Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 26, the high-strength steel member thermal spraying corrosion prevention complete set tool comprises a thermal spraying chamber sub-tool, an ineffective atomized particle dust removal sub-tool, a flat car seal sub-tool, an indoor track seal sub-tool, a track sub-tool for transporting a member to be thermally sprayed and a non-spraying area shielding sub-tool, wherein the thermal spraying chamber sub-tool comprises a thermal spraying chamber 1 and a thermal spraying chamber passage door 9, the thermal spraying chamber passage door 9 is rotatably connected to one end of the thermal spraying chamber 1, a dust removal pipeline air suction port and a power line passage port are arranged on a wall body on one side of the thermal spraying chamber 1, a power line 7 is arranged in the power line passage port, a dustproof, soundproof and breathable window 13 is arranged on a wall body on the other side of the thermal spraying chamber 1, a lighting lamp 8 is arranged at the indoor top of the thermal spraying chamber 1, a thermal spraying device 5 is arranged on one indoor side of the thermal spraying chamber 1, and a thermal spraying pipeline 6 is connected to the thermal spraying device 5, the dust absorption pipeline air suction inlet is used for orderly removing invalid atomized particles in the thermal spraying chamber 1, the power line passage opening is used for enabling a power line 7 outside the thermal spraying chamber 1 to enter the thermal spraying chamber 1, the lighting lamp 8 is used for lighting during thermal spraying work in the closed thermal spraying chamber 1, meanwhile, the lighting lamp 8 has an explosion-proof function, the dustproof and soundproof ventilation window 13 is used for enabling air outside the thermal spraying chamber 1 to enter the thermal spraying chamber 1, air flowing in the thermal spraying chamber 1 is kept during work of a dust removal system, a surrounding material outside the thermal spraying chamber 1 is made of a light material with good soundproof and fireproof performances, the dust absorption pipeline air suction inlet and the power line passage opening are sealed by a flexible fireproof blanket, the thermal spraying chamber 1 is kept in a closed state after a thermal spraying chamber passage door 9 is closed, the invalid atomized particles are prevented from leaking out of the thermal spraying chamber 1, and the invalid atomized particles can be only limited in the thermal spraying chamber 1 through the design of a thermal spraying chamber tool, the orderly removal is performed by a dust removal system and does not spread out of the thermal spray booth 1, and the thermal spray booth access door 9 is used for carrying the steel member 48 to be thermally sprayed into and out of the thermal spray booth 1.
The ineffective atomized particle dust removal sub-tool is fixed on one side of the thermal spraying chamber 1, the ineffective atomized particle dust removal sub-tool comprises a dust removal pipeline 2, a dust removal fan 3 and a dust remover 4, the dust removal pipeline 2 is connected with a dust removal pipeline air suction inlet, the dust removal fan 3 is connected in the dust removal pipeline 2, the dust remover 4 is fixedly connected to the end part of the dust removal pipeline 2, the dust removal fan 3 and the dust remover 4 have an electric appliance explosion-proof function and have sealing performance, the ineffective atomized particles are prevented from leaking out of the dust removal sub-tool, the ineffective atomized particle dust removal sub-tool is used for orderly removing the ineffective atomized particles generated in the thermal spraying working process in the thermal spraying chamber 1, and meanwhile, the ineffective atomized particles are convenient to collect through the work of the dust remover 4 and are recycled.
The track sub-tool for carrying the components to be thermally sprayed comprises an outdoor track 11, an indoor track 17, a movable track 12 and a track butt joint device 10, wherein the two indoor tracks 17 are arranged in a thermal spraying chamber 1 in parallel, the indoor track 17 is connected with the outdoor track 11 through the movable track 12, the movable track 12 is respectively connected with the indoor track 17 and the outdoor track 11 through the track butt joint device 10, the track butt joint device 10 comprises a track butt joint device clamp plate 39, a track butt joint device connecting plate 40 and a track butt joint device lug plate 41, track butt joint bolt holes are respectively formed in the indoor track 17 and the outdoor track 11, the track butt joint device clamp plate 39 and the track butt joint device lug plate 41 are integrally formed, and a track butt joint device clamp plate fixing bolt 42 penetrates through the track butt joint device clamp plate 39 and the track butt joint bolt holes to realize the fixed connection of the track butt joint device clamp plate 39 with the indoor track 17 and the outdoor track 11, the rail butt joint device connecting plate 40 is respectively connected with the rail butt joint device lug plates 41 on two sides through rail butt joint device pins 43, firstly, the rail butt joint device clamping plates 39 and the rail butt joint device lug plates 41 are respectively fixed with the outdoor rail 11 and the indoor rail 17 through rail butt joint device clamping plate fixing bolts 42, then, the rail butt joint device connecting plate 40 is connected with the rail butt joint device lug plates 41 through the rail butt joint device pins 43, in the process that the flat car is moved in and out of the thermal spraying chamber 1, the movable rail 12 needs to be temporarily placed, before the thermal spraying work is carried out, the movable rail 12 is temporarily removed and the thermal spraying chamber channel door 9 is closed, a rail conveying tool for a thermal spraying component is used for ensuring the normal operation of the flat car, the outdoor rail 11 and the indoor rail 17 are permanently fixed, the movable rail 12 is arranged to meet the rotation opening and closing of the thermal spraying chamber channel door 9 and ensure the sealing of the thermal spraying chamber 1, the setting place and the length of the movable rail 12 are determined according to the position of the thermal spraying chamber 1 and the requirement that the thermal spraying chamber access door 9 is normally rotated to be closed and opened, the movable rail 12 is favorable for improving the sealing performance of the thermal spraying chamber 1, and the movable rail is simple in structure, economical and practical.
An indoor track sealing sub-tool is installed on an indoor track 17 and used for protecting the indoor track 17 from being adhered by ineffective atomized particles, the indoor track sealing sub-tool consists of an outer dustproof cover 14, an inner dustproof cover 15 and a dustproof cover butt joint sealing device 16, the outer dustproof cover 14 is arranged on two sides of the indoor track 17, the inner dustproof cover 15 is arranged on an exposed section between the two outer dustproof covers 14 on the indoor track 17, the outer dustproof cover 14 is connected with the inner dustproof cover 15 in a butt joint mode, the inner dustproof cover 15 is connected with a flat car track sealing device 24 in a butt joint mode, the outer dustproof cover 14 is connected with the flat car track sealing device 24 in a butt joint mode through the dustproof cover butt joint sealing device 16, the dustproof cover butt joint sealing device 16 is matched with the flat car track sealing device 24, and the dustproof cover butt joint sealing device 16 is used for connecting the outer dustproof cover 14 with the inner dustproof cover 15 in a butt joint mode, And sealing protection is carried out between the butt joint of the inner dustproof cover 15, between the butt joint of the inner dustproof cover 15 and the sealing device 24 at the position of the flat car track and between the butt joint of the outer dustproof cover 14 and the sealing device 24 at the position of the flat car track.
The inner side dust cap 15 comprises an inner side dust cap cylinder 28, a dust cap sealing blanket 30 and a dust cap inner end sealing device 29, the dust cap sealing blanket 30 is fixedly connected with the inner side dust cap cylinder 28 through a dust cap sealing blanket fixing member 31, the dust cap inner end sealing device 29 comprises a dust cap inner end sealing device inner cylinder 32 and a dust cap inner end sealing device outer cylinder 33, the dust cap inner end sealing device inner cylinder 32 and the dust cap inner end sealing device outer cylinder 33 are assembled into a whole, the dust cap inner end sealing device 29 is matched with the dust cap butt sealing device 16, the dust cap butt sealing device 16 comprises a dust cap butt sealing device outer cylinder 36, a dust cap butt sealing device inner tooth 37 and a dust cap butt sealing device sealing blanket 38, the dust cap butt sealing device sealing blanket 38 is fixedly connected with the dust cap butt sealing device outer cylinder 36 through the dust cap sealing blanket fixing member 31, the outer teeth 33 of the sealing device at the inner end of the dust cover are meshed with the inner teeth 37 of the sealing device for abutting joint of the dust cover, the sealing blanket 30 of the dust cover is used for sealing the gap between the barrel 28 of the dust cover at the inner side and the ground, the sealing functional requirement is met through meshing of the outer teeth 33 of the sealing device at the inner end of the dust cover and the inner teeth 37 of the sealing device for abutting joint of the dust cover, and the sealing blanket 38 of the sealing device for abutting joint of the dust cover guarantees sealing of the gap between the outer barrel 36 of the sealing device for abutting joint of the dust cover and the ground.
The outer dust-proof cover 14 comprises an outer dust-proof cover cylinder 34, a dust-proof cover sealing blanket 30, a dust-proof cover inner end sealing device 29 and a dust-proof cover outer end sealing device 35, the dust-proof cover sealing blanket 30 is fixedly connected with the outer dust-proof cover cylinder 34 through a dust-proof cover sealing blanket fixing piece 31, the dust-proof cover outer end sealing device 35 seals a hole in the outer end of the outer dust-proof cover cylinder 34, and the dust-proof cover sealing blanket 30 is used for sealing a gap between the outer dust-proof cover cylinder 34 and the ground.
The flat car frame body 20 is placed on the indoor track 17 through the flat car track wheels 19, the flat car frame body 20 is provided with a flat car seal sub-tool, the flat car seal sub-tool comprises a flat car seal blanket 18, a flat car track sealing device 24 and a flat car peripheral sealing plate 26, the flat car peripheral sealing plate 26 is connected and welded around the outer portion of the flat car frame body 20 in an end-to-end mode, a flat car seal blanket fixing bolt 23 penetrates through a flat car seal blanket clamping plate 22, the flat car seal blanket 18 and the flat car peripheral sealing plate 26 to achieve fixed connection between the flat car seal blanket 18 and the flat car peripheral sealing plate 26, a flat car seal hook 21 is arranged around the flat car frame body 20, the flat car seal blanket hook 21 is connected with the flat car seal blanket 18 through a flat car seal blanket hanging rope 27, a rectangular opening is formed in the indoor track 17 of the flat car seal blanket 18, and the rectangular opening is connected with the indoor track 17, The sealing device 24 at the flat car track is matched, the sealing device 24 at the flat car track is provided with a slotted hole 49, and the sealing device 24 at the flat car track is fixedly connected with the peripheral sealing plate 26 of the flat car by the fixing screw 25 of the sealing device at the flat car track penetrating through the slotted hole 49, the sealing blanket 18 of the flat car and the peripheral sealing plate 26 of the flat car; the flat car adopts a conventional rail type flat car and is used for carrying a steel member 48 to be thermally sprayed into and out of the thermal spraying chamber 1, a frame body 20 of the flat car is a certain distance away from the top surface of a rail, so that equipment in the flat car is exposed in a thermal spraying environment, a circle of peripheral sealing plates 26 of the flat car are additionally welded on the periphery of the outer part of the frame body 20 of the flat car, the normal movement of the flat car cannot be influenced after the peripheral sealing plates 26 of the flat car are additionally welded, the distance between the bottom of the peripheral sealing plates 26 of the flat car and the top surface of a moving rail of the flat car is h, the range of the h is 20-30 mm, and a sealing device fixing screw 25 at the rail of the flat car is used for fixing a sealing device 24 at the rail of the flat car; the flat car sealing blanket clamping plate 22 is used for fixing the flat car sealing blanket 18; arranging a certain number of flatbed sealing blanket hooks 21 on a flatbed frame body 20, hanging a retaining ring on a flatbed sealing blanket hanging rope 27 on the flatbed sealing blanket hooks 21, and lifting, laying and sealing the flatbed sealing blanket 18 off the ground through the flatbed sealing blanket hanging rope 27; the sealing device 24 at the track of the flat car is a combined device with external teeth and a fixing plate, a certain height gap is reserved between the bottom of the sealing device 24 at the track of the flat car and the ground, the height gap is larger than the thickness of a sealing blanket 18 of the flat car by 5-10 mm, a slotted hole 49 is beneficial to adjusting the vertical position of the sealing device 24 at the track of the flat car, so that the sealing blanket 18 of the flat car is tightly attached to the ground, when the sealing device is used, the sealing blanket 18 of the flat car is laid firstly, then the sealing device 24 at the track of the flat car is installed and adjusted, then the sealing device 24 at the track of the flat car is fixedly connected with a fixing screw 25 of the sealing device at the track of the flat car, and the sealing sub-tool of the flat car is used for sealing equipment inside the flat car, so that invalid atomized particles are prevented from being adhered to the equipment inside the flat car and damaging the equipment inside the flat car.
The steel member 48 to be thermally sprayed is placed on the top surface of the flat car frame body 20, a non-spraying area shielding sub-tool is installed on the steel member 48 to be thermally sprayed, the non-spraying area shielding sub-tool comprises a shielding sealing blanket 46 and a shielding sealing blanket fixing magnet 47, the steel member 48 to be thermally sprayed comprises a thermally spraying area 44 and a non-thermally spraying area 45, the shielding sealing blanket 46 is connected to the non-thermally spraying area 45 of the steel member 48 to be thermally sprayed through the shielding sealing blanket fixing magnet 47, and the shielding sealing blanket 46 is adopted to shield the non-thermally spraying area 45 before the steel member 48 to be thermally sprayed is thermally sprayed, the shielding sealing blanket 46 is temporarily fixed to the steel member to be thermally sprayed 48 by the shielding sealing blanket fixing magnet 47, the thermal spray area 44 is then subjected to a thermal spray operation, and after completion of the thermal spray operation, the masking seal blanket holding magnet 47 and masking seal blanket 46 are removed and stored for the next use.
The method for carrying out thermal spraying by using the complete tool for thermal spraying corrosion prevention of the high-strength steel member comprises the following steps:
firstly, designing a tool, and preparing equipment, parts and accessories required by the tool;
secondly, finishing the erection of the thermal spraying chamber 1;
thirdly, mounting the ineffective atomized particle dust removal sub-tool;
fourthly, finishing the flat car sealer tool and the indoor track sealer tool;
fifthly, paving the outdoor track 11 and the indoor track 17;
sixthly, thermal spraying corrosion prevention operation:
1) starting an illuminating lamp 8 of the thermal spraying chamber 1;
2) checking the flat car sealing sub-tool, if the flat car sealing blanket 18 in the flat car sealing sub-tool is not separated from the ground, adjusting a flat car sealing blanket hanging rope 27 to separate the flat car sealing blanket 18 from the ground and the top of the track;
3) the steel member 48 to be thermally sprayed is hoisted and placed on the upper part of the flat car frame body 20;
4) the non-thermal spraying area 45 on the steel member 48 to be thermally sprayed is shielded and sealed by a shielding sealing blanket 46, and the shielding sealing blanket 46 is fixed by a shielding sealing blanket fixing magnet 47;
5) mounting the movable rail 12:
firstly, installing a rail butting device clamping plate 39 with a rail butting device lug plate 41, and fixedly connecting the outdoor rail 11 and the indoor rail 17 through a rail butting device clamping plate fixing bolt 42;
fixing the track butt joint device connecting plate 40 and the track butt joint device lug plate 41 through a track butt joint device pin 43;
6) conveying a steel member 48 to be thermally sprayed to a position in the thermal spraying chamber 1 along a rail by using a flat car, and temporarily fixing the flat car by using a temporary fixing device to prevent the flat car from moving in the thermal spraying process;
7) sealing a gap between the flat car and the ground:
firstly, the flatbed sealing blanket 18 is paved on the ground by adjusting the flatbed sealing blanket hanging rope 27;
installing a sealing device 24 at the track of the flat car;
8) removing the movable rail 12;
9) the inner side dust covers 15 are sequentially arranged on the indoor track 17 from the flat car to two ends, the two ends close to the indoor track 17 are adjacent to the inner side dust covers 15, the outer side dust covers 14 are arranged, and when the inner side dust covers 15 and the outer side dust covers 14 are arranged, gaps among the inner side dust covers 15, the outer side dust covers 14 and the ground are guaranteed to be sealed through dust sealing blankets;
10) placing a dustproof cover butt-joint sealing device 16, and placing the dustproof cover butt-joint sealing device 16 at the butt-joint position of the outer dustproof cover 14 and the inner dustproof cover 15, the butt-joint position of the inner dustproof cover 15, the joint position of the inner dustproof cover 15 and a sealing device 24 at a flat car track, and the joint position of the outer dustproof cover 14 and the sealing device 24 at the flat car track;
11) closing the thermal spray chamber access door 9;
12) starting a dust removal system and a thermal spraying device 5 to perform thermal spraying operation;
13) after the thermal spraying operation is finished and the ineffective atomized particles in the thermal spraying chamber 1 are removed, the operation of the dust removal system and the thermal spraying equipment 5 is stopped;
14) opening a passage door 9 of the thermal spraying chamber;
15) removing the dust cap butt seal 16
16) Removing the sealing device 24 at the track of the flat car;
17) the flat car sealing blanket 18 is separated from the ground and the top of the track by adjusting the flat car sealing blanket hanging rope 27;
18) installing a movable rail 12;
19) removing the outer dust cover 14 and the inner dust cover 15;
20) removing the temporary fixing device of the flat car;
21) the steel member 48 to be thermally sprayed, which has been thermally sprayed by the flat bar handle, is moved out of the thermal spraying chamber 1;
22) turning off the lighting lamp 8 of the thermal spraying chamber 1;
and seventhly, entering the thermal spraying operation of the next steel member 48 to be thermally sprayed.
The thermal spraying method is simple in steps and high in practicability, invalid atomized particles generated in the thermal spraying process can be removed in order, the concentration of the invalid atomized particles is reduced, explosion accidents are avoided, the invalid atomized particles can be recycled, operation equipment used in the spraying environment and the indoor rail 17 can be reliably protected in a sealing mode, adhesion damage of the invalid atomized particles is avoided, and meanwhile the thermal spraying precision and quality of the steel member 48 to be subjected to thermal spraying can be improved, so that the subsequent welding forming quality is improved.

Any simple variations, equivalent substitutions or modifications based on the present invention to achieve substantially the same technical effects are within the scope of the present invention.
