Technical Field
The invention relates to an ultrasonic phased array automatic detection system for a U-rib welding seam of a steel box girder, and belongs to the technical field of ultrasonic phased array detection.
Background
The orthotropic steel bridge deck is widely used in the process of constructing a large-span steel structure bridge, but due to the influence of vehicle load and structural stress concentration, various weld cracking phenomena caused by fatigue, particularly U-rib welds, occur occasionally, and the direct reason for the phenomenon is the effective penetration of the U-rib welds and the quality inside the welds.
At present, magnetic powder detection is mainly adopted for nondestructive detection of U-rib welding seams in steel bridge manufacturing standards (such as 'railway steel bridge manufacturing specification' Q/CR9211-2015 and 'highway bridge and culvert construction technical specification' JTG/T F50-2011) at home and abroad. As is known, magnetic powder inspection can only detect defects on the surface and near the surface of a weld joint, and cannot detect defects inside the weld joint. The thickness of a U rib plate used at present in China is usually 10mm, the fusion depth is usually required to be not less than 80% of the thickness of the U rib plate in a design file, and the overproof defect is not allowed in the fusion depth range. The conventional ultrasonic flaw detection is used for measuring the penetration rate of the U-rib welding seam with great difficulty. In recent years, the ultrasonic phased array is widely used for detecting the U-rib welding seam, but manual operation is still adopted, so that the labor intensity is high, and the detection efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of high labor intensity, low detection efficiency and the like of manual operation in the conventional U-rib welding seam phased array detection, and provides an automatic U-rib welding seam ultrasonic phased array detection system.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an ultrasonic phased array automatic detection system for a U-rib welding seam of a steel box girder comprises a phased array host system, an ultrasonic phased array probe, a crawler, a scanning frame and a hydropower supply operation vehicle; wherein,
the creeper is a wheel-type creeper and is arranged at the top of the U rib; the crawler is provided with an encoder which provides position information;
the scanning frame is arranged on the crawler and comprises a fixed arm beam and two movable arms; the two movable arms are arranged at two ends of the fixed arm beam and are respectively arranged on the outer sides of two side walls of the U rib through limiting wheels; the two movable arms are respectively provided with an ultrasonic phased array probe connected with the ultrasonic phased array flaw detector and a coupling liquid output unit connected with the water supply pump;
the crawler is driven by the power supply battery to drive the ultrasonic phased array probe on the scanning frame to automatically detect welding defects in the U-rib welding seam of the steel box girder and transmit detection data to the phased array host system in real time, and automatic coupling is implemented through coupling liquid sprayed out by the coupling liquid output unit in the detection process.
Preferably, the coupling liquid output unit is a phased array probe wedge, the phased array probe wedge is provided with a plurality of coupling liquid output small holes, the coupling liquid is uniformly sprayed out under the power of the water pump, and coupling is formed between the phased array probe wedge and the U-shaped rib.
Preferably, the scanning frame is provided with a mechanical limiting device and a probe loading arm on the two movable arms respectively, so that the distance between the ultrasonic phased array probe and the position of the weld to be detected is constant.
Preferably, the scanning frame is adjustable in position on the crawler along the crawling direction.
Preferably, the crawler has two driving wheels and two driven wheels, one of which is provided as an encoder output wheel.
Preferably, the water supply pump and the power supply battery are mounted on a hydroelectric supply operating vehicle.
Preferably, the power supply battery comprises a storage battery for supplying power to the water pump and the crawler.

The present invention is further described with reference to the following drawings, which are not meant to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in figure 1, the ultrasonic phased array automatic detection system for the U-rib welding seam of the steel box girder comprises a phased array host system 1, an ultrasonic phased array probe 9, a crawler 2, a scanning frame 3 and a hydropower supply operation vehicle 12.
The crawler 2 is a wheel-type crawler and is arranged at the top of the U rib 4; the crawler is provided with an encoder which provides position information. The scanning frame 3 is arranged on the crawler 2 and comprises a fixed arm beam 5 and two movable arms 6; two movable arms 6 are arranged at two ends of the fixed arm beam 5 and are respectively arranged at the outer sides of two side walls of the U-shaped rib 4 through limiting wheels 7; the two movable arms 6 are respectively provided with an ultrasonic phased array probe 9 connected with the ultrasonic phased array flaw detector and a coupling liquid output unit 8 connected with a water supply pump. The crawler 2 is driven by a power supply battery to drive the ultrasonic phased array probe 9 on the scanning frame 3 to automatically detect the welding defects in the U-rib welding seam of the steel box girder and transmit detection data to the phased array host system 1 in real time, and automatic coupling is implemented through coupling liquid sprayed out by the coupling liquid output unit 8 in the detection process.
Wherein a water supply pump, a water tank, a power supply battery and the like are all arranged on the hydroelectric supply operating vehicle 12. The water tank and the water supply pump are mainly used for storing and continuously inputting a water source into a gap between the coupling liquid output unit and the surface of the workpiece under the action of the water supply pump during detection, so that the coupling effect is ensured; the power supply battery mainly provides power for the crawler and the water pump.
In the invention, as shown in fig. 1, a mechanical limiting device 14 and a probe loading arm 13 are respectively arranged on two movable arms 6 of a scanning frame 3, so that the distance from an ultrasonic phased array probe to a position of a weld joint to be detected is constant, and the ultrasonic phased array probe is driven by a motor to linearly move along a U-shaped rib at a constant and stable speed. The coupling liquid output unit 8 is a phased array probe wedge block made of organic materials, the phased array probe wedge block is provided with a plurality of coupling liquid output small holes, the coupling liquid is uniformly sprayed out under the power of a water pump, and coupling is formed between the phased array probe wedge block and the U-shaped ribs.
In the invention, as shown in fig. 1, the crawler 2 may be a wheel-type crawler having two driving wheels 10 and two driven wheels 11 (1 of which may be set as an encoder output wheel), the fixed beam 5 of the scanning frame is arranged on the crawler, and the position of the fixed beam 5 of the scanning frame on the crawler 2 along the crawling direction is adjustable, so that adjustable blind-corner-free scanning may be performed by welding in the U-rib weld of the steel box girder.
The phased array host system 1 can preset a U-rib welding seam ultrasonic phased array detection process, can be called at any time, and can store detection data; the phased array host computer comprises a remote control unit, supports a remote desktop, supports large-capacity data storage, and can record original phased array data of a 20m long welding seam at one time.
Claims (7)
1. An ultrasonic phased array automatic detection system for a U-rib welding seam of a steel box girder is characterized by comprising a phased array host system, an ultrasonic phased array probe, a crawler, a scanning frame and a hydropower supply operation vehicle; wherein,
the creeper is a wheel-type creeper and is arranged at the top of the U rib; the crawler is provided with an encoder which provides position information;
the scanning frame is arranged on the crawler and comprises a fixed arm beam and two movable arms; the two movable arms are arranged at two ends of the fixed arm beam and are respectively arranged on the outer sides of two side walls of the U rib through limiting wheels; the two movable arms are respectively provided with an ultrasonic phased array probe connected with the ultrasonic phased array flaw detector and a coupling liquid output unit connected with the water supply pump;
the crawler is driven by the power supply battery to drive the ultrasonic phased array probe on the scanning frame to automatically detect welding defects in the U-rib welding seam of the steel box girder and transmit detection data to the phased array host system in real time, and automatic coupling is implemented through coupling liquid sprayed out by the coupling liquid output unit in the detection process.

The ultrasonic phased array automatic detection system for the U-rib welding seam of the steel box girder according to claim 1, wherein the coupling liquid output unit is a phased array probe wedge block, the phased array probe wedge block is provided with a plurality of coupling liquid output small holes, the coupling liquid is uniformly sprayed out under the power of a water pump, and coupling is formed between the phased array probe wedge block and the U-rib.

The ultrasonic phased array automatic detection system for the U-rib weld of the steel box girder according to claim 1, wherein the scanning frame is provided with a mechanical limiting device and a probe loading arm on two movable arms respectively, so that the distance from the ultrasonic phased array probe to the position of the weld to be detected is ensured to be constant.
4. The ultrasonic phased array automatic detection system for the U-rib weld of the steel box girder according to claim 1, wherein the position of the scanning frame on the crawler along the crawling direction is adjustable.
5. The ultrasonic phased array automatic detection system for the U-rib welding seam of the steel box girder as recited in claim 1, wherein the crawler is provided with two driving wheels and two driven wheels, and one driven wheel is set as an encoder output wheel.
6. The ultrasonic phased array automatic detection system for the U-rib welding seam of the steel box girder according to claim 1, wherein the water supply pump and the power supply battery are arranged on a hydropower supply operation vehicle.
7. The ultrasonic phased array automatic detection system for the U-rib welding seam of the steel box girder according to claim 1, wherein the power supply battery comprises a storage battery for supplying power to a water pump and a crawler.
