(1) The mobile phone 5 is used for collecting an image of the appearance of the whole packaging material 1, a distribution image of the glitter powder 7 and texture images of the whole texture area 2 and the sub-texture area 3, identifying the two-dimensional code 4 and sending the information to the server 6;
(2) The server 6 analyzes (reversely calculates) texture image information of the sub-texture area 3 and distribution image information of the glitter powder 7 according to the acquired two-dimensional code 4, compares the texture image information with the texture image of the sub-texture area 3 acquired in the step (1) and the distribution image of the glitter powder 7, and enters the step (3) if the texture image information is completely consistent with the distribution image of the glitter powder 7, and judges that the commodity is false and ends if the texture image information is inconsistent with the distribution image of the glitter powder;
(3) Judging whether the texture image of the texture area 2 acquired in the step (1) is completely consistent with the texture image of the texture area 2 stored in the server 6, if so, entering the step (4), otherwise, judging that the commodity is false, and ending;
(4) And (3) matching the appearance image of the packaging material 1 acquired in the step (1) with the corresponding distribution image of the glitter powder 7, the texture area 2 and the texture image of the sub-texture area 3, judging whether the appearance image of the packaging material 1 acquired again is matched with the distribution image of the glitter powder 7, the texture area 2 and the texture image of the sub-texture area 3 or not when the distribution image of the glitter powder 7, the texture area 2 and the texture image of the sub-texture area 3 request fake verification again, if yes, judging true, otherwise judging that the commodity is fake, and ending.

Claims (1)
1. An anti-counterfeiting method based on texture image features and random glitter powder by utilizing an anti-counterfeiting system is characterized by comprising the following specific steps of:
(1) Acquiring an image of the appearance of the whole packaging material, a distribution image of glitter powder and texture images of the whole texture area and the sub-texture area by using a handheld client device, identifying a two-dimensional code, and sending the information to a server;
(2) The server analyzes texture image information of the sub-texture areas and distribution image information of the glitter powder according to the acquired two-dimensional codes, compares the texture image information of the sub-texture areas and the distribution image information of the glitter powder acquired in the step (1), and if the texture image information of the sub-texture areas and the distribution image information of the glitter powder are completely consistent, enters the step (3), and if the texture image information of the sub-texture areas and the distribution image information of the glitter powder are inconsistent, judges that a commodity is false and ends;
(3) Judging whether the texture image of the texture area acquired in the step (1) is completely consistent with the texture image of the texture area stored in the server, if so, entering the step (4), otherwise, judging that the commodity is false, and ending;
(4) Matching the appearance image of the packaging material acquired in the step (1) with corresponding glitter powder distribution images, texture areas and sub-texture area texture images, judging whether the appearance image of the packaging material acquired again is matched with the glitter powder distribution images, the texture areas and the sub-texture area texture images or not when the glitter powder distribution images, the texture areas and the sub-texture area texture images request fake verification again, judging true if yes, otherwise judging that the commodity is fake, and ending;
The anti-counterfeiting system comprises an anti-counterfeiting characteristic unit and an anti-counterfeiting identification unit, wherein the main body of the anti-counterfeiting characteristic unit is a commodity packaging material, a texture area is arranged on the packaging material, a transparent protective shell is covered above the texture area, the transparent protective shell is bonded with the packaging material through fragile paper, and glitter powder which is randomly distributed is adhered to the surface of the fragile paper; the texture area comprises a plurality of sub-texture areas with random positions, shapes or areas and texture differences, a frame is drawn around any random sub-texture area, and two-dimensional codes corresponding to the sub-texture area information and the distribution image information of the glitter powder are printed on one side of the texture area in an inkjet mode; the anti-counterfeiting identification unit comprises a handheld client device which is used for collecting an image of the appearance of the packaging material, a glitter powder distribution image, a whole texture area and a texture image of the sub-texture area and identifying a two-dimensional code, and the handheld client device is in wireless communication with the server;
the handheld client device is a mobile phone;
the texture area is ground glass;
the random distribution of the glitter powder comprises random characteristic information of the shape, color and position of each glitter powder;
the transparent protective shell is made of any one of PC, PMMA, PS, PET, PETG, SAN, MS, MBS, PES, TPX, HEMA, EFP, PVF, EP, PF, AS, BS, transparent PP or transparent PA;
The bottom of the texture area is provided with a shell, an anti-magnetic interference device, a temperature control device, a positioning device, a position information memory, a warning device, a power supply and a charging device are arranged in the shell, and flexible materials are filled among the components;
the anti-counterfeiting system further comprises a fixing device and a self-destruction device, wherein the fixing device is used for realizing connection between the texture area and the commodity packaging material, and the self-destruction device is automatically started when the fixing device is displaced or damaged so as to cause at least one of the following results: the texture area is damaged by human eyes; and/or sending anti-counterfeiting failure information to a server;
the manufacturing method of the anti-counterfeiting system comprises the following steps:
(A) Acquiring texture image information of a texture area and sending the texture image information to a server for storage;
(B) Randomly drawing a closed frame with random positions, shapes or areas in a texture area, forming a sub-texture area in the frame, collecting texture image information of the sub-texture area and distribution image information of glitter powder, calculating by a server to generate corresponding two-dimensional codes, and performing ink-jet printing on one side of the texture area;
in the step (B), the two-dimensional code is generated by adopting a combination algorithm of an SM3 hash algorithm and one or more of the following algorithms: RC4 algorithm, and/or B-M algorithm, and/or MD5 algorithm, and/or A5 algorithm, and/or SEAL algorithm.
