The cleaning solution flowing device 31 is further included, the cleaning solution flowing device 31 includes a fourth bearing seat 311, a fourth rotating rod 312, a paddle 313, a second speed reducing motor 314, a fourth belt pulley 315 and a fourth flat belt 316, the fourth bearing seat 311 is installed at the bottom of the cleaning tank 3 on the right side of the waste water pipe 4 in an embedded mode, the fourth rotating rod 312 is connected onto the fourth bearing seat 311, the paddle 313 is connected onto the upper portion of the fourth rotating rod 312, the second speed reducing motor 314 is installed on the bottom plate 1 on the left side of the right side support 2, the fourth belt pulley 315 is connected onto the output shaft of the second speed reducing motor 314 and the lower portion of the fourth rotating rod 312, and the fourth flat belt 316 is wound between the two fourth belt pulleys 315.

When the test tube needs to be cleaned, firstly, a proper amount of cleaning solution is poured into the cleaning box 3 manually, then, the support rod 18 is moved upwards manually, the support rod 18 moves upwards to drive the first bearing seat 19 to move upwards, the first bearing seat 19 moves upwards to drive the support rod 18 to move upwards on the slide rail 16 through the slide block 17, the support rod 18 moves upwards to enable the cotton swab 21 to move upwards out of the placing sleeve 15, then, the test tube is placed into the placing sleeve 15 manually, the bottom of the test tube is located on the cleaning cotton 13, then, the support rod 18 is moved downwards manually to enable the cotton swab 21 to be inserted into the test tube, then, the guide sleeve 7 is moved downwards manually to enable the test tube to be located in the cleaning box 3, then, the first speed reducing motor 24 is started manually to enable the second belt pulley 25 to rotate, the second belt pulley 25 rotates to enable the first belt pulley 22 on the upper side of the right side to rotate through the second flat belt 26, and because the first flat belt 23 is wound between the first belt pulleys 22 on the adjacent lower sides, also around having first flat belt 23 between the first belt pulley 22 of two upside in the middle of, so can make first bull stick 20 rotate, first bull stick 20 rotates and drives cotton stick 21 and rotate, cotton stick 21 rotates and to rinse the inner wall of test tube, can drive test tube slightly rotation simultaneously, so can rinse the outer wall of test tube, artifical first gear motor 24 of closing, after test tube cleaning accomplishes, artifical repeated above-mentioned operation takes out the test tube, valve 5 is opened to the manual work afterwards, wash the washing liquid in the case 3 and flow out through waste pipe 4, after the washing liquid in the washing case 3 all flows out, artifical valve 5 of closing.
Because the guide rail further comprises a first nut 101, a second bearing seat 102 and a first screw 103, the right side surface of the guide sleeve 7 is connected with the first nut 101, the right side surface of the guide rail 6 is connected with two second bearing seats 102, the first screw 103 is connected between the two second bearing seats 102, and the first screw 103 is positioned in the first nut 101. When needs wash the test tube, artifical clockwise rotation first lead screw 103 can make first nut 101 remove downwards, first nut 101 removes down and drives guide pin bushing 7 and remove downwards, guide pin bushing 7 removes down and drives installation pole 8 and remove downwards, installation pole 8 removes down and drives connecting rod 9 and remove downwards, so can make things convenient for the manual work to wash the test tube, after test tube washing accomplishes, artifical anticlockwise rotation first lead screw 103 can make first nut 101 rebound, so can make things convenient for the manual work to collect the test tube after washing.
Because the automatic rotary cleaning device 30 is further included, the automatic rotary cleaning device 30 includes a third bearing seat 301, a second rotating rod 302, a third rotating rod 303, rotating wheels 304, a cotton belt 305, a third belt pulley 306 and a third belt pulley 307, the left and right sides of the top of the supporting rod 18 are connected with the third bearing seats 301, the first bearing seat 19 is located between the two third bearing seats 301, the left third bearing seat 301 is connected with the second rotating rod 302, the right third bearing seat 301 is connected with the third rotating rod 303, the lower portions of the second rotating rod 302 and the third rotating rod 303 are connected with the rotating wheels 304, the cotton belt 305 is wound between the two rotating wheels 304, the cotton belt 305 is located at the front side of the connecting plate 14, the upper portion of the second rotating rod 302 is connected with the third belt pulley 306, and the third belt pulley 307 is wound between the third belt pulley 306 and the first belt pulley 22 on the upper side of the left side. Because around having third flat belt 307 between third belt pulley 306 and the first belt pulley 22 of left side upside, so can make second bull stick 302 rotate, second bull stick 302 rotates and drives left runner 304 and rotate, and left runner 304 rotates and makes the runner 304 on right side rotate through cotton area 305, and the test tube rotates when runner 304 rotates can, so can wash the outer wall of test tube.
Because the cleaning solution flowing device 31 is further included, the cleaning solution flowing device 31 includes a fourth bearing seat 311, a fourth rotating rod 312, a paddle 313, a second speed reducing motor 314, a fourth belt pulley 315 and a fourth flat belt 316, the fourth bearing seat 311 is installed at the bottom of the cleaning tank 3 on the right side of the waste water pipe 4 in an embedded manner, the fourth rotating rod 312 is connected to the fourth bearing seat 311, the paddle 313 is connected to the upper portion of the fourth rotating rod 312, the second speed reducing motor 314 is installed on the bottom plate 1 on the left side of the right side support 2, the fourth belt pulley 315 is connected to the output shaft of the second speed reducing motor 314 and the lower portion of the fourth rotating rod 312, and the fourth flat belt 316 is wound between the two fourth belt pulleys 315. The manual work starts second gear motor 314 and makes right side fourth belt pulley 315 rotate, and right side fourth belt pulley 315 rotates and makes left fourth belt pulley 315 rotate through fourth flat belt 316, and left fourth belt pulley 315 rotates and drives fourth bull stick 312 and rotate, and fourth bull stick 312 rotates and drives paddle 313 and rotate, and paddle 313 rotates and to make the washing liquid flow to can improve the cleaning performance of test tube.
