A toilet seat cushion.

and 10, spraying waterproof ink 4 on the exposed part of the semi-polyurethane semi-polyether foamed plastic 2 through a spray gun.
The raw materials of the semi-polyether semi-polyurethane foaming plastic comprise a component A containing polyether polyol and auxiliary materials and a component B containing single-component isocyanate, wherein the mass ratio of the component B to the component A is 0.2-0.6; the component A and the component B are mixed and react at the temperature of 17-42 ℃, and the component A is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 99 parts of polyether polyol, 3-11 parts of chain extender, 0.4-4 parts of catalyst, 0.3-4 parts of surfactant and 3-35 parts of foaming agent, wherein the component B is single-component isocyanate.
The invention has the following advantages:

step 7, positioning the deoiled cushion bracket (1) in an upper cavity of a foaming film;
step 8, injecting the semi-polyurethane semi-polyether foamed plastic (2) into a lower cavity of the foaming mold (6) by using a foaming machine;
9, after the semi-polyether semi-polyurethane foamed plastic is in the foaming mold (6), the bumps (7) on the semi-polyether semi-polyurethane foamed plastic are cured and molded, enter the through grooves (5) and are combined with the through grooves (5), and then the product is taken out;
step 10, cleaning redundant waste materials of the product by using a special edge trimmer;
and 11, spraying waterproof ink (4) on the exposed part of the semi-polyurethane semi-polyether foamed plastic (2) through a spray gun.
