocation success rate is greater than the predetermined fourth threshold, outputting the preset fourth information.
In this embodiment, the matching power obtained in step 406 is used to measure the purchase conversion rate, and if the matching success rate is greater than a predetermined fourth threshold, preset fourth information is output. The preset fourth information may be information for characterizing that the order conversion rate is expected.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, the collocation success rate corresponds to a preset sixth weight; and the method further comprises: determining a third weighted sum of the browsing quantity of the article pictures of a single user in unit time, the matching quantity of the article pictures of the single user in unit time, the browsing quantity of the stores of the single user in unit time, the cross store matching success rate and the matching success rate; and if the third weighted sum is larger than a preset fifth threshold value, outputting preset fifth information. The preset fifth information may be information for characterizing that the target application achieves the expected operational effect. Therefore, the business operation effect of the comprehensive evaluation virtual fitting can be expressed by the following functions:
e ═ K1 × SPM + K2 × DPM + K3 × HPM + K4 × PT + K5 × SPS (formula 2)
In the above formula, E represents the overall effect of the virtual fitting business operation, K1-K5 are weights of overall contributions of each operation index, the value ranges of K1-K5 are (0-1), if a single item is not concerned in the overall effect, the weight is 0, if 100% of the overall effect is concerned in the single item, the weight is 1, if 50% is concerned in the single item, the weight is 0.5, and so on. The larger the score of E, the better the commercial operation of the virtual fitting, and vice versa.
As can be seen from fig. 4, compared with the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, the flow 400 of the method for outputting information in the present embodiment highlights the step of correcting the collocation success rate. Therefore, the scheme described in the embodiment can more accurately evaluate the use effect of the target application.
With further reference to fig. 5, as an implementation of the methods shown in the above-mentioned figures, the present application provides an embodiment of an apparatus for outputting information, which corresponds to the method embodiment shown in fig. 2, and which is particularly applicable to various electronic devices.
