In order to carry out anti-fake authentication and monitoring to the electron cigarette, the electron cigarette has been introduced with intelligent networking technology in this application. For example, link to each other the electron cigarette through bluetooth and cell-phone and upload information or assign the order through cell-phone APP to reach the effect of monitoring the electron cigarette through the networking, however, based on the networking function of specific gateway, the attacker can realize eavesdropping to communication process through the invasion gateway, and the security of communication is lower, is cracked easily and leads to personal information to reveal, uses the very big real-time nature and the validity that have restricted electron cigarette data upload and issue of gateway simultaneously. In addition, the electronic cigarette can be directly networked through networks such as 2G/3G/4G, and although the communication mode is safe, the power consumption of the electronic cigarette is overlarge, so that the service time of the electronic cigarette is greatly limited.
In the embodiment of the invention, the electronic cigarette is provided with the network module with the communication function, the anti-counterfeiting authentication can be carried out on the electronic cigarette through the communication between the network module and the server, and the atomizer is started to use the electronic cigarette after the authentication is successful.
Referring to fig. 1, the electronic cigarette 10 includes a cigarette holder 110, a cigarette holder 118, and a power module 111, a control module 112, an electronic switch 114, an atomizer 115, and a network module 113 disposed inside the cigarette holder, where in some embodiments, the atomizer 115 may also be disposed inside the cigarette holder. Please refer to fig. 2 for a connection manner between the functional modules.
The power module 111 is used for providing working voltage, and after the electronic cigarette 10 is started, the power module 111 firstly provides working voltage for the control module 112 and the network module 113, and then determines whether to provide working voltage for the atomizer according to a control signal of the control module. In some embodiments, the power module 111 further comprises a voltage distributor for distributing the appropriate voltage to each power module according to the voltage requirement of the power module. In a particular embodiment, the power module 111 may be a lithium battery.
The network module 113 is used for data interaction with the server 20 under the control signal of the control module 112. For example: sending a first device identification code of the electronic cigarette to the server 20 under a first control signal of the control module 112, or sending the use information of the electronic cigarette to the server; the network module 113 may also be configured to receive a registration authentication result of the server 20, and feed back the registration authentication result to the control module 112; in addition, the network module 113 may be further configured to receive a second control signal from the server 20, and feed back the corresponding second control signal to the control module 112. In this embodiment, the network module corresponds to the first device identifier one to one, and the network module is an NBIOT module or an eMTC module with low power consumption.
The NBIOT is a narrowband Internet of things, is a communication standard of the Internet of things formulated by 3GPP, and is formulated mainly for the application of the Internet of things with low speed (180Kbps) and low power consumption; the eMTC is communication standard of an enhanced machine type communication and an internet of things established by 3GPP, is mainly established aiming at application of medium-rate and reliable connection, and has higher power consumption than NBIOT, but reliable connection, and the rate can reach 1 Mbps. The first device identifier is a globally unique Number allocated to each network module, in a preferred embodiment, the first device identifier is an International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) used for identifying each independent Mobile communication device in the Mobile network, which is equivalent to an Identity card of the Mobile device, and in some embodiments, the first device identifier may also be a unique International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) allocated by an operator.
The control module 112 is electrically connected to the power module 111 and the electronic switch 114, and is in signal connection with the network module 113 and the nebulizer 115. The control module 112 is configured to obtain start information of the electronic cigarette after the power module 111 is powered on, detect whether the electronic cigarette has completed registration authentication, and send a level signal to the electronic switch 114 according to a detection result to control the electronic switch 114 to be turned on or turned off. If the registration authentication is not completed, the control module 112 is further configured to read the first device identification code of the electronic cigarette and send a first control signal to the network module 113, control the network module 113 to automatically send the first device identification code of the electronic cigarette to the server 20, and after receiving the registration authentication result sent from the server 20 through the network module 113, analyze the registration authentication result and send a level signal to the electronic switch 114 according to the registration authentication result.
In some embodiments, the control module 112 is further configured to send the usage information of the e-cigarette to the server 20 automatically or according to an instruction of the server 20; or the control module 112 is further configured to receive a second control signal from the server 20 fed back by the network module 113, and control the operating state of the nebulizer according to the second control signal. For example: when the second control signal prompts that the electronic cigarette works for too long time, the control module controls the power module 111 to be turned off or controls the electronic switch 114 to be turned off according to the second control signal, so that the atomizer stops working, and thus, a user can be reminded that the electronic cigarette is used for too long time, or the electronic cigarette is automatically turned off when the user forgets to turn off the electronic cigarette after the electronic cigarette is used.
The electronic switch 114 is connected between the power module 111 and the atomizer 115, is electrically connected with the control module 112, and is turned on or off under a level signal of the control module 112, when the electronic switch 114 is turned off, the atomizer 115 is powered off and does not work, when the electronic switch 114 is turned on, the power module 111 provides a working voltage for the atomizer, and the atomizer 115 works normally.
Atomizer 115 is used for heating atomizing tobacco tar or tobacco juice, and in some embodiments, atomizer 115 includes heating module and storage storehouse, and storage storehouse is used for holding tobacco tar or tobacco juice, and heating module is used for heating atomizing tobacco tar or tobacco juice, and the smog after atomizing flows to user's oral cavity through the cigarette holder.
In some embodiments, the electronic cigarette further includes an output module 117, where the output module 117 is configured to output a registration authentication result of the electronic cigarette, and in some embodiments, the output module 117 is further configured to output a current operating state of the electronic cigarette. In a specific embodiment, the output module 117 may be an indicator light for indicating the registration authentication result and/or the working status of the electronic cigarette, for example, the indicator light continuously flickers three times when the registration authentication of the electronic cigarette is successful, twice when the registration authentication of the electronic cigarette is failed, the indicator light displays a red light when the electronic cigarette is working normally, and the indicator light displays a green light when the electronic cigarette is abnormal. In some embodiments, the output module 117 may also be a voice module for emitting an alert sound, and when the electronic cigarette is successfully registered, fails to be registered, or has an abnormal operation, the voice module emits a corresponding alert sound, which may be an alert sound similar to "… tic", or an alert sound similar to "authentication completed", "authentication failed", or "abnormal operation".
In some embodiments, the electronic cigarette further includes a label for displaying a second device identification code, where the second device identification code may be a string of digital codes, a barcode, a two-dimensional code, or an electronic note. For the convenience of user's access, the label is fixed in the surface of electron cigarette. In this embodiment, the electronic cigarette further includes a switch module 116, which is located on the outer surface of the electronic cigarette and is easily found by the user, and the user activates the electronic cigarette by operating the switch module 116.
For the electronic cigarette, when the electronic cigarette needs to be registered and authenticated or the working state of the electronic cigarette needs to be monitored, data interaction with the server 20 through the network module 113 is needed. In this embodiment, the server 20 is configured to receive the first device identification code and the second device identification code of the electronic cigarette, and perform registration authentication on the electronic cigarette according to the first device identification code and the second device identification code of the electronic cigarette.
The second device identification code corresponds to the electronic cigarette one to one, for example, the second device identification code may be a unique device number given to each electronic cigarette by an electronic cigarette manufacturer when the electronic cigarette is shipped, the electronic cigarette manufacturer may define a device number for each electronic cigarette according to characteristics of a product, functions, requirements of a user, and the like, the second device identification code is visible to each user who purchases the electronic cigarette, the user inputs the second device identification code to the external communication device 30 through operation, and then the external communication device 30 sends the second device identification code to the server.
After the user takes the electronic cigarette, the electronic cigarette needs to be registered and authenticated through the server, and when the first equipment identification code and the second equipment identification code of the electronic cigarette are successfully matched, the registration and authentication are successful, and the atomizer can be electrified to normally work. Therefore, before the electronic cigarette leaves the factory, the first equipment identification code and the second equipment identification code of the electronic cigarette need to be bound firstly, the corresponding relation between the first equipment identification code and the second equipment identification code which are bound successfully is stored in the server, meanwhile, after the binding is successful, the server 20 can control the electronic cigarette to close the atomizer through the network module, and the electronic cigarette cannot normally work due to the fact that the atomizer is closed before leaving the factory is guaranteed, and the atomizer can be opened for normal use after the registration and authentication are successful.
When the electronic cigarette is registered and authenticated, after the server receives the first equipment identification code and/or the second equipment identification code, the server performs matching authentication on all the first equipment identification codes and the second equipment identification codes received within the preset time, if the first equipment identification codes and the second equipment identification codes are successfully matched, the server 20 sends the successfully matched registration authentication information to the corresponding electronic cigarette, and if the server does not receive the second equipment identification codes matched with the first equipment identification codes within the preset time (including the condition that the second equipment identification codes are not received within the preset time), the server 20 sends the information of failed registration authentication to the corresponding electronic cigarette. In some embodiments, the server 20 is further configured to transmit the registration authentication information to the corresponding external communication device 30.
The preset time is preset time of the server 20 system or set time according to needs by an electronic cigarette manufacturer. It should be noted that, since the server 20 only performs matching authentication on the first device identification code and the second device identification code received within the predetermined time, the case that the server cannot receive the first device identification code and the second device identification code within the predetermined time due to network failure or improper operation of the user, which results in failure of registration authentication, is not excluded, so that failure of registration authentication is not equivalent to that the electronic cigarette is a counterfeit product.
After the electronic cigarette is successfully registered and authenticated, the server is further used for acquiring the use information of the electronic cigarette, sending a second control signal to the electronic cigarette according to the use information, or sending a use analysis report of the electronic cigarette to external communication equipment, wherein the use analysis report can comprise the total use duration of the electronic cigarette (a user can clean and maintain the electronic cigarette as required), the use frequency and the average use duration of the electronic cigarette (the user can analyze the use condition of the electronic cigarette, especially for the user needing to use the electronic cigarette to assist in quitting smoking, the smoking habit of the user can be controlled according to the use frequency and the average use duration of the electronic cigarette), the residual situation of tobacco juice or tobacco tar and the like.
Based on the electronic cigarette, a using method of the electronic cigarette is provided, please refer to fig. 3, which specifically includes the following steps:
And step 123, when the control module detects that the information of the registration authentication is not completed, the electronic switch is switched off, and the atomizer does not work. Because the power module is in the off state after the electronic cigarette is powered on, when the control module detects that the information of registration authentication is not completed, the control module does not send a level signal to the electronic switch, and the electronic switch is still kept off; or a level signal for turning off the electronic switch can be sent to the electronic switch, and the electronic switch can still be turned off after receiving the level signal.
In step 125, the control module obtains the registration authentication result from the server received through the network module.
In step 126, the control module determines whether the registration authentication is successful according to the received registration authentication result, if the registration authentication is successful, step 128 is executed, and if the registration authentication is failed, step 127 is executed.
In step 127, when the control module receives the information that the registration authentication fails, the electronic switch remains off, and the nebulizer does not operate, please refer to step 123.
Because the registration authentication failure may be caused by factors such as improper user operation and network problems, in some embodiments, the electronic cigarette may be restarted by the user operation to perform registration authentication again on the electronic cigarette; or the electronic cigarette may be registered and authenticated from step 124 by a user operation.
And step 128, when the control module receives the information that the registration authentication fails or is not completed, the control module sends a level signal for controlling the electronic switch to be closed to trigger the electronic switch to be closed, and the atomizer is electrified to start normal work.
In some embodiments, the control module is further configured to send a control signal to the atomizer to adjust the atomizer heating temperature.
In another embodiment of the present application, a method for authenticating and registering an electronic cigarette is provided, please refer to fig. 4, and steps 121, 122, and 124-126 in the process of authenticating and registering an electronic cigarette are similar to or identical to the method for using an electronic cigarette shown in fig. 3, except that:
In step 126, the control module determines whether the registration authentication is successful according to the received registration authentication result, if the registration authentication is successful, step 129B is executed, and if the registration authentication is failed, step 129A is executed.
And 129A, when the control module receives the information of registration authentication failure, the control module sends a control signal to the output module to control the output module to output the information of registration authentication failure of the electronic cigarette. It should be noted that, because the failure of the registration authentication may be caused by improper user operation, network failure, and other factors, the control module cannot determine that the electronic cigarette is unqualified when receiving the information of the failure of the registration authentication, and also needs to analyze the information of the failure of the registration authentication, and the unqualified theorem of the electronic cigarette can be given only when the server is confirmed that there is no problem in the registration authentication process; when the server does not receive the first equipment identification code and/or the second equipment identification code due to network problems or improper user operation in the registration authentication process through analysis, the control module still controls the output module to output the information of the authentication failure of the electronic cigarette, but the conclusion that the electronic cigarette is an unqualified product cannot be given.
In some embodiments, after the electronic cigarette is determined to be an unqualified product, the control module also controls the output module to output prompt information that the electronic cigarette is an unqualified product; when the electronic cigarette fails to be authenticated but the rule that the electronic cigarette is unqualified is not given, the user can perform registration authentication on the electronic cigarette again through operation. Referring to fig. 4, the electronic cigarette may be restarted by a user operation to perform registration authentication on the electronic cigarette; in some embodiments, the electronic cigarette may be registered and authenticated from step 124 by a user operation.
And 129B, when the control module receives the information that the registration and authentication are successful, the electronic cigarette is a qualified product, and the control module sends a control signal to the output module to control the output module to output the information that the registration and authentication of the electronic cigarette are successful or the electronic cigarette is a qualified product.
In another embodiment of the present application, a server-based data interaction method is provided, where a server performs data interaction with an electronic cigarette by using the method, please refer to fig. 5, where the data interaction process includes the following steps:
In step 22, the server obtains the second device identification code of the electronic cigarette input by the user operation, in this embodiment, the server obtains the second device identification code of the electronic cigarette through the external communication device, and the user inputs the second device identification code into the external communication device by the operation and sends the second device identification code to the server through the external communication device.
In a specific embodiment, the second device identification code of the electronic cigarette is presented to the user through a label fixed on the outer surface of the electronic cigarette and/or the packaging box, and when the user uses the electronic cigarette or performs registration authentication on the electronic cigarette, the second device identification code of the electronic cigarette needs to be input into the designated external communication device, and then the second device identification code is sent to the server through the external communication device. The external communication device can be a mobile phone, a computer or other devices capable of being used for networking, and the user inputs the second device identification code of the electronic cigarette into the external communication device by using the external communication device to scan, photograph, input by voice or key in a digital code and the like, and then sends the second device identification code to the server through the external communication device (for example, a designated mobile phone APP, a webpage and the like).
And step 23, the server performs registration authentication on the electronic cigarette according to the received first equipment identification code and the second equipment identification code of the electronic cigarette. In a specific embodiment, the server only searches for a matching authentication for the first device identification code and/or the second device identification code received within a specified time (for example, 10 minutes), and if another identification code matched with the first device identification code is not received within the specified time after the first identification code is received, the server judges that the electronic cigarette registration authentication corresponding to the identification code fails. Therefore, in actual operation, the user needs to output the first device identification code and the second device identification code of the electronic cigarette to the server through operation within a specified time.
In some embodiments, after the registration authentication is successful, the electronic cigarette automatically sends the use information of the electronic cigarette to the server, and after the server acquires the use information of the electronic cigarette, the server sends a use analysis report of the electronic cigarette to the external communication equipment according to the use information; or the server monitors the working state of the electronic cigarette after acquiring the use information of the electronic cigarette.
