Detailed Description
The technical scheme provided by the invention is described in more detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 9.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a combustion chamber head assembly structure, including a combustion chamber head 1 and a connection member 2 for fixing with a flame tube 3, the combustion chamber head 1 being connected with the connection member 2 and the combustion chamber head 1 having a rotation gap in a circumferential direction thereof.
After the combustion chamber head 1 is in place, the combustion chamber head 1 cannot be separated from the connecting member 2, but the combustion chamber head 1 can have a certain rotational margin with respect to the connecting member 2. There are various ways of realizing that the combustion chamber head 1 is connected with the connecting member 2 and that the combustion chamber head 1 can have a certain rotation range with respect to the connecting member 2, one way is to rotatably connect the combustion chamber head 1 with the connecting member 2, but a rotation limiting structure is provided to limit the rotation range thereof. Alternatively, a plug-in fitting structure is provided in the radial direction of the combustion chamber head 1 and the connecting part 2, which has a certain installation gap that enables the combustion chamber head 1 to have a rotational range around its own circumferential direction.
In this embodiment, the connection between the combustion chamber head 1 and the connecting member 2 is achieved by the following structure. Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the connection part 2 includes a connection member 21, a head adapter 22, and a limiting member 24, and the combustion chamber head 1 is rotatably connected to the connection member 21. The head adapter 22 is connected to the connector 21, and the limiting member 24 is used to limit the rotation range of the combustion chamber head 1 relative to the connector 21. The limiting member 24 is provided to the connector 21. In this embodiment, the limiting member 24 is fixed to the head adapter 24, and the limiting member 24 is detachably connected to the connecting member.
According to the combustion chamber head assembly structure provided by the technical scheme, the combustion chamber head 1 is rotatably connected with the connecting piece 21, and the limiting parts 24 for limiting the combustion chamber head 1 are arranged separately, so that the structure of each part is easier to process and manufacture.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 5, the edge of the combustion chamber head 1 is provided with a protrusion 11 away from the center of the combustion chamber head 1, the connection member 21 is provided with a groove 23, and the protrusion 11 of the combustion chamber head 1 is provided in the groove 23.
The boss 11 protrudes in a direction away from the center of the combustion chamber head 1, i.e., to the outside of the combustion chamber head 1, the boss 11 can be easily fitted into the groove 23, and the boss 11 can rotate in the groove 23 with the axis of the combustion chamber head 1 as the rotation center. The boss 11 serves to be embedded in the connector 21 and to limit the range of rotation of the combustion chamber head 1.
Referring to fig. 4, the structure of the stopper 24 is described below. The limiting member 24 includes a rod extending into the groove 23, and the rod is disposed in pairs on both sides of the boss 11 in the circumferential direction of the combustion chamber head 1.
One pair of rods, namely two rods, limit one protruding part 11, and if a plurality of protruding parts 11 are arranged at the edge of the combustion chamber head 1, a plurality of pairs of rods can be arranged; of course, in the case of having a plurality of bosses 11, a pair of bars may be provided on both sides in the circumferential direction of one of the bosses 11, or on the Zhou Xiangshan side of a part of the bosses 11.
In this embodiment, two protrusions 11 are provided on the edge of the combustion chamber head 1, but only a pair of bars are provided to limit the rotation range of the protrusions 11. The number of the protruding portions 11 is greater than 1, and the protruding portions 11 may be uniformly distributed or asymmetrically distributed, and the protruding portions 11 are not limited to the distribution manner shown in fig. 3.
The manner in which the combustion chamber head 1 is connected to the boss 11 is described below. The boss 11 is integral with or removably connected to the combustion chamber head 1. In this embodiment, the boss 11 is integrated with the combustion chamber head 1, so that the number of installation steps can be reduced, and the integration level of the assembly structure of the combustion chamber head can be improved. It will be appreciated that the boss 11 may be removably connected to the chamber head 1, such as by having the boss 11 and chamber head 1 separate components, and by having the boss 11 mounted in the recess 23 and then having the boss 11 removably connected to the chamber head 1. This embodiment also enables the connection between the combustion chamber head 1 and the connecting member 2.
As described above, the head adapter 22 includes a rod for restricting the rotation of the combustion chamber head 1 while connecting the connecting member 21 and the head adapter 22. Fig. 4 shows a structural distribution of the bars of the head changeover section 22, the number of bars being equal to or greater than 2. To limit the rotation of the combustion chamber head 1, it may be arranged on both sides of one boss 11 or on a single side of several bosses 11 may be selected. To ensure the fixation of the head adapter 22 to the connecting piece 21, the rod can also be arranged separately in a position other than the above-mentioned position. The bars are not limited to the distribution shown in fig. 4.
Referring to fig. 5, the connector 21 includes a recess 23 and a hole 26; the groove 23 is used for installing the combustion chamber head 1 and is matched with the bulge 11; the hole 26 is used for connecting the connecting piece 21 with the head adapter section 22, and is matched with the rod piece. Fig. 5 shows a construction of the connecting piece 21 with its hole 26 matching the bar shown in fig. 4 and with the groove 23 matching the boss 11 shown in fig. 3.
The assembly process of the combustion chamber head assembly structure is as follows: the boss 11 on the combustion chamber head 1 is aligned with the groove 23 on the connector 21, and after the combustion chamber head 1 is placed in the connector 21, the combustion chamber head 1 rotates in the connector 21, so that the boss on the combustion chamber head 1 is located between the holes 26 on the connector 21, and the position of the combustion chamber head 1 is primarily determined, as shown in fig. 6. The rod member of the head adapter 22 passes through the hole 26 of the connecting member 21 provided with the combustion chamber head 1 to limit the rotation range of the combustion chamber head 1, and the connecting member 21 is fixed to the head adapter 22 by a nut, as shown in fig. 7 to 9.
Referring to fig. 8, further, in order to facilitate the installation of the combustion chamber head 1 and the connection member 21, the connection member 21 further includes a notch 25 communicating with the groove 23, and the boss 11 is installed into the groove 23 via the notch 25. The number and distribution of the indentations 25 are such that the mounting requirements of the protrusions 11 are met.
In this embodiment, the head adapter 22 is detachably connected to the connecting member 21 by a rod. The rod piece plays a role in limiting the rotation range of the protruding part 11 and detachably connecting the connecting piece 21 with the head adapter section 22, so that the number of parts is simplified, and the assembly structure of the head of the combustion chamber is lighter.
It will be appreciated that the head adapter 22 may be detachably connected to the connector 21 using other separate structures.
The combustion chamber head assembly structure provided by the present embodiment is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 shows the position of a combustion chamber head assembly structure in a combustion chamber. The combustion chamber head assembly is housed inside the casing 4 at the upstream inlet of the flame tube 3. FIG. 2 shows the composition of the combustion chamber head assembly structure: it comprises a head adapter section 22, a connecting piece 21 and a combustion chamber head 1. The combustion chamber head 1 is inserted into a connecting piece 21, and the connecting piece 21 is connected to a head adapter 22.
A circumferential groove 23 is formed on one side of the connecting piece 21, and the structural size of the circumferential groove is matched with that of the protruding part 11 of the combustion chamber head 1, so that the protruding part 11 of the combustion chamber head 1 can be installed in the groove 23 of the connecting piece 21, after the protruding part 11 is installed in place, the combustion chamber head 1 is embedded into the connecting piece 21 and cannot be separated, and the combustion chamber head 1 can rotate by a certain amount relative to the connecting piece 21, and particularly, the rotation amount of the combustion chamber head 1 is limited by a limiting part 24. Specifically, the holes 26 are formed at the corresponding positions of the two side end surfaces of the connecting piece 21, and the limiting component 24 is matched with the size of the structure of the holes 26, so that the limiting component 24 can pass through the holes 26 on the connecting piece 21. The limiting component 24 of the head adapter section 22 is installed in the opening 26 on the connecting piece 21, and the limiting component 24 limits the position of the protruding part 11 of the combustion chamber head 1, so that the combustion chamber head 1 has a certain rotatable amount in the circumferential direction. The end of the limiting member 24 is threaded, and the assembly structure is fixed by tightening a nut.
According to the technical scheme, the head is installed and rotated to be limited mainly through the structures of the protruding portion 11, the groove 23, the limiting component 24 and the like, the non-detachable connection mode such as welding is not adopted, and after assembly is completed, the detachable type burner has good detachability, and replacement of the burner head 1 can be achieved simply and conveniently. When the combustion chamber head 1 is damaged, the combustion chamber head 1 can be repaired after being replaced, so that the repair of the whole flame tube 3 is avoided, the repair cost is reduced, and the economic benefit is improved.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a combustion chamber, including a combustion chamber head assembly structure provided by any one of the aspects of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the combustion chamber includes a casing 4, a flame tube 3 provided inside the casing 4, and a combustion chamber head assembly structure mounted to the flame tube 3. The combustion chamber head assembly structure includes a combustion chamber head 1 and a connecting member 2. In this embodiment, the connection member 2 specifically includes a connection member 21 and a head adapter 22.
The casing 4 forms an air flow channel of the combustion chamber as part of the engine's bearing system. The flame tube 3 is a place where combustion chemical reaction is performed, and is a heated structure. The combustion chamber head 1 is used for providing a stable combustion area to ensure that the combustion performance requirement is met, and the head adapter section 22 is used for connecting the inner ring and the outer ring of the flame tube 3 and installing the combustion chamber head 1.
The combustion chamber provided by the technical scheme realizes reliable assembly of the head and the flame tube 3 and has good detachability.
In this embodiment, the connecting member 2 is welded to the flame tube 3.

the connecting part (2) comprises a connecting piece (21), a head adapter section (22) and a limiting part (24); the combustion chamber head (1) is rotatably connected with the connecting piece (21), the head switching section (22) is connected with the connecting piece (21), and the limiting component (24) is arranged on the connecting piece (21) and used for limiting the rotation range of the combustion chamber head (1) relative to the connecting piece (21);
the edge of the combustion chamber head (1) is provided with a protruding portion (11) far away from the center of the combustion chamber head (1), the connecting piece (21) is provided with a groove (23), and the protruding portion (11) of the combustion chamber head (1) is arranged in the groove (23).
