As shown in fig. 7, in order to improve the connection firmness, the metal plate 12 is provided with a slight gradient, so that when the short side 9 of the L-shaped metal sheet 8 is twisted, the connection between the metal frame 3 and the PCB circuit board 11 is provided with a slight pressure, and the slight pressure can cause the micro deformation of the plastic frame 6 due to the existence of the plastic frame 6, so that the firmness of the metal frame 3 buckled on the PCB circuit board 1 is ensured, and the liquid crystal screen 2 is not damaged.
It should be noted that in the embodiment of the present invention, the liquid crystal screen 2 may be a liquid crystal display, an LED display or an OLED display, and of course, an OLED display may be selected for better display effect and adaptation to severe environments.
In order to facilitate driving the lcd 2, a driving integrated circuit is usually required, in this embodiment, the driving integrated circuit is printed on the back surface of the PCB circuit board 1, the lcd 2 is connected to the driving integrated circuit through a flat cable 13, and the driving integrated circuit is connected to the PCB circuit through the flat cable 13.
In order to facilitate the connection of the display module of the present invention with external equipment or a base and improve the vibration resistance thereof, one end of the back surface of the PCB circuit board 1 is provided with pins 14 for communication connection and bolt holes for fixing, and the metal frame 3 at the end opposite to the pins 14 is provided with an elastic plate 16, and rigid connection of the glass assembly (including the liquid crystal screen 2, the heating glass 15 and the backlight assembly 17) with the external equipment or the base is reduced by the elastic plate 16, thereby greatly improving the vibration resistance of the display module of the present invention.
