the dirt collecting unit comprises a dirt collecting basket which is placed on the ground right below the dirt releasing hook (9);
the control unit is respectively connected with a pressure sensor of the trash rack pressure measurement unit, a motor controller and a hydraulic controller of the trash rack working unit, a telescopic oil cylinder is arranged in the telescopic trash rack (8), and the telescopic oil cylinder and the oil cylinder (13) are connected with a hydraulic pump through oil way pipelines; the hydraulic pump is connected with the hydraulic controller through a circuit, and the motor is connected with the motor controller through a circuit; according to the measured value of the pressure sensor, the control unit sends an instruction to the motor controller, controls the switch of the motor and the forward and reverse rotation of the motor, and sends the instruction to the hydraulic controller, the hydraulic controller controls the telescopic oil cylinder and the oil cylinder (13) to stretch, and the telescopic oil cylinder controls the telescopic dirt cleaning arm (8) to stretch;
the two ends of the cross beam (4) are fixedly connected with the upper end of the rail groove (3), the two ends of the bottom beam (1) are fixedly connected with the lower end of the rail groove (3), the cross beam (4) is vertical to the rail groove (3), and the bottom beam (1) is vertical to the rail groove (3);

starting a telescopic trash removal arm (8), wherein the telescopic trash removal arm (8) stretches or shortens to drive a trash removal hook (9) to move to a proper height corresponding to a trash rack (2), starting an oil cylinder (13), retracting the oil cylinder (13) to drive the telescopic trash removal arm (8) to rotate around a movable hinge (12), and driving the trash removal hook (9) to move to the trash rack (2) to enable the trash removal hook (9) to hook the trash on the trash rack (2);
then the telescopic cleaning arm (8) shortens and drives the cleaning hook (9) to move upwards, and drives the dirt to ascend to a designated height together, and the telescopic cleaning arm (8) shortens and stops;
then the motor is restarted, the motor output shaft reversely rotates with the previous direction and drives an input shaft in a gear box (5) to reversely rotate through a coupler, the input shaft reversely rotates and drives an output shaft (10) to reversely rotate through a transmission gear, the output shaft (10) reversely rotates and drives a gear (6) to reversely rotate on a rack (7), the gear box (5) is driven to reversely move on a cross beam (4) along the cross beam (4) in parallel, a connecting plate (11), a telescopic cleaning arm (8) and a cleaning hook (9) are driven to reversely move in parallel along the length direction of the cross beam (4) until the telescopic cleaning arm (8) and the cleaning hook (9) move out of the position of a trash rack (2) below the cross beam (4) and move to the upper part of a trash collecting basket of a trash collecting unit, and the motor is stopped;
